fNIR Photo-Detector for high resolution brain imaging and the Fabrication Method Thereof

본 발명은 기능근적외선용 디텍터소자 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 디텍터소자의 표면을 피라미드 형태로 에칭함으로써 표면에 조사된 빛의 반사율을 개선함으로써 여러 각도에서 균일하게 빛에 반응할 수 있으며, 나노크리스탈층을 형성하여 사용자가 강화하고 싶은 빛의 영역대를 선택할 수 있도록 하여 흡수파장 조절이 가능하게 함으로써 인체에서 발생하는 근적외선을 안정적이면서 정밀하게 검출할 수 있는 기능근적외선용 디텍터소자 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 선기능근적외 디텍터소자는 기판층; 상기 기판 상에 형성되는 나노크리스탈층;을 포함하고, 상기 기판층의 상부표면은 피라미드 형태로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.기능근적외선용 디텍터소자에 있어서, 기판층;상기 기판 상에 형성되는 나노크리스탈층;을 포함하고,상기 기판층의 상부표면은 피라미드 형태로 형성되고, 상기 나노크리스탈층은 상기 피라미드 형태의 기판 상부표면의 골짜기 부분에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고분해능 뇌 이미징을 위한 기능근적외선용 디텍터소자

본 발명은 근적외선용 디텍터소자 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 기판; 상기 기판 상에 코어/쉘 형태로 상호 간격을 두고 다수의 나노와이어들을 형성하여 마련되는 나노와이어층; 상기 나노와이어층 상에 형성되는 양자점층; 상기 코어에 접속되는 제1전극; 상기 양자점층 상에 형성되는 투명한 제2전극;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이에 의해, 저선량 및 고감도의 근적외선 검출이 가능한 근적외선용 디텍터소자 및 그 제조방법이 제공된다. 또한, 피검체의 상태 및 다양한 악조건에서도 신뢰성이 우수한 근적외선 검출 데이터를 획득할 수 있는 근적외선용 디텍터소자 및 그 제조방법이 제공된다. 특히, 본 발명에 따르면, 뇌의 기능적 근적외선을 검출하는 fNIR 분야에 매우 적합한 근적외선용 디텍터소자 및 그 제조방법이 제공된다.근적외선용 디텍터소자에 있어서, 기판;상기 기판 상에 코어/쉘 형태로 상호 간격을 두고 다수의 나노와이어들을 형성하여 마련되는 나노와이어층;상기 나노와이어층 상에 형성되는 양자점층;상기 코어에 접속되는 제1전극;상기 양자점층 상에 형성되는 투명한 제2전극;을 포함하고,상기 기판은 P-type 단결정 실리콘 기판으로 마련되며;상기 나노와이어의 코어는 P-type 코어로 형성되고, 상기 나노와이어의 쉘은 N-type 쉘로 형성되며;상기 양자점층은 P-type 양자점으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 근적외선용 디텍터소자

An empirical analysis of the effect of the real-name system on internet bulletin boards : How the real-name system and user characteristics influence the use of slanderous

이 연구는 실명제 도입 이전과 이후의 글게시 행위와 게시글 및 댓글의 내용을 분석함으로써 인터넷 게시판 실명제의 효과를 탐구하였다. 실명제 실시 이후 게시글과 댓글의 숫자 및 게시판 참여자의 숫자가 감소하고 삭제한 글의 빈도도 늘어나는 등, 실명제의 실시는 글게시자들의 글쓰기 행위를 변화시키고 다소 위축시키는 방향으로 영향을 미친 것으로 나타났다. 한편 실명제 이후 게시글의 비방과 욕설 사용은 줄어들지 않은 반면, 글게시자의 특성이 게시글의 내용에 영향을 미쳤다. 글을 자주 쓰는 중게시자와 보통게시자에 비해 경게시자가 비방글을 올리고 욕설을 사용하는 경우가 많았다. 그러나 댓글에 대해서는 실명제의 효과가 검증되었는데, 실명제 이후 댓글의 비방과 욕설이 줄어든 것이다. 또한 게시글에 비방적 내용이 있는 경우 이에 대한 댓글에서도 비방적 내용이 나타나는 경우가 많았고, 이러한 반응적 비방성 댓글은 실명제 이후 급격히 줄어든 반면 게시글 내용에 상관없이 나타나는 비방적 댓글은 줄어들지 않았다. 본 연구의 결과는 비방과 욕설에 대한 실명제의 효과가 부분적으로 검증되었음과 함께, 글게시 환경과 게시글 및 댓글의 내용 간의 관계에서 이용자 개인의 역할이 함께 작용하고 있음을 보여준다. 그러므로 인터넷 이용자들의 행태와 이들이 게시하는 글의 내용에 영향을 미치고자 할 경우 제도적 요건과 함께 이용자 요인에 대한 고려가 필요하다는 점을 시사한다. This study aims to explore the effects of the Internet Real Name Verification Law, which has been applied to some Internet service provider bulletin boards in Korea since July 2007. The numbers and contents of the writers and their writings and replies to the writings on the bulletin boards of , a well-known community portal in Korea, were compared before and after the implementation of the law. It was found that the number of writings and replies decreased, the number of deleted writings increased, and the number of IP addresses from which people posted writings on the bulletin boards decreased. The composition of the writers on the bulletin boards also changed: after the implementation of the law there were fewer heavy users who write more than five writings a day and more light users who write less than one writing each day. Slanderous comments and swear words in the writing of the bulletin boards did not decrease after the implementation of the law, but slanderous comments and swear words in replies decreased. The nature of the users influenced the contents of the writings. Light users tend to use slanderous comments and swear words more often than medium and heavy users. When the writings contain slanderous comments and swear words, the replies made to those writings tend to contain such comments and words as well. In addition, replies with slanderous comments and swear words that responded to such writings decreased after the law, while replies with slanderous comments and swear words made to the writings without such comments and words did not decrease after the law. The findings of this study suggest that the role of the individual users, as well as the role of the legal system, should be considered in an effort to influence the users'communication and behavior
