    Corrosion inhibition of novel phosphates in phenolic resin or rosin-modified phenolic resin

    选择酚醛树脂以及酚醛/松香改性酚醛复合树脂,以磷酸锌、三聚磷酸铝APW-I为参照,采用电化学阻抗谱(EIS)考察了含AlZnPO4MoO4·4H2O和AlZn2P3O10(MoO4)2·2H2O两种第二代磷酸盐的涂层在中性3.5%(质量分数)NaCl溶液腐蚀体系中的腐蚀抑制性能,分析了AlZn2P3O10(MoO4)2·2H2O可能的腐蚀失效机制。结合常规的盐水浸泡实验,评价了两种新型磷酸盐颜料在不同涂料中的防腐性能。结果表明:含有改进的聚磷酸盐AlZn2P3O10(MoO4)2·2H2O的酚醛树脂涂层具有一定的自修复作用,中后期阻抗降低较小,展现出更为优异的腐蚀抑制性能;而在酚醛/松香改性酚醛复合树脂中,AlZnPO4MoO4·4H2O的性能更为优异。The corrosion inhibition of two second- generation phosphate pigments AlZnPO4MoO4·4H2O and AlZn2P3O10(MoO4)2·2H2O for the coatings prepared with phenolic resin or rosin-modified phenolic resin in neutral 3.5wt% NaCl solution were studied by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) as compared with zinc phosphate and aluminum tripolyphosphate APW-I. The corrosion failure mechanism of AlZn2P3O10(MoO4)2·2H2O was analyzed specially. The anticorrosion properties of the two novel phosphate pigments were evaluated also based on conventional immersion test in the saline water. The results showed that the phenolic resin coating containing AlZn2P3O10(MoO4)2·2H2O has a self-healing capacity and relatively low impedance drop at middle and late stage, showing excellent corrosion inhibition.     云南大理剑川石宝山旅游区猕猴可持续管理研究

    生物多样性保护与人类可续发展密切相关。野生动物生态旅游业能较好地兼顾保护与发展,但也面临着种群管理、人兽冲突等难题。为制定可持续的旅游区野生动物种群管理方案,实现人与野生动物和谐共存,对云南大理剑川石宝山旅游区猕猴(Macaca mulatta)进行种群监测,收集猴群入村肇事信息,并分析旅游区猕猴的容纳量和维持量。结果表明:石宝山现有9群480只猕猴,种群呈指数型增长,f(x) = 569.2 × exp[(x - 2 010)/31.6] - 348.3 (R2 = 0.998),猴群主要分布区密度为96只/km2。结合猕猴群在2019年入村肇事数量开始明显增长的事实,确定旅游区最大容纳量(K)为408只,表明现阶段石宝山猕猴种群已超出最大容纳量,且依赖游客和旅游区投食生存。受新冠疫情的影响,投食量大幅减少,导致猴群进入村庄肇事,产生人猴冲突。为保证猴群健康发展,同时避免因种群增长速率过快而加剧人猴冲突,建议将石宝山猴群控制在204只(K/2)以下。依据石宝山旅游区自身发展,参考国家相关战略和行动计划的实施周期(3年或5年),制定调控计划,若调控周期为5年则将种群控制在140只,若为3年则控制在170只。建议:(1)制定可持续的种群调控和应急预案;(2)设立专门的游客投食区并规范游客投食行为;(3)建设旅游区专业管猴队,规范化监测旅游区内猴群和游客行为,尝试将相关旅游区建设成为实验猴供给源

    科技进步奖三等奖.该成果是中科院“八五”重点科研项目和国家自然科学基金资助项目。分上下篇和专题篇,全文40万字。对绿洲的形成、演变规律、系统特性、生态经济、生态环境建设、协调发展,作了系统而精辟地论述;对吐鲁番绿洲的资源开发、经济发展、环境建设和优化模式作了深刻提示和分析;对一些专门问题作了剖析研究,周密阐述。是一项重要的绿洲基础理论研究和绿洲开发研究,将使中国的绿洲研究提高到一个新的水平。该成果对绿洲系、绿洲生态经济和环境建设提出了较深刻的新论点,首次提出研究绿洲的方法论。对吐鲁番绿洲研究提出水资源转换规律、经济发展战略和结构转换,有独到见解。绿洲研究涉及面广,时间跨度长。绿洲是一个综合性强的地理区域、生态学、经济学、人口学、历史学、农学和水利学有密切关系。时间上从古代、近代到现代作了动态研究,尤其是近50年作了细致分析。研究工作量大、难度大。该成果在绿洲的基本理论研究填补了中国绿洲研究方面的空白,对绿洲建设和新疆经济发展有重要理论意义和实践意义,对发展“绿洲学”有重要学术价值,成果达到国内领先水平

    Preparation and in vitro Dissolution of Sirolimus Self-microemulsifying Sustained-release Tablets

    目的制备并评价西罗莫司的自微乳缓释片。方法利用微晶纤维素吸附西罗莫司自微乳,再与羟丙甲纤维素混合压制缓释片;考察羟丙甲纤维素的型号和用量,以及缓释片的硬度对西罗莫司溶出的影响。结果随羟丙甲纤维素黏度的增大,西罗莫司的溶出逐渐减缓。分别制备羟丙甲纤维素K100lv和K4M的缓释片,均呈现随羟丙甲纤维素用量增大,西罗莫司溶出减缓的趋势,且在采用15%羟丙甲纤维素K100lv或10%羟丙甲纤维素K4M时溶出曲线相对较佳,但重现性差。调整缓释片的硬度为120N时,西罗莫司溶出符合Q2〈30%,45%90%,且3批样品溶出曲线的f2为67、61、72,均大于50,重复性良好,相比微晶纤维素片和市售纳米结晶片,可缓释12h。结论优选的西罗莫司自微乳缓释片具有良好的缓释性能。Objective To prepare sirolimus(SRL) self-microemulsifying tablets with sustained release behavior.Methods MCC was used to absorb the SRL self-microemulsifying delivery system,which was then mixed with HPMC to prepare the tablets. The type and percentage of HPMC, and the hardness of the tab lets were investigated and optimized. Results With the increase of the viscosity of HPMC, the release of SRL was decreased. Tablets with HPMC K1001v and K4M were prepared respectively. The release of SRL was reduced with the increase of the percentage of HPMC K1001v or K4M. 15 HPMC K100lv or 10 HPMC K4M led to favorable dissolution of SRL, but the reproducibility became poor.When the hardness of the tablets was optimized to be 120 N, the dissolution conformed to Q2 30 Y0,45 /00 Q6 65 /0, Qlz 90G.Moreover, the release curves of three batches of samples had f 2 values of 67, 61 and 72, indicating that the reproducibility was good. Compared to the MCC tablets and commercial tablets, the optimized tablets had a sustained release of 12 h.Conclusion The optimal SRL self-microemulsifying tablets possess favorable sustained-release property.福建省自然科学基金项目,No.2010J0121

    本文内容分为两部分.第一部分通过外尔曲率来阐述引力波这个物理概念,为天体源引力波探测(地面或空间)建立一个基本的理论框架.第二部分中,在中国科学院二期先导研究的基础上,我们进一步地说明空间引力波探测的天文学意义,特别是在探索早期宇宙中星系结构的形成,星系-黑洞共同演化结构等重大天文问题中提供一种全新的观察窗口.简要介绍中国科学院空间引力波探测计划(太极计划)的任务设计,并进一步阐明其科学目标以及与(e)LISA项目的区别所在,最后给出空间任务中关键载荷的初步分析
