동물성 Mucin이 용액상태와 Hydroxyapatite 표면에서 Lysozyme 활성에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

Prostaglandin은 대부분 포유동물의 거의 전신조직에 존재하며 그 작용은 매우 복잡하
고 다양하다. 특히 자율신경계에서는 신경주효세포접합(neuroeffector junction)에서 신
경조절인자로 작용한다고 보고있다. 즉 PG는 저절로 혹은 물리적 화학적 및 극에 의하여
유리되고, prostaglandin 자체가 신경전달체의 유리 및 이의 작용에 영향을 미치며, PG합
성을 억제하면 PG의 작용과 반대되는 효과를 나타낸다.
본 실험에서는 흰쥐 정관절편을 사용하여 PGF^^2α와 교감신경성 α2-수용체 기능과의
상호연관성을 규명코자 시도하였다.
실험은 체중 150∼200g 수컷 흰쥐의 적출 정관절편을 Tyrode액이 들어 있는 muscle cha
mber 내의 두개의 백금전극 사이에 고정한 후 전기장자극 유발 정관수축운동을 Polygraph
(Grass, Model 7)에 묘사하였다.
실험결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다.
1. 적출 흰쥐 정관절편에 30초 간격으로 1초동안 연속적(1m sec, 40 cps)으로 전기장자
극을 가하면 전압증가에 따라 수축고는 증가되며, tetrodotoxin 120 ng/ml 존재하에서 이
자극반응은 완전히 소실되었다.
2. 전기장자극 유발 정관수축은 근위부 및 원위부 모두에서 bretylium에 의하여 억제되
나 tyramine 및 cocaine 에 의하여 항진되었다.
3. 전기장자극 유발 정환수측은 외인성 norepinephrine에 의해 근위부에서 항진되나 원
위부에서는 오히려 억압되었다.
4. Methoxamine은 원위부 정관에 대해서는 미약한 수축항진을 나타내나 근위부에 대해
서는 강한 수축을 나타내었다.
5. Clonidine은 농도에 비례하여 원위부 정관의 전기장자극 반응을 억압하였으며 이러
한 억압반응은 yohimbine에 의하여 봉쇄되었다. 그러나 외인성 PGF^^2α 존재 하에서 yoh
imbine을 전처치한 경우에는 clonidine의 효과가 재현되었다.
6. Indomethacin 처치는 clinidine의 효과를 의의있게 감약시키나 외인성 PGF^^2α를
다시 첨가할 경우 clonidine의 효과는 회복되었다.
이상을 종합하여 볼때 clonidine의 PG생합성에 대한 작용기전은 현재로서는 확실치 않
으나 α^^2-수용체 흥분이 PG 생합성을 유발할 수 있으리라고 생각하며 PG생합성은 교감
신경성 α^^2-수용체 작용발현을 위하여 선행조건이라고 생각된다.

Prostaglandin(PG) is ubiquitously distributed in most mammalian tissue and their
actions are complicated. Especially in autonomic nervous system, there are
evidences indicating that PGs act as neuromodulators i.e., PGs, which are released
in the vicinity of autonomic neuroeffector junctions, influence the release and the
response of the neurotransmitter.
Present study was undertaken to elucidate the interrelationship between PGF^^2α
and adrenergic α^^2-receptor function in electrical field stimulation induced
contractile response of vas deferens in rat.
Male rat, weighing 15O-2OOg, was sacrificed and vas deferens was obtained. The
isolated vas deferens strip was placed between two platinum electrodes in
temperature controlled(37℃) muscle chamber containing Tyrode's solution and the
electrical field stimulation(EFS) induced contraction was recorded with Grass
Polygraph(Model 7) via force displacement transducer(FT. 03. Grass).
The results are summarized as follows ;
1. Electrical field stimulation for lsec(lmsec, 40cps) induced contraction of vas
deferens was completely blocked by tetrodo toxin.
2. Bretylium caused marked inhibition of the EFS-induced contraction, but
tyramine and cocaine augmented the contraction.
3. EFS-induced contraction was inhitited of little affected in distal portion of
vas deferens by norepinephrine or methoxamine, but the contraction was rather
augmented by the α-agonists in proximal portion.
4. Clonidine inhibited the EFS-induced contraction proportionally to the
concentration in distal portion, which was blocked by yohimbine pretreatment, but
in the presence of PGF^^2α the blockade by yohimbine was reversed.
5. Indomethacin pretreatment reduced the effect of clonidine, but addition of
PGF^^2α after washing-out the indomethacin caused the contraction to the control
level.
From these results it is suggested that PG synthesis is a necessary step and the
PG itself has a permissive role in α^^2 -adrenoceptor action in rat vas deferens.restrictio

