Verification of Toughended Laminated Glass Based on ANSYS
基于有限元分析软件AnSyS对某型水洞的底部和侧边的钢化夹胶玻璃进行强度校核。在分析中,采用实际尺寸对玻璃进行几何建模,充分考虑玻璃中间PVb夹胶层的材料属性以及玻璃与工字钢的面接触,按照实际受力情况进行非线性分析。根据计算的应力和应变,对玻璃及PVb的强度和变形量进行校核。An exploratory strength verification of laminated glass at bottom and side of a water tunnel was implemented based on the finite element software ANSYS.The glasses were modeled the same as the actual size and took sufficient consideration on the specific material characteristic of PVB and the face to face contact between glass and the bearing beam.Non-liner analysis was conducted according to the actual conditions.Stress and strain was calculated to verify the strength and stiffness of tempered glass and PVB
Adaptive management of aquatic germplasm reserves
针对我国水产种质资源保护区在现行管理模式下普遍存在的资源难以恢复、保护效果不明显等问题,基于生态系统管理的理念,借鉴国内外有关自然保护区适应性管理研究实践经验,探索水产种质资源保护区的适应性管理。水产种质资源保护区的适应性管理可分为模式建立和反馈两个阶段,包括问题识别、目标制定、方案设计与实施、动态监测、绩效评估、反馈与调整等过程,以全面提升保护区对外界环境变化的不确定性和复杂性的快速反应能力。并以福建长乐西施舌资源增殖保护区为例,分析该保护区的管理现状,探索适应性管理模式的构建与应用。There were some common issues of the current management model in domestic Aquatic Germplasm Reserves( AGRs),such as the difficulty of resources recovery and the insignificant efficiency of protection.An Adaptive Management( AM) framework of AGRs was constructed according to the theoretical researches and practices of Ecosystem-based Management( EBM) and Adaptive Management both in domestic and foreign nature reserves.The AM framework of AGRs could be divided into two stages as model establishment and feedback: the former included problem identification,strategic planning,program design and implementation,while the later comprised of dynamic monitoring,performance evaluation,feedback and adjustment.The practice of AM framework could strongly enhance the rapid response to the uncertainty and complexity of external environment of AGRs.Furthermore,the Changle Xishi Tongue( Coelomactra Antiquata) Resource Enhancement and Protected Area was used as an example to analyse the current situation of management in AGRs and explore the construction and application of adaptive management model.海洋公益性行业科研专项(200905019;201005012

运用文献资料法和专家访谈法,结合传播学、历史学、社会学、公共关系学等相关理论,对"普及性体育期刊"进行定义,梳理我国普及性体育期刊的百年发展沿革。制约我国普及性体育期刊发展的主客观因素包括:期刊产业实力单薄、其他体育媒介的冲击、体育大环境的制约、发行渠道不畅通,同质化恶性竞争、因循守旧改版失败、盲目寻求合作办刊、编辑人员综合素质不高、期刊内容"变质"。建议:提高核心竞争力、找准期刊定位、完善三次销售网络、提高编辑人员的经营意识、尝试创新性营销、打造电子体育期刊
Large eddy stimulation and experimental measurement of near wake structures of a slotted circular cylinder
基于fluEnT软件平台采用大涡模拟(lES)的方法对开缝圆柱绕流进行了三维数值仿真,计算了五组不同雷诺数(rE=1500、3000、4400、5837、7200)情况下缝宽比S/d=0.15的开缝圆柱绕流流场。通过定性的流动显示和定量的PIV实验,对S/d=0.15情况下开缝圆柱内部缝隙流动以及旋涡脱落情况进行了细致研究,并测量了基准圆柱与开缝圆柱的脱落涡频率。数值模拟与实验测量结果符合得很好。实验和计算的结果表明,在一定雷诺数范围内,开缝圆柱缝隙内部流体呈现周期性的震荡,边界层底层经历“吸入“和“吹出“现象,根本上改变了近区尾流的结构。开缝圆柱尾迹呈现出明显的三维流向涡形态。缝隙内流体的上下震荡对圆柱绕流的周期性产生了显著影响,开缝圆柱的旋涡脱落频率和斯特劳哈尔数均高于相同雷诺数下的基准圆柱。The flow around cylinder is one of the classic research issues of fluid mechanics.The modification of the cylindrical geometry will affect the cylinder's pressure distribution and near wake flow structures.The present study on slotted cylinder has some certain values in engineering applications such as vortex generator in flow meters and heat convection.Large eddy stimulation based on 3-D Fluent code was carried out for cylinders with slit,with respect to test model of ratio of slit width to diameter s/d=0.15on five different Reynolds numbers(Re=1500、3000、4400、5837、7200).By the means of qualitative flow visualization and quantitative PIV experiments,the flow patterns between the slit and the shedding vortex of the baseline and slotted cylinder were carefully investigated,measuring and predicting of the shedding vortex frequency were included.The results of numerical simulation agreed well with the experimental measurement.The experimental and computational results show that the flow in the slit demonstrated periodic motion,this oscillating vent-flow has greatly altered the near wake flow features.The periodic oscillation in the slit has enhanced the periodicity of the flow around circular cylinder;consequently,the slotted cylinder exhibited an increase in shedding vortex frequency and Strouhal number compared with their baseline case at the same Reynolds numbers.Meanwhile,The wake of the slotted cylinder presented obvious three dimensional features.国家自然科学基金(11072206
生态环境约束下的干旱区城乡用水联动模式——以河西走廊张掖市为例
