沖縄県内の高齢者福祉施設において、入居者・利用者の沖縄戦体験の語りを施設従事者がどのような想いで対応しているのかを明らかにすることが本稿の目的である。255名を対象とした調査の結果、ベテラン職員よりも若手職員の方が、戦争で家族や友人等を亡くした体験や悲惨な戦争体験の語りを多く聴いていることが示唆されたが、語られることに戸惑いを感じ、体験者の語りを抑制する対応が目立った。今後は、戦争体験等の語りへの対応に関する施設職員研修、認知症高齢者の自発的なナラティブを活かした心理的援助技法の開発が必要である。departmental bulletin pape

Detection of Acoustic/Infrasonic/Seismic Waves Generated by Hypersonic Re-Entry of the HAYABUSA Capsule and Fragmented Parts of the Spacecraft

Acoustic/infrasonic/seismic waves were observed during the re-entry of the Japanese asteroid explorer "HAYABUSA” at 6 ground sites in Woomera, Australia, on 2010 June 13. Overpressure values of infrasound waves were detected at 3 ground sites in a range from 1.3 Pa, 1.0 Pa, and 0.7 Pa with each distance of 36.9 km, 54.9 km, and 67.8 km, respectively, apart from the SRC trajectory. Seismic waveforms through air-to-ground coupling processes were also detected at 6 sites, showing a one-to-one correspondence to infrasound waves at all simultaneous observation sites. Audible sound up to 1 kHz was recorded at one site with a distance of 67.8 km. The mother spacecraft was fragmented from 75 km down to 38 km with a few explosive enhancements of emissions. A persistent train of HAYABUSA re-entry was confirmed at an altitude range of between 92 km down to 82 km for about 3 minutes. Light curves of 136 fragmented parts of the spacecraft were analyzed in detail based on video observations taken at multiple ground sites, being classified into three types of fragmentations, i.e., melting, explosive, and re-fragmented types. In a comparison between infrasonic waves and video-image analyses, regarding the generation of sonic-boom type shock waves by hypersonically moving artificial meteors, both the sample return capsule and fragmented parts of the mother spacecraft, at an altitude of 401 km were confirmed with a one-to-one correspondence with each other.journal articl

Public Debt and Economic Growth in an Aging Japan

This paper examines the effects of the demographic change and the government debt policy in Japan on economic growth and economic welfare, particularly by taking into account the existing public pension scheme as well as national medical expenditure through the existing public health insurance, where a computable overlapping generations model is used within a general equilibrium context. One of the main results of this paper is that the tax burden (GDP) ratio will increase up to about 36%, and the social security burden (GDP) ratio will increase up to 23.3% in 2050, even though the government tries to have a positive primary balance by 2010. The ratio of public health insurance benefits to GDP is expected to increase at 1% every 10 years, and the ratio will be around 9.6% in 2050. The 2004 public pension reform will successfully result in a 13 point decrease in the contribution rate from 36.44% to 23.53%, and reduce the social security burden (GDP) ratio by about 8 points from 23.27% to 15.02% in 2050, compared with the benchmark case.departmental bulletin pape

Decays of sigma, kappa, a0(980) and fo(980)

Ratios of coupling constants for these decays are compared with q-qbar predictions and Jaffe's 4-quark model. In both models, the predicted ratio g^2(kappa -> K-pi)/ g^2(sigma -> pi-pi) is much too small. Also, for q-qbar, the predicted ratio g^2(kappa -> K-eta ')/g^2(kappa -> K-pi) is much larger than observed. Both models fail for g^2(fo -> KK)/g^2(a0 -> KK). This ratio requires that fo has a dominant KK component. It arises naturally because the fo pole lies very close to the KK threshold, giving its wave function a long KK tail.Comment: 13 pages, 2 figures, Small addition on systematic error

知的障害者（児）における反芻習癖に関する検討（第２報）

一般的に反芻は乳児に多く，患者自身が報告することはまれであり，反芻動物でみられる逆蠕動はヒトでは報告されていないため，成人における発症率や病態生理は不明な点が多い．反芻は通常，観察により診断され心理社会的既往を聴取することによって，基礎にある情動的ストレスが明らかになることがあるが，知的障害者では聴取することが難しく的確な評価がなされていない．そこで，反芻習癖を持つ知的障害者に対し調査票を作成し，当法人入所者367名，群馬県内知的障害者入所施設３施設310名に配布し記入を依頼した結果，実際に反芻を認められたのは55名であった．departmental bulletin pape

A県の精神科看護職者の職業的アイデンティティの実態

Article目的:A県内の精神科病院に勤務する看護職者の基本的属性と職業的アイデンティティの実態を把握する.方法:郵送法による質問紙調査を実施.分析は,記述統計,職業的ID得点の差はt検定,一元配置分散分析を用いて比較した.結果:11病院から研究協力の回答があり,918名に質問紙を送付.483名(52.6%)から返信があり,有効回答数は404名(44.0%)であった.本研究対象者の平均年齢44.2±11.2歳であり,厚労省報告と日精看報告との比較において,男性看護師,准看護師,大学と短期大学を最終学歴としている割合が高かった.また,臨床経験年数では,「20年以上30年未満」が最も多かった.本研究対象者の職業的ID得点は,68.9±10.9であった.結論:A県内の精神科病院に勤務する看護職者は,男性看護師,准看護師,大学と短期大学を最終学歴としている割合が高く,看護職としての経験年数が長いことが明らかになった.また,基本的属性と職業的ID得点には有意差は認められなかった.Objectives : The purpose of this study was to clarify the reality of the basic attributes and professional identity of nurses who work in psychiatric hospital in A prefecture. Methods : Questionnaire survey was conducted by mail subject to the nurses who work in psychiatric hospitals in A prefecture (licensed nurse, practical nurses). The data was analyzed, descriptive statistics, difference of professional ID score were compared using t-test and one-way analysis of variance. Results : There were 11 respondents from the hospital to research cooperation in A prefecture. There is a reply from 483 (52.6%) and the number of valid responses was 404 (44.0%). Study subjects has mean age 44.2±11.2 years old, compared to the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare report and the Japanese Psychiatric Nurses Association report, has a high proportion of male nurses, practical nurses, has a high proportion of university and junior college as the last education level. In addition, the number of years of clinical experience, was the most "less than 30 years more than 20 years." Professional ID score of study subjects was 68.9±10.9. Conclusion : The high rate are man nurses, practical nurse, university and junior college as the last education level the nurses working in psychiatric hospitals in A prefecture, further the number of years of experience as nursing long.
