Berg Balance Scale及びFunctional lndependence Measureを用いた脳硬塞患者の急性期病院から退院先の予測
脳梗塞発症早期に急性期病院から直接在宅退院可能か,他施設への転院が必要かを予測することは患者のスムーズな退院又は転院を行う上で重要と考える.本研究の目的は,脳梗塞発症2週後のBerg Balance Scale(BBS)やFunctional Independence Measure(FIM)を用い,急性期病院から直接在宅退院が可能か,他施設への転院が必要かを予測することができるかを検討することである.本研究では,2007年1月から2009年12月までに脳梗塞を発症し,1発症2週後のBBS及び:FIM,2急性期病院退院時のBBS及びFIM,3急性期病院の在院日数,4退院時の転帰をカルテより抽出できた146名を対象とし,多重ロジスティック回帰分析を用いて検討した.急性期病院から直接在宅へ退院すると予測できるモデルは2週時BBSのみ選定され,そのカットオフ値はreceiver operating characteristic曲線より40点であった.本研究結果より,脳梗塞患者における急性期病院からの退院先の予測には2週時BBSが最も有用であり,2週時BBSが40点以上の症例は直接在宅退院できる可能性があると推察できた。othe
