Research and Realization of Automated Unit Independency Test in Embedded System
软件测试是保证和提高软件可靠性的重要手段,软件单元测试能最早发现程序错误。但在单元测试中已通过功能测试的子模块(子程序)并不一定是完全正确的。子模块还可能存在一些不易被发现的潜在缺陷,这些缺陷不影响本模块的功能正确性但因资源使用不当而影响其它模块的功能,从而导致系统出错,甚至崩溃。为此本文提出了软件模块无关性的概念,即一个子模块的运行不能影响其它模块及整个系统。软件模块无关性概念包括以下七方面:程序空间无关性、数据空间无关性、堆栈空间无关性、I/O空间无关性、寄存器无关性、中断无关性、重复调用无关性。 现有的嵌入式软件单元测试工具主要是进行功能性的测试,还没有程序模块无关性测试的功能。针对这...Software testing is an important means to ensure and improve the software reliability, software unit testing can be the first to detect errors. Purification and Properties of β-glucosidase from Aspergillus glaucus EU7-22
目的:利用灰绿曲霉Eu7-22发酵产纤维素酶,从中分离到β-葡萄糖苷酶,分析其理化特性,确定其最佳活性条件。方法:灰绿曲霉Eu7-22发酵液离心后,上清液经硫酸铵沉淀、PHEnyl 6 fAST flOW(HIgHSub)疏水层析和SEPHACryl S-200凝胶层析,获得纯化的β-葡萄糖苷酶。结果:纯酶的比活性为5.1 Iu/Mg,得率为13.89%。SdS-PAgE凝胶电泳分析表明该酶是单亚基蛋白,其分子量为56.2 kdA。在PH4.0--6.0范围内,β-葡萄糖苷酶具有较高的稳定性,该酶的最适酶促反应PH为5.0。当β-葡萄糖苷酶在温度低于60℃的缓冲液中温育1 H后,酶活损失不大,表现了较好的稳定性;当该酶在温度高于60℃的缓冲液中温育1 H后,酶活迅速丧失。β-葡萄糖苷酶在70℃时具有最大催化活性。结论:灰绿曲霉Eu7-22发酵产生的β-葡萄糖苷酶具有较高活性,具有分子量较小、最佳催化温度较高的特点。Objective:β-glucosidase produced by Aspergillus glaucus EU7-22 was purified and characterized.Method:The β-glucosidase of Aspergillus glaucus EU722 was purified from ferment supernatant liquid by three steps of purification,ammonium sulfate precipitation(80%,W/V),Phenyl 6 Fast Flow(high sub) column chromatography and Sephacryl S-200 column chromatography,with a specific activity of 5.1 IU/mg and a yield of 13.89%.Result:The purified β-glucosidase was determined as a monomeric protein with a molecular weight of 56.2 kDa.The enzyme exhibited high stability when it was kept in the buffer at pH 4.0~6.0 and at the temperature below 60℃.β-glucosidase exhibited its optimal activity at 70℃.Conclusion: β-glucosidase produced by Aspergillus glaucus EU7-22 with small molecular showed high activity under the optimal conditions.国家“973”计划项目(2010CB732201);国际科技合作重点项目(2009DFA60930)资
Effect of the trans - theoretical model of behavior based WeChat health education on self - management among patients with maintenance hemodialysis
目的 探讨基于行为转变的微信干预模式对维持性血液透析患者自我管理的研究效果.方法 选取60例维持性血液透析患者实施微信健康教育,健康教育方案是基于行为转变理论制订,包括血液透析专业知识、自我管理、科学饮食等方面内容.实施干预12周后,对患者的生化指标、自我管理水平及自我效能感得分进行干预前后比较.结果 干预后患者自我管理得分较干预前有显著提升,表现在情绪处理和自我护理方面,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).干预后患者的生化指标白蛋白、血钾、肌酐、尿素氮的差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).患者的自我效能感提升.结论 基于行为转变理论的微信健康教育可以改善维持性血液透析患者的生化指标,提高自我管理水平,帮助患者了解血液透析知识以及提升自信心,为今后改善血液透析患者自我管理提供一种新的干预模式.Objective To explore the effect of WeChat intervention model based on the trans-theoretical model of behavior(TTMB) on self-management of maintenance hemodialysis patients.Methods Sixty cases of maintenance hemodialysis patients were given WeChat health education,and the health education program was based on TTMB,ineluding hemodialysis expertise,self-management,scientific diet and so on.After 12 weeks'intervention,the biochemical index,the