    用于ICF研究的X射线成像诊断系统设计

    X射线成像诊断技术是在研究激光驱动的惯性约束聚变(ICF)过程中,利用针孔相机等设备对高温高密等离子体自身发射的X射线进行拍照,通过数值模拟还原内爆压缩,以此研究激光与等离子体相互作用、内爆动力学、激光X射线转换和辐射输运等物理过程。计算结果表明:来自高温高Z的等离子体的辐射能量中接近一半是X射线的贡献,等离子体X射线携带着高温等离子体的大量有用信息。所以,研究X射线成像诊断技术有重大意义。本文根据神光-Ⅲ项目的靶室测试项目立题,以研究X射线成像诊断技术为目的,设计了一套以分幅相机为探测器,针孔成像技术和反射镜滤波技术结合的X射线成像诊断系统。论文的主要内容有: (1)阐述了惯性约束聚变相关的一些概念;论述了X射线诊断技术对ICF研究的重要意义。研究了激光驱动惯性约束聚变的靶区等离子体产生X射线发射的机制及其发射的特性。 (2)研究惯性约束聚变的X射线成像诊断技术;对KB显微镜、费涅尔波带、和针孔成像技术进行了对比。较深入的研究了X射线针孔成像理论,对针孔设计与成像分辨率之间的关系进行了分析,并对X射线反射镜的高能截至特性和它配接在针孔相机中使用以提高诊断系统成像质量的工程化应用进行了研究。 (3)设计了以X射线CCD为探测器的针孔成像诊断设备;对系统的设计精度进行了分析,对系统调节机构的精度按照选用零件设计参数进行了精度计算;以及诊断系统的时间分辨率和空间分辨率进行了分析。论文最后对X射线成像诊断系统进行了总结,并对今后的改进提出了一些建议

    In the process of cognizing the laws of the ocean, developing marine economy, protecting and restoring the marine ecological environment, marine analysis and monitoring are essential technology. Modern ocean monitoring presents the characteristics of in-situ, on-site, and comprehensive. Small, sensitive, rapid, and automated analysis and monitoring equipment is urgently required. Microfluidic chip technology, with its outstanding characteristics of micro channel control, low-cost, and high throughput, combined with advanced chemical analysis methods, has shown excellent prospects in the construction of core sensing components of marine analysis and monitoring equipment. This review described the materials and preparation of microfluidic chips and the construction of analytical methods, focusing on two types of applications, marine environmental analysis and marine in-situ online monitoring, involving pH, dissolved gases, nutrients, heavy metals, organic pollutants and marine microorganisms. This review summarized the application progress of microfluidic technology in marine analysis and monitoring, and provided an outlook on future development

    采用腹腔注射和混饲投喂两种方式研究中药甘草(Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fiseh)粗提物对鲫(Carassius auratus)的抗应激和免疫保护功效。将一部分粗提物按0.5%和2%的质量分数制成药饵投喂实验鲫,分别在第14 d、28 d、35 d、42 d、56 d采集血样;将另一部分粗提物用无菌生理盐水按0.5%和2%的浓度配成针剂腹腔注射鲫,分别在第3 d、7 d、14 d、21 d、28 d采集血样。结果显示:投喂实验中药物组和对照组血清皮质醇水平均呈先升后降趋势,除第14

    本研究对中药甘草(Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fiseh)进行了粗提,将粗提物按0.5%和2%的质量分数制成药饵投喂鲫鱼(Carassius auratus)后,于第14天、28天、35天、42天5、6天采样检测其免疫指标。结果显示,低剂量组试验鱼血清溶菌酶活性逐渐升高,高剂量组在35d达到最大值(205.5±28.8)U/mL,之后略有下降。低剂量组和高剂量组试验鱼血清杀菌活性均有所波动,波动范围分别为62.0%—73.1%和75.0%—83.3%,就各期而言,对照组、低剂量组和高剂量