A Multi-touch Gesture Vocabulary Design Methodology for Mobile Devices
DoctorThis study aims to propose a methodology for designing multi-touch gesture vocabularies applicable on mobile devices. The specific research objectives are 1) Proposing an integrated procedure for designing gesture vocabularies2) Proposing a systematic framework to analyze and create gesture vocabularies3) Validating the proposed methodology through a case study for designing mobile web browsing gestures4) Suggesting best multi-touch gesture vocabularies for mobile web browsers (MWBs).The integrated procedure involved both empirical approach and analytical approach. The empirical approach collected intuitive gestures from end-users for mobile web browsing commands. Users defined appropriate gestures intuitively themselves. On the other hand, the analytical approach created gestures based on a systematic framework. The framework consisted of gesture features and gesture elements, and the two attributes were combined to create various gestures. Designers generated gesture vocabularies analytically based on the framework. The analytical approach followed the empirical approach in the procedures.Basic gesture elements that constitute multi-touch gestures were identified. Extrinsic postures or motions were decomposed into the smallest units, and the categorized units became gesture elements. The gesture elements allowed observers to describe gestures concretely, and moreover the elements were used to analyze the usage patterns of gestures. Taxonomy of multi-touch gestures was also developed based on the basic elements. This study identified 6 basic elements of multi-touch gestures in mobile devices. The proposed elements were ‘posture’, ‘location’, ‘pose’, ‘touch’, ‘path’, and ‘device’.The usefulness and practicality of the methodology were validated through a case study. The case study identified mobile web browsing gestures to improve short-cut interactions. The initial gestures for the commands were collected from 36 end-users who did not have any experience with gesture interaction on web browsers. A total of 642 gestures were collected in the empirical approach. Six volunteers created gestures based on the systematic design framework, and they generated 314 gestures in the analytical approach. The proposed methodology helped designers to find appropriate gesture vocabularies for various commands on mobile devices.Gesture candidates were selected from the gestures which were collected by the empirical approach and created by the analytical approach. The selected candidates were evaluated by the 22 subjects. Their intuitiveness and subjective satisfaction scores are compared with each other to identify the most suitable gesture vocabularies. Finally, 11 best gestures and 38 top group gestures were identified for mobile web browsing commands.This study tried to find cognitively and physically appropriate web browsing gestures to end-users. However, technological issues such as confliction between different commands and restriction of recognition algorithm were not considered. Based on gestures identified in this study, further study considering these issues should be conducted in the future
Finite Element Analysis of Track-Type Structures Resting on Elastic Soil Medium
철도궤도시스템을 단순화시킨 평행선의 길다란 빔을 '궤도형 구조물'( Track-type structures)이라 정의하고, 본 논문에서는 궤도형 구조물 아래의 지반 거동을 3차원의 입체모델, 2차원의 plane strain 유한요소 모델로 수치실험을 하고 기발표된 Talbot 이론과 Kansas Test Track 현장실험과 비교 분석하였다. ?穉′漫? 및 실험분석 결과 궤도형 구조물 해석에서 plane strain 모델이 유용하며 나아가서 철도궤도 해석에도 적용됨을 확인하였다.Track-type structures are defined long beams of two parallel lines on elastic soil medium. In this study, the soil behavior under Track-type structures was analysed by 3-dimensional solid model and 2-dimensional plane strain finite model. The analysis was compared with the results of Talbot's theory and Kansas Test Track.
Results of numerical analysis and model tests showed that the plane strain model was effective in solving Track-type structures. The Effects of Fluconazole on Chronic Oral Candidiasis Refractory to Nystatin: Case Report
구강 캔디다증은 주요 기회감염 균주인 Candida 속(屬) 진균류에 의한 감염성 질환으로 구강점막에 발생하는 진균 감염 중 가장 흔하지만, 만성증식성(chronic hyperplastic type)이나 정중능형설염(median rhomboid glossitis)과 같이 드문 형태의 경우 오진의 가능성이 있고 효과적인 치료법의 결정도 어려운 경우가 있다. 본 증례에서는 만성증식성 구강 캔디다증 및 정중능형설염으로 진단된 환자에서 nystatin 처방에 효과적으로 반응하지 않아 fluconazole을 투여하여 증상의 경감과 치유를 보인 예를 보고하고자 한

북서태평양은 적도 부근에서 서쪽으로 흐르는 북적도 해류가 필리핀 연안을 따라 고위도로 상승하는 쿠로시오 해류로 전환되면서 난류가 수송된다. 쿠로시오 난류는 다시 동중국해에서 대마난류로 분지되며, 대한해협을 통과하여 동해까지 영향을 미친다. 이러한 해류의 흐름은 열대 또는 아열대성 해양생물을 우리나라 주변해역으로 이동시키는 역할을 하며, 이것은 해류의 흐름에 의해 수송되기 쉬운 동물플랑크톤의 분포에도 많은 영향을 미친다. 따라서 북서태평양의 열대, 온대, 아한대 해역의 동물플랑크톤 군집은 위도에 따라 종조성, 우점종, 다양도에서 차이가 많다. 본 연구는 필리핀해와 북서태평양의 난수역을 포함한 열대 해역과 동중국해, 동해의 동물플랑크톤 군집을 분석하여 쿠로시오 해류가 동중국해와 동해의 동물플랑크톤 분포에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 하였다.러한 해류의 흐름은 열대 또는 아열대성 해양생물을 우리나라 주변해역으로 이동시키는 역할을 하며, 이것은 해류의 흐름에 의해 수송되기 쉬운 동물플랑크톤의 분포에도 많은 영향을 미친다. 따라서 북서태평양의 열대, 온대, 아한대 해역의 동물플랑크톤 군집은 위도에 따라 종조성, 우점종, 다양도에서 차이가 많다. 본 연구는 필리핀해와 북서태평양의 난수역을 포함한 열대 해역과 동중국해, 동해의 동물플랑크톤 군집을 분석하여 쿠로시오 해류가 동중국해와 동해의 동물플랑크톤 분포에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 하였다.2
