「水の温まり方」の科学概念形成を促す学習・指導方法に関する研究<教育科学>
The purpose of this study is to develop a teaching strategy to reconstruct students’ wrong scientific conception of “water is heated up as it swirls”, which is often conceived by many of the students, even after the classrooms lesson using the text book on the topic of “How the water becomes hot”. The teaching method based on this strategy is to show students with the wrong conception, the corroborated scientific understanding by supportive experiments, and let them discuss after making them experience cognitive conflicts between wrong conception and the phenomena that contradicts their ideas. The study proves that this method is more effective to convert wrong conception into scientifically correct conception than the method that the textbook shows.textapplication/pdfdepartmental bulletin pape

わが国ではPCTの効果研究が少ない。そのため、PCTは英国と同様に不利な立場に置かれる可能性がある。筆者らは2023年の日本心理臨床学会においてPCTの研究推進を目指す議論を行なった。話題提供者の上西はわが国のPCT研究が事例研究や質的研究に偏っていることを指摘した。効果研究を困難にする要因として効果指標の問題やRCTやメタ解析の学習機会の不足等を挙げ、日本独自のPCT効果研究の必要性を論じた。矢野はフォーカシングに関する最近5年間の国内研究のレビューを通して、他の理論や実践との融合を模索した。体験過程理論やセラピストの内的プロセスに注目すること、実践と効果研究を結びつける必要性を強調した。金子は近年の共通要因論から最適処遇論への移行指摘しつつ、PCTの有用性を示した研究を紹介した。また、PCTの研究が人間性心理学として異なる学際的アプローチと統合される必要性を論じた。指定討論者の岡村は英国のPCT研究の経緯を振り返り、RCTやメタ分析を解する研究者の教育、リサーチメソッドの開発の必要性を示した。その上で研究方法に拘らずに今から研究を進めることが重要であることを提言した。departmental bulletin pape
Time-Dependent CP-Violating Asymmetry in B^0→p^0γ Decays
We report the first measurement of CP-violation parameters in B^0 → p^0γ decays based on a data sample of 657×10^6B\bar{B} pairs collected with the Belle detector at the KEKB asymmetric-energy e^+e^- collider. We obtain the time-dependent and direct CP-violating parameters, S_p0γ=-0.83±0.65(stat)±0.18(syst) and A_poγ= -0.44±0.49(stat)±0.14(syst), respectively.journal articl

Since the latter half of 1990s, as Korea had suffered from the recession, divorce rate involving baby boom generation has increased and reached high level. As the causes of this change, individualism and egalitarianism became to be seen as reasons of divorce irrespective of age and generation. But this paper argues that Korean baby boomer women were traditionalists and had their original reasons of getting divorces. These women chose divorce mainly for the sake of survival of their family members at the turn of the century and for the sake of their grown-up children in the late 2000s. Raman image-activated cell sorting
The advent of image-activated cell sorting and imaging-based cell picking has advanced our knowledge and exploitation of biological systems in the last decade. Unfortunately, they generally rely on fluorescent labeling for cellular phenotyping, an indirect measure of the molecular landscape in the cell, which has critical limitations. Here we demonstrate Raman image-activated cell sorting by directly probing chemically specific intracellular molecular vibrations via ultrafast multicolor stimulated Raman scattering (SRS) microscopy for cellular phenotyping. Specifically, the technology enables real-time SRS-image-based sorting of single live cells with a throughput of up to ~100 events per second without the need for fluorescent labeling. To show the broad utility of the technology, we show its applicability to diverse cell types and sizes. The technology is highly versatile and holds promise for numerous applications that are previously difficult or undesirable with fluorescence-based technologies.journal articl