self-management level and the self-efficacy score of patients were compared before and after intervention.Results The scores of self-management of patients after intervention were significantly higher than those before intervention,which were expressed in terms of emotional management and self-care,and the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.01).After the intervention,the biochemical indexes diffences of albumin,serum potassium,creatinine and urea nitrogen of patients were statistically significant (P 〈 0.01).The self-efficacy of patients were elevated.Conclusion The TTMB WeChat health education can improve the biochemical indexes and the level of self-management of maintenance hemodialysis patients,and it helps patients to understand hemodialysis knowledge as well as improve self-confident,to provide a new intervention model for improving self-management of hemodialysis patients in the future.国家自然科学基金(71403232
环孢素A微乳巴布膏眼贴的制备及体外透皮实验
背景:免疫性眼病如甲亢性突眼、葡萄膜炎等疾病严重危害患者的眼健康,是眼科的常见病和疑难病,目前最常见的治疗方法为口服激素和免疫抑制剂,疗效不佳、反复发作、预后差同时全身不良反应很大。此类疾病多有淋巴细胞直接或间接参与。尝试把免疫抑制剂制作成巴布膏眼贴,通过局部外用使药物进入体内,利用环孢素A微乳的淋巴靶向性能,使环孢素A作用在睑周淋巴结,从而达到治疗或控制睑周淋巴结参与反应的免疫性眼病。这种方法为局部外用,不用全身用药,针对性强,药物剂量小,如果治疗效果好,可以有效治疗免疫性眼病并规避原有药物全身应用及长期应用的不良反应。目的:制备环孢素A微乳巴布膏眼贴,研究环孢素A微乳巴布膏眼贴体外透皮吸收特性。方法:将环孢素A微乳与聚丙烯酸钠、聚乙烯醇、聚乙烯吡络烷酮、明胶、桃胶、羧甲基纤维素钠、羟丙基纤维素等的水溶性高分子材料混合物以1 mg∶1 mL的比例充分混匀,涂布于无纺布上制备成巴布膏。Franz扩散池法测定该巴布膏在ICR小鼠腹部皮肤的通透性。高效液相色谱分析法检测环孢素A浓度,并进行皮肤刺激性和过敏性实验。结果与结论:实验成功制备了粘性适宜、透气透水性能良好、敷贴舒适、无皮肤刺激性和过敏反应的环孢素A微乳巴布膏,环孢素A含量为10 mg/片,质量浓度为1 g/L。环孢素A微乳透皮的浓度随着时间的增加而增加,具有较好的透皮效果。证实将环孢素A微乳制备成巴布膏眼贴是可行的。其在透皮性能、黏附能力、皮肤舒适方面表现良好。莆田学院校级课题(2014034);;莆田市科技局课题(2014S06(2))~
水杨酸的抑酶与抑菌作用
以水杨酸为效应物,研究其酶学效应和微生物效应.实验结果表明:水杨酸对马铃薯多酚氧化酶有明显的抑制作用,半抑制率(IC50)为2.05 mmol/L,抑制作用表现为非竞争性的可逆过程,其抑制常数为2.00 mmol/L.水杨酸对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、枯草芽孢杆菌3种细菌和白色假丝酵母、黑曲霉两种真菌均有明显的抑制作用,其最小抑菌浓度(M IC)分别为0.75、0.5、0.5、0.25和0.75 mg/mL,最小杀菌浓度(MBC)分别为0.75、1.0、0.5、0.25和0.75 mg/mL.本研究为水杨酸在果蔬保鲜中的应用提供实验理论依据
新生儿原发性先天性青光眼手术疗效分析
【目的】探讨出生即发病的原发性先天性青光眼(NPCG)患儿早期行滤过手术的疗效。【方法】收集3岁以内接受小梁切开术或小梁切开联合小梁切除术NPCG患儿39例70眼,比较术前和术后眼压、眼前段情况,角膜横径,杯/盘比,并记录随访视力。采用Kaplan-Meier生存分析法分析手术成功率,Log-Rank检验法比较出生1月内手术(22眼)与1月后手术(48眼)的手术成功率。【结果】所有患儿术后眼压(mmHg;16.9±5.2)比术前(28.7±5.8)明显降低(P<0.001),术后角膜变透明或混浊减轻、角膜横径无变化、C/D值(杯盘比)减小,Kaplan-Meier生存分析法得出手术成功率在术后第1、2、3、6、9年分别为94.3%(63眼)、90.6%(52眼)、85.9%(40眼)、85.9%(23眼)、85.9%(15眼)。出生后1月内手术者手术成功率、术后视力高于出生1月后手术者(P=0.033;P=0.01)。未出现滤过泡渗漏、滤过泡炎、眼球萎缩等严重并发症。【结论】NPCG患儿早期行小梁切开或小梁切开联合小梁切除术手术安全、疗效确切

Urban-rural Differences on Independence
目的:检验自我独立性的城乡差异。方法:采用个人主义-集体主义问卷、框架直线任务、内隐社会取向问卷、归因偏差和象征性自我膨胀作为研究工具,对114名城市青年和115名农村青年实施问卷调查。结果:农村青年样本在水平的个人主义分量表(2.78±0.80 vs 2.59±0.63)和个人主义维度上(3.24±0.69 vs 3.08±0.57)的得分显著地高于城市青年样本的得分,而在垂直的集体主义分量表(3.11±0.68 vs 3.23±0.75)、四个场景中的社会判断的个人特征得分、自我象征性膨胀的直径比率(1.17±0.40 vs 0.88±0.43)以及积极分离情绪(自尊:3.29±0.31 vs 2.99±0.32和自豪:3.20±0.47 vs 2.43±0.56)和消极分离情绪上(沮丧感:3.50±0.30 vs 2.90±0.66和愤怒:3.18±0.41 vs 2.41±0.77),城市青年样本显著地高于农村青年样本。结论:城市青年比农村青年的独立性更强
