ソウセツ ゲカテキ シンキン ホゴホウ
開心術における心筋保護法はここ20年間に急速に進歩し,ほぼ確立した感がある。著者は心局所冷却法,Crystalloid Cardioplegia法,酸素化Crystalloid Cardioplegia法,Blood Cardioplegia法,Terminal Warm Blood Cardioplegia法を経験してきたが,心筋保護の良否の指標の一つである大動脈遮断解除後の除細動の難易度は明らかに向上した。現在,山梨医科大学で用いているBlood CardioplegiaはCrystalloid液と人工心肺血液とを1対2の割合に混合しており,その組成はおおよそGlucose 60 mmol/L,Na 135 mmol/L,K 20 mmol/L,Ca2+0.3~0.6 mmol/L,Ht 16%,pH 7.8(15℃)浸透圧390 mOsm/kgである。このBlood Cardioplegiaを用いてTerminal Warm Blood Cardioplegiaを併用することにより,平均130分間の大動脈遮断時間で自然除細動率は87%である。journal articl
Polysulfonylated cyclodextrins. Part II.1 Preparation and structural validation of three isomeric pentakis(6-0-mesitylsulfonyl)cyclomaltoheptaoses
Three isomers of cyclomaltoheptaose derivatives, la-c, which possess five mesitylenesulfonyloxy groups on their C-6 atoms, were prepared. Assignment of the regiosiomers was performed by their conversion into compounds containing five 3,6-anhydroglucose units followed by 'H NMR analyses. The structures of the pentakis(3,6-anhydro) derivatives were also confirmed by their derivation from the known bis(TBDMS) derivatives.application/pdfjournal articl
Space Charge Behaviors near the Interface between Different Low-Density Polyethylenes
We investigated the space charge behaviors near the interface between different low-density polyethylenes (LDPE) by using the PEA method. Charge carriers were mainly injected from the semicon electrode in a specimen of Al/LDPE/LDPE/LDPE/semicon and they moved through the interface to the counter Al electrode. Charge carriers moving from LDPE of a lower density to LDPE of a higher one were accumulated near the interface to form space charge, while there was no space charge accumulation for carriers moving in the opposite direction. It suggests that charge carriers are more mobile in LDPE of a lower density. The mobilities of charge carriers were also estimated from the change in space charge profile with time and positive carriers were more mobile in LDPE than negative ones. The Experiment of Program for Designing of the Hawaiian Fabric
Hawaiian culture spreads out today in Japan. In particular, the hula is high in popularity as one of the learning. On the other hand, designing dresses for the modern hula `auana' is difficult for dancers lacking in knowledge about apparel. In this paper, we continue the basic study about software for designing hula dresses, and deal with the experimental program for designing the Hawaiian fabric by using the traditional motif in Hawaii. Important predicted catalytic residues outline the substrate cleft. These are His 130, Arg 180, Glu 217 and Arg 281 of Bfl341 corresponding to His 148, Arg 196, Glu 212, and Arg 274 in the template structure (four from five conserved residues known for the family and those checked from by mutagenesis to be important for catalysis in vitro [24]). Kajander et al. [24] did not know yet the accurate molecular function of the structure they solved. However, regarding the high sequence similarity of Bfl341 (38% identical, 57% similar residues) to recently characterized Pgl protein [25], the actual activity of Bfl341 we now predict to be a 6-phosphogluconolactonase
