都市圏レベルの交通需要予測手法の違いによる予測値の差の検証-確率的統合均衡モデルと非集計モデルの比較-
Disaggregate model can take into account individual travel behaviors in detail, but in forecasting a case of improving service level of transport networks, the changes in service level of automobile are not often considered. On the other hand, combined stochastic user equilibrium model always considers the changes appropriately. In this study, we apply these two models to the Nagoya metropolitan area in order to verify the difference of prediction results. As compared with the equilibrium model, disaggregate model brings the results that the number of automobile trips is overestimated and one of railway trips is underestimated, although the total number of generated trips and the share of each trip purpose are not so different. Especially, the difference is large in short-distance and middle-distance trips.journal articl

Salbutamol and cAMP analog 8-Br-cAMP enhanced MKP-1 expression in J774 macrophages.
<p>J774 macrophages were stimulated with LPS (10 ng/ml) in the presence or in the absence of salbutamol (A) or 8-Br-cAMP (B) for the time indicated. MKP-1 mRNA was measured by quantitative RT-PCR, and MKP-1 mRNA expression levels were normalized against GAPDH mRNA levels. Results are expressed as mean ± S.E.M., n = 3. One-way ANOVA with Dunnett´s post test was performed, and statistical significance is indicated with * p < 0.05 and ** p < 0.01 as compared to control cells.</p
Associations of change in MMP-3 level with marathon time and change in resistin concentration.
<p>Marathon induced change in MMP-3 level was negatively correlated with marathon time (a), i.e. the faster the marathon was run the more MMP-3 level increased due to the marathon. Change in MMP-3 level correlated positively with change in resistin concentration (b). Pearson or Spearman correlation analyses were used where appropriate, n = 46.</p

<p>J774 macrophages were stimulated with LPS (10 ng/ml) in the absence or in the presence of salbutamol (A, C and E), terbutaline (B, C and E), 8-Br-cAMP (C and D), rolipram (E) or the p38 MAPK inhibitor BIRB 769 (F) for 24 h (A, B, D, E and F; TNF protein) or for 4 h (C; TNF mRNA). TNF mRNA was measured by quantitative RT-PCR and TNF mRNA expression levels were normalized against GAPDH mRNA levels. TNF protein accumulation in the culture medium was measured by ELISA. Results are expressed as mean ± S.E.M., n = 8 (A-C) or n = 4 (D, E and F). One-way ANOVA with Dunnett´s post test (A and B) or Bonferroni´s post test (C-F) was performed and statistical significance is indicated with * p < 0.05, ** p < 0.01 and *** p < 0.001 as compared to LPS-treated cells. In the Panel 4E, statistical significance (a) is p < 0.001 between LPS+ salbutamol and LPS+ salbutamol+ rolipram treated cells, and (b) is p < 0.001 between LPS+ terbutaline and LPS+ terbutaline+ rolipram treated cells.</p
Effect of TRPA1 Activation in MSU Crystal-Induced Spontaneous Weight-Bearing Test.
<p>Spontaneous weight-bearing on hind limb knee joint injected with monosodium urate (MSU) crystals indicative of joint pain was altered in wild type but not in TRPA1 deficient mice. The difference between the groups was also significant. An injection of 0.5mg of MSU crystals diluted in 40 μl of endotoxin free phosphate buffered saline into the knee joint was performed and the mice were measured for spontaneous distribution of weight between hind limbs with an incapacitance meter for four subsequent days and referred to the basal level. The contralateral knee was injected with the vehicle only and the measurer was blinded for the affected limb. Results are displayed as the percentage of weight bore by the affected limb and given as mean + SEM, n = 7–10, * = p<0.05, ** = p<0.01.</p

Salbutamol attenuated carrageenan-induced paw inflammation in mice.
<p>Mice were treated with salbutamol (5 mg/kg, i.p.) 2 h before the experiment. In the beginning of the experiment (0 h), hind paw volumes were measured with a plethysmometer. After that, carrageenan (2%) or vehicle (control) was injected into the paw and the paw edema was measured with plethysmometer at the time points indicated. Edema is expressed as the difference between the volume changes of the carrageenan-treated paw and the control paw. Mean ± S.E.M., n = 6. The <a href="http://www.plosone.org/article/info:doi/10.1371/journal.pone.0148144#pone.0148144.g005" target="_blank">Fig 5C</a> presents the percent decrease in AUC values by salbutamol.</p
