A Comparative Study of the Vocational Education Systems and Occupational Classification of Korea and Finland

본 연구의 목적은 인적자원을 바탕으로 신흥 지식 강국으로서 급부상하고 있는 핀란드의 교육제도 및 교육정책에 대한 이해를 넓히고, 특히 핀란드의 직업교육체제에 초점을 맞춰서 한국의 직업교육체제와 비교함으로써 유사점과 차이점을 분석하고 시사점을 도출하는 것이다. 또한 한국과 핀란드의 직업분류 기준과 해당 직업군을 비교하여 직업분류와 직업교육이 연계되고 있는가를 규명하고 한국과 핀란드의 유사점과 차이점을 도출하여 지식기반사회에서 요구하는 직업군에 대한 단초를 제시하고자 한다.It becomes imp ortant tasks to raise human resou rce for keeping with of rapid social change and leadin g to tran sfer into "knowledge-based society " . It is need ed systematic strategy to meet above social needs as a national level as well as a social level and an individual level. It is meaningful to benchmark the education system of nation which has achieved to transfer from industrial society to knowledge-based society and has high-degree potential capacities of development at present. Especially, it will be helpful to understand how the vocational education system plays a important role to support work life is constructed and works and what kind of national stand ard classification of occupation has equipped . At a viewpoint of above, this research benchmarked the Finnish vocational education system and the Finnish standard classification of occup ation because Finland is evaluated a one of countries which made success to transfer to knowledge-based society and has made continuos reformation of education part to support leading position .
