    Development and stability test of compound ketoconazole ointment

    目的 制备复方酮康唑软膏并考察其稳定性。方法 以酮康唑、莫匹罗星和糠酸莫米松为主药,以聚乙二醇(PEG)为基质制备软膏;利用影响因素试验考察软膏中药物的稳定性。结果 PEG400和PEG3350的比例为2:1时,软膏的黏度最佳,易于涂展。制成软膏后,高温下糠酸莫米松和莫匹罗星稳定性良好;酮康唑有少许分解,加入0.5%的抗坏血酸棕榈酸酯(L-A)后,酮康唑的含量明显提高。加速试验发现,放置6个月后软膏的颜色无变化,3种药物的含量均在98%以上。结论 本实验成功制备了新型复方酮康唑软膏,药物稳定性良好。Objective To prepare compound ketoconazole ointment and perform the stability study.Methods Ketoconazole, mupirocin and mometasone furoate were used as active pharmaceutical ingredients (API). PEG mixture was used as matrix to prepare the ointment.Stability of the API in the ointment was evaluated by the stress tests.Results The optimal ratio of PEG400 to PEG3350 for the ointment matrix was 2:1. Mometasone furoate and mupirocin in the ointment were stable to the high temperature(40℃)while ketoconazole had some degradation. The stability of the API was improved by addition of 0.5% of L-A. During the accelerate test, the ointment had no color change and the API percentages were above 98%. Conclusion The novel compound ketoconazole ointment was successfully prepared and the formulation stability was excellent.福建省自然科学基金项目(2010J01218

    20 0 0年春季 ,对厦门岛东海岸黄厝沙滩底栖甲藻的种类组成和时空分布进行了调查 .发现初春甲藻数量少 ,而春末夏初数量显著增多 ,由春初的 0~ 2 0个 / 10 0 0 g湿砂增加到春末夏初的几千个 / 10 g湿砂 ,相差 3个数量级以上 ;Amphidinium britanicum和 Adenoides eludens为春季优势种 ;Gyrodinium viridescense和 Peridinium quinquecorne在 5月份数量明显增多 ,与温度升高以及底栖藻类各类群总量增加有密切关系 ;底栖甲藻的总细胞密度和主要优势种的细胞密度呈现由高潮带向中、低潮带增加的趋势 .还探讨了超声波处理在野外底栖甲藻定量研究中的重要意义In this study, the species compositions and the temporal and spatial distribution of sand dwelling dinoflagellates in the intertidal zone of Huangcuo Beach, Xiamen Island, were investigated from March to May. It was revealed that the total cell density increased from early March to May, with a variation of 3 order of magnitudes in cell richness; Amphidinium britannicum and Adenoides eludens were two dominant species in the spring, however Gyrodinium viridescence and Peridinium quinquecorne might be abundant in the early summer; the cell density of dominant species inclined from the high tide zone to middle and low tide zone. Finally, the importance of sonification treatment in precise cell enumeration of nature samples was discussed.     钢管高强再生混凝土叠合柱偏压性能

    为研究钢管高强混凝土叠合柱偏心受压性能,以混凝土类型和偏心距为参数,完成了6根叠合柱偏心受压试验,研究了不同参数对钢管高强混凝土叠合柱损伤发展过程、破坏特征、承载力和延性的影响,并基于《钢管混凝土叠合柱结构技术规程》(T/CECS 188—2019)和相关学者提出的公式对16根钢管混凝土叠合柱的偏压承载力进行了计算。研究结果表明:再生混凝土叠合柱与普通混凝土叠合柱的受力过程均经历了弹性、带裂缝工作和破坏3个阶段,表现出外围混凝土保护层被压碎脱落、纵筋鼓曲和箍筋外鼓等破坏特征;与普通混凝土叠合柱相比,再生混凝土叠合柱的初始刚度和变形能力有所降低,但承载力略高;随着偏心距的增加,钢管混凝土叠合柱的初始刚度和承载力迅速降低,而位移延性系数迅速增大,中和轴逐渐向受压区移动,与平截面假定的吻合度有所降低;钢管混凝土叠合柱偏压承载力计算应考虑钢管自身承载力以及钢管对核心混凝土约束效应的影响

    Study on Antioxidant Activity of Marine Fungi

    采用化学发光法对81株分离自深海沉积物的真菌和93株红树林的内生真菌进行抗氧化活性物质的筛选.结果表明,供测菌株中有7株深海真菌、1株红树林内生真菌对于活性氧具有抑制作用,占供测菌株的4.60%.在7株深海真菌中有3株对羟基自由基和过氧化氢均表现出了较好的抑制作用.进一步采用化学发光法和DPPH法追踪上述3株深海真菌(114、115、134)发酵产物的水溶性聚糖和有机相中的抗氧化活性物质,发现有机相表现出较好的抗氧化活性,3株真菌的IC50分别是:1.92、55.55和11.23μg/mL(.OH);1.45、13.79和72.29μg/mL(H2O2);112.45、58.87和169.39μg/mL(DPPH);而水相中的水溶性聚糖也具有不同程度的抗氧化活性.海洋真菌是产生抗氧化活性物质的重要资源.The antioxidant activity of one hundred and seventy-four strains of marine fungi that isolated from deep-sea sediment and mangrove debris,was determined by chemical luminometry.The results showed that seven strains isolated from deep-sea sediment and one strain isolated from mangrove debris had the ability of scavenging H2O2,accounting for 4.60% of the strains tested.Of the seven strains three had the ability of scavenging H2O2 and ·OH.The antioxidant activity of 114,115 and 134 were further determined by chemical luminometry and DPPH free radical assay.The results suggested that the EAF of the three fungus with the IC50 of 1.92,55.55 and 11.23 μg/mL(·OH system);1.45,13.79 and 72.29 μg/mL(H2O2 system);112.45,58.87 and 169.39 μg/mL(DPPH system),respectively;and the glycans of the three strains also had the antioxidant activities.福建省自然科学基金(2006J0378)资
