Development of Power Assist System for Manual Worker by Muscle Suit

A "muscle suit" that will provide muscular support for the paralyzed or those otherwise unable to move unaided is being developed as a wearable robot. The muscle suit consists of a mechanical armor-type frame and McKibben artificial muscle. Using a new link mechanism for the shoulder joint which consists of two half-circle links with four universal joints in total mounted at both ends of each link, all motion for the upper limb has been realized. Applying the muscle suit to non-healthy people such as elderly people and/or disable one requires very high-level safety and usability, from the practical point of view. We then in the first place for the practical use, apply the muscle suit to the manual worker. In this paper, we introduce how we can apply the muscle suit for the manual worker.(c)2007 IEEE. <p>The percentile lines (95th, 97.5th, and 99th) are computed from the respective percentiles (and average frequency) of 100 overlapping sliding windows (100-point offset between adjacent windows) of 1,000 points along the data (sorted by frequency). The Effect of Geography and <i>FRI</i> Alleles on Flowering Time

<p>The map displays the position of 168 accessions from Europe, northern Africa, and western Asia. The histogram inset shows the distribution of the number of leaves at flowering without vernalization for these accessions. In both map and histogram, accessions carrying the <i>fri_Col </i> or <i>fri_Ler </i> alleles are indicated in red or blue, respectively, while the shade of gray in the remaining accessions corresponds to the number of leaves (i.e., 0–20). Bin sizes are halved (i.e., 0–10 leaves) in the histogram relative to the map. </p

「原因」「因果」概念との比較に基づく「おのずから」概念の研究

application/pdf「おのずから」概念については、これまでも、日本における哲学的思惟の基層をなすものとしてその重要性が注目されてきた。しかしそこでは、「おのずから」が日本思想に限定された特殊な概念と捉えられ、広く諸思想との対比からその内容が明確に規定されることがなかった。本研究では、「原因」「因果」という観点から「おのずから」概念に注目し、東西諸思想における「原因」「因果」概念との比較を通じて、その特質の明確化を行った。The concept of Onozukara has been emphasized in its forming the foundation of Japanese philosophical thoughts. Yet, since it has been regarded as a concept peculiar to Japanese thoughts, its content has not been specified through a comparison with various thoughts in the world.
