    知識情報作業空間の最適環境制御に関する研究

    (1)床吹出を行ったときの温熱環境性能について、一般によく用いられている旋回流型吹出口の特性を軸流型と比較しつつ実験によって検討した。通常採られるような小風量で吹き出した場合には、たとえ旋回流型を用いても若干の温度成層の発生は避けられず、居住者の足熱環境上問題があろうとの見解が導かれた。(2)軸流床吹出口の性能について、吹出口の取付位置を変えた実験を追加し、温度分布,被験者生理心理反応の解析を行った。一連の実験結果から、温度成層やドラフト発生を回避するための軸流吹出口の設計法・運転制御法についてまとめた。(3)制御対象の特性が変化しても制御系としての性能を良好に維持できる適応制御を空調システムの制御系に導入したときの室内環境の制御性について検討した。パラメ-タをどのように設定すれば追随性がよくなるかなどの知見が得られた。(4)空調システムの制御パラメ-タの最適チュ-ニングのために、秒単位の時分割による動的空調システムシミュレ-ションの適用を考え、標準的な空調モデルを設定して感度解析を行った。エネルギ-消費量や環境変動に与える各種制御パラメ-タの影響が把握できた。(5)視環境に関して、被験者実験によりモデリングを評価する指標として従来より利用されてきたベクトル・スカラ-比の再検討を行った。同じベクトル・スカラ-比でも光の照射角度によって立体感,明るさ感,見やすさの評価が異なることがわかった。(6)前年度までに収集したデ-タに基づいて、非常用照明設備の故障率を統計的に求めた。建物規模,竣工年による差が明らかにされた。(7)インテリジェントビルに張リ巡らされた情報ネットワ-クを如何に統合化・標準化していけば、最適な管理を行うことができるかを考察した。また、エキスパ-トシステムを管理システムに組み込むに当たっての課題・問題点を実態調査によって分析し、有効な分野として温熱環境管理に注目して一手法の提案を行った。科学研究費補助金 研究種目:一般研究(A) 課題番号:62420042 研究代表者:中原 信生 研究期間:1987-1990年度research repor

    application/pdfThe purpose of this study is to examine the following points for evaluating the durability and estimating the deterioration of reinforced structures in cold regions. (1) Developing modeling specimens of RC structure members, whose size is 10×10×40 cm in order to be able to conduct sthe rapid freezethaw tests by ASTM C 666 and loading. (2) The relation between the decrease of strength in the area of concrete subjected to freeze-thaw and the degree of reinforcing steel corrosion, and the decrease of bearing strength of RC concrete members. (3) The quantitative relation between the degree of cover deterioration and reinforcing steel corrosion. (4) A rapid freeze-thaw test was air is done and this method that was compared with freezethaw tests in water by ASTM. The summary of results is as follows. The modeling specimens of RC members were able to be given the accelerating test. The change of weight and ultrasonic velocity of rapid freezethaw tests in air were smaller than that in water.     「主体的・対話的で深い学び」の実現に向けた授業改善の試み ~ICTの特性と長所を生かした授業モデルの提案~

    本研究では,「主体的・対話的で深い学び」の実現に向けた授業の視点を明らかにし,「情報活用能力」体系分類を明確にした上で,「主体的・対話的で深い学び」の授業モデル案を作成し, 2 校の中学校に対して授業を実施し,授業前後のアンケート調査結果を分析した。さらに,自己評価の内容や,事後アンケートの自由記述から読み取れる成果と課題について分析した。この結果,「情報活用能力」体系表を基にした継続的な指導によって,ICT機器の知識や技能だけでなく,資料をまとめる能力や発表する能力について有意な向上が認められた。また,「深い学び」を体現させる記述が確認されるなどの効果を見出すことが できた。departmental bulletin pape

    Additional file 5: Figure S4. Almost complete depletion of C4F6-reactive SOD1 from CSF by immunoprecipitation. C4F6-crosslinked magnetic beads were first incubated with the CSF of ALS2 (40 μL) at 4 °C for 24 h, and the solution was collected as the “unbound” fraction in 1st IP. The remaining magnetic beads were then treated with 10 μL of 100 mM citrate buffer at pH 3.1, and the eluate was collected as the “bound” fraction in 1st IP. The unbound fraction (40 μL) in the 1st IP step was further treated with C4F6-crosslinked magnetic beads at 4 °C for 24 h, and the solution was collected as the unbound fraction in 2nd IP. The remaining magnetic beads were then treated with 10 μL of 100 mM citrate buffer at pH 3.1, and the eluate was collected as the bound fraction in 2nd IP. Ten microliter of the CSF (input) as well as the unbound and bound fractions in 1st IP and 2nd IP steps were analyzed by Western blotting with FL-154 antibody. The full-length and truncated SOD1 proteins were indicated with filled and open arrows, respectively

    Additional file 6: Figure S5. Reactivities of SOD1 antibodies toward conformationally distinct states of SOD1 in vitro were examined by indirect ELISA. Recombinant SOD1 proteins (black, wild-type: white, A4V: red, G37R: blue, G85R) were prepared in the following states: +Cu/Zn S-S, SOD1 with the disulfide bond (SOD1S-S) in the presence of copper and zinc ions; Apo S-S, SOD1S-S in the absence of any metal ions; Apo SH, SOD1 without the disulfide bond (SOD1SH) in the absence of any metal ions; SS oligomer, SOD1 oligomers crosslinked via disulfide bonds prepared from Apo S-S; Aggregates, insoluble SOD1 aggregates prepared from Apo SH. The experimental methods to prepare those SOD1 proteins can be found in our previous papers (ref #7, 8). Proteins (5 μg) were first adsorbed in wells of an ELISA plate and then detected with 0.2 μg/mL of (A) UβB, (B) EDI, (C) SOD1int, (D) apoSOD, (E) 24–39, and (F) Pan-SOD1 antibodies. A detailed procedure for indirect ELISA can be found in our previous papers (ref #35, 36), which have also reported the data on UβB, EDI, SOD1int, and apoSOD. The total protein concentrations in CSF were measured with Micro BCA Protein Assay Kit (Thermo Scientific) and compared between ALS (n = 21) and non-ALS cases (n = 40). The averages are shown as bars. The Student’s t-test suggested no significant differences in total protein concentrations of the CSF samples between non-ALS and ALS cases (P = 0.10)

The experiments were performed as described in Fig. 8B except the capture antibody. Briefly, the CSF samples (20 μg of total proteins, 100 μL of total volume) were first incubated with either (blue bars) 100 μM CuSO4 or (red bars) 100 μM ZnSO4 at 4 °C overnight and then analyzed by sandwich ELISA with FL-154 and Pan-SOD1 as capture and detection antibodies, respectively. As a control, the CSF samples incubated at 4 °C overnight without addition of any metal ions (black bars) were also examined. In a “Standard curve” sheet, absorbance values at 490 nm for preparation of standard curves (i.e. Additional file 3: Figure S2) were summarized. Also, absorbance values at 490 nm in the sandwich ELISA on CSF were available in a “Absorbance” sheet. As described in the Methods, furthermore, absorbance values at 490 nm measured in the ELISA were substituted into equations fitted to standard curves (Additional file 3: Figure S2), and apparent amounts of SOD1 were summarized in an “Apparent amount” sheet (i.e. Figures 3 and 6).
