    Perovskit SrRu1-xSnxO3 의 물리적 특성 변화

    학위논문 (석사)-- 서울대학교 대학원 : 물리학과, 2014. 2. 박제근.Orthorombic perovskite SrRuO3 and SrSnO3 have been studied for their unique properties. There is also theoretical expectation that Sr(Ru1-xSnx)O3 can be made a half-metal or dilute magnetic semiconductor by varing the doping ratio x. In order to study the doping effect, Sr(Ru1-xSnx)O3 were synthesized with a solid state reaction method and physical properties were measured. The volume of Sr(Ru,Sn)O3 change follows the Vegards law. In the Ru-rich side, the ferromagnetic transition temperature of SrRuO3 decreases with Sn doping, accmompanied by a change in resistivity. On the other hand, Sn-rich SrRu1-xSnxO3 samples show magnetic hysteresis in their magnetization.
