    ゲンチョ ツウネンセイ ハナ アレルギー ニ オケル カヨウセイ インターロイキン2 レセプター sIL-2R オヨビ シュヨウ エシ インシ TNF-α ニ ツイテ

    サイトカイン及びサイトカイン関連物質であるTNF-αとsIL-2R,また,好酸球の代表的な顆粒蛋白であるECPについて,通年性鼻アレルギー患者の鼻汁及び血清中濃度を測定し検討を加えた。ECPは患者の鼻汁中において,非アレルギー者と比較して有意に高い濃度で検出され,鼻症状の重症度もきわめてよく相関した。また,血清中ECP濃度も患者において有意に高値を示したが,重症度とは相関しなかった。患者の鼻汁中 sIL-2R濃度は,軽症,中等症,重症のいずれの群においても非アレルギー群と比較して有意に高濃度であったが,鼻症状の重症度とは相関しなかった。患者の血清中 sIL-2R濃度に関しても,非アレルギー群と比較してより有意に高濃度であった。鼻汁中のTNF-αは,軽症群のみが非アレルギー群と比較し有意に高値を示し,中等症や重症群においては有意な差を認めなかった。また,アレルギー群全体では非アレルギー群と比較して有意な差は認められなかった。しかし,鼻アレルギー患者の鼻粘膜に抗原を暴霧した結果,RT-PCR法による検討では,6時間後にTNF-α mRNAの発現が有意に検出された。このことはアレルギー性炎症の場である鼻粘膜において,TNF-αが産生遊離されている可能性を示すものと思われた。今回の検討により,IL-2やTNF-αをはじめとするサイトカインが鼻アレルギーの病態に密接に関与している可能性が示唆された。journal articl

    Effect of ions and radicals on formation of silicon nitride gate dielectric films using plasma chemical vapor deposition

    We have clarified effects of ions and radicals on the film property of ultrathin silicon nitride (SiN_x) films of 5 nm in thickness formed on Si substrates at 300 ℃ in electron cyclotron resonance plasma-enhanced chemical vapor deposition (PECVD) employing ammonia and silane (NH_3/SiH_4), and nitrogen and silane (N_2/SiH_4) gases. In situ Fourier transform infrared reflection absorption spectroscopy and in situ x-ray photoelectron spectroscopy confirmed that in N_2/SiH_4 plasma, Si-N bonds in the film were increased by eliminating charged species, and thus, radicals promoted the formation of the SiN_x film of high Si-N bond density. On the other hand, Si-N bonds in the film were decreased by eliminating charged species, and eventually, ions played an important role in forming the film of high Si-N bond density in NH_3/SiH_4 plasma. The excellent hysteresis of 0.04 V was successfully achieved with the NH_3/SiH_4 plasma. Furthermore, the quadrupole mass spectroscopy suggests that {NH_4}^+ charged species make a significant contribution to the formation of ultrathin SiN_x films with high quality. These results provide insights into important species to be controlled in the PECVD for low temperature formation of the SiN_x gate dielectric films in ultralarge scale integrated circuits.journal articl

    This paper considers the change of the samurai's premises in Amakusa-machi and Eiheizi-machi , Kannon-machi referring to the `FUKUI ZOUKA-EZU' . The allotment of the premises in Amakusa-machi changed twice greatly during Syoho4 years from Jyokyo2 years, and Manji2 years from Keicho18 years. As for the premises substitute, many inhabitant were replaced after the revolt in Shimabara and the time of changed shift of feudal lord in the Kanei period. After it, there were many premises substitutes by the influence of the subtraction of Jyokyo3 years. In Eiheiji-machi premises was old and makes allotment of the premises by Keicho 18 years. The other, the mansion substitute between samurai's was repeated in each time, but in Eiheiji-machi it was always the samurai's premises through the Edo era. The allotment of the premises in Kannon-machi did not changed until the late Edo period except that the part of the samurai's premises became the moat by Manji2 years. The premises substitute was performed frequently through the Edo era. However, two writing brushes of these turned into the Jikata-chi temporarily.departmental bulletin pape

    Temperature measurement on combustion chamber wall of S.I. engine using infrared rays detector

    It is important to measure the temperature of burnt gas and combustion chamber wall surface of a spark ignition engine because of improvement for thermal efficiency in the engine. The engine combustion chamber wall temperature is usually measured by the thin film type of thermocouple. However there are many restrictions for the thermometer to install the engine. In this study, measurements of temperature and heat flux on spark ignition engine combustion chamber wall using infrared rays were developed. At first the calibration was carried out by detecting infrared rays from a material at given temperature with an IR detector. The calibration is the method to obtain a relation of temperature and infrared radiation. As a result temperature of a measuring object was calculated from measured infrared radiations with the obtained calibration curve. Next infrared rays from spark ignition engine wall were measured with the IR detector. At the same time pressure measurement was also carried out with pressure indicator. To eliminate the influence of infrared radiation from burnt gas, a sapphire glass for observation window sprayed black paint was applied. Therefore the measuring object was the outer surface of the black paint on the sapphire glass. Heat flux was calculated to estimate crank angle where heat flux becomes 0 W/m2. On the crank angle combustion chamber wall temperature and burnt gas temperature were equal. The burnt gas temperature was calculated from measured pressure and equation of state for perfect gas. Generally the result of infrared thermometer agrees with the result of heat flux sensor in average temperature. But improvement for response of infrared thermometer is necessary to apply the engine combustion chamber.departmental bulletin pape
