    While maintenance management of bridges became important in recent years, it has a great interest specially in the degradation prediction. Degradation prediction is indispensable technology when carrying out maintenance management of the structure effectively. However, there is few technology of the still established degradation prediction. Then, writers aimed to propose the formula of more accurate degradation prediction which can be used for Bridge Management System (EMS) paying attention to degradation of paint of steel girder.
