西都市教育委員会との協働―大学主催の遠隔配信型教員研修の事例―

2021 年度から宮崎大学教職大学院の教職実践高度化コース教育行政・学校経営分野と教育課程・授業研究分野、教職実践基礎コースの教員は、宮崎県西都市教育委員会と協働して「西都 de 管理職 up ナイト」と「西都 de 教師力 up ナイト」の 2 つの教員研修を遠隔配信で実施している。前者は管理職任用試験希望者や主幹教諭志望者、教育行政職を志望する教諭を対象にした講座であり、後者は教職員採用試験受験者である臨時教諭や非常勤講師を対象にした講座である。とはいえ、いずれも試験対策講座ではない。教員免許状更新講習廃止後、実施される機会がなくなった大学による教育の最新事情説明の代替となる講座である。講座内容には、児童生徒と教員の Well-being 実現に向けての要素をいれ、方法としてケーススタディを取り入れている。さらに、遠隔配信では、宮崎大学教職大学院がNITS コラボで実践したスイッチャーを導入した効果的な配信方式を実践している。departmental bulletin pape
