Die Anwendungsbeispiele der Zickzack-rückungs-methode
In diesem Vortrage diskurrierten wir iiber praktische Beispiele, die wir ein Kleinseilkranksystem, sogenannte Zickzack-riickungs-methode, auf die Durchforstung im Chamaecyparis- wald anzuwenden versuchten. Zuriickschauend auf das Resultat, untersuchten wir im einzelnen die Arbeiten und Zeuge in Durchforstung. C3d conjugation augments the formation of germinal centers and plasma cells.
<p>A/J mice were analyzed at the indicated time points post-immunization with PA-Av-Alum or PA-Av-C3d<sub>3</sub>/IFA. Flow cytometry profiles indicate (A) percent splenic germinal center B cells (CD3<sup>−</sup>, CD11b<sup>−</sup>, IgD<sup>−</sup>, B220<sup>+</sup>, GL7<sup>+</sup>, Fas<sup>+</sup>) of total B cells; (B) percent plasma cells (CD11b<sup>−</sup>, CD3<sup>−</sup>, IgD<sup>−</sup>, B220<sup>lo</sup>, Syn1<sup>hi</sup>) of IgD<sup>−</sup> B cells, and (C) percent activated T cells (B220<sup>−</sup>, CD11b<sup>−</sup>, CD4<sup>+</sup>, CD62L<sup>lo</sup>, ICOS<sup>+</sup>) of CD4<sup>+</sup> cells. PA-Av-C3d<sub>3</sub> provides enhanced protection against aerosol anthrax spore challenge.
<p>A/J mice were immunized with either: adjuvant control (*), PA-Av/IFA (○), PA-Av-Alum (□), or PA-Av-C3d<sub>3</sub>/IFA (▵). Ten days after immunization, mice were challenged with (A) 5×10<sup>5</sup> (10–40x LD<sub>50</sub>, n = 5 per group) or (B) 5×10<sup>6</sup> (100–400×LD<sub>50,</sub> n = 10 per group) Sterne <i>B. anthracis</i> spores administered intranasally. Mouse survival was monitored for 10 days post-spore challenge.</p
