Vibrational Modes in Raman and Infrared Spectra of Amorphous Silicon. Ⅲ. Si-C, Si-N, Si-Ge and Si-Sn Bonds

publisherThe vibrational modes associated with four ternary compounds α－SiX:H(X=C,N,Ge,Sn) are summarized from the literature. The most probable frequencies and their origins of the Si－X bonds are presented with some topics related to those compounds. The controllability of optical bandgap and its relation to the vibrational properties are emphasized; α－SiC:H and α－SiN:H show wider bandgaps than α－Si:H while α－SiGe:H and α－SiSn:H are narrower.departmental bulletin pape

Guideline for improving spatial resolution in direct-modulation Brillouin optical correlation-domain reflectometry

We investigate the spatial resolution of direct-modulation Brillouin optical correlation-domain reflectometry (BOCDR) by exploring the impact of modulation amplitude and frequency. Our findings reveal that optimal resolution improvement is attained through an initial increase in modulation amplitude, followed by modulation frequency adjustment. These insights provide a basic guideline for enhancing the spatial resolution in direct-modulation BOCDR.journal articl

Regional Revitalization and the Educational Effects in Care and Welfare Facilities in Mabi Town:Key Factors and Questionnaire Survey in Collaboration between Different Industries

近年，わが国では農商工連携，医農福連携など，業種・業界の枠を超えた様々なアライアンス（連携）ビジネス事例が紹介され，関係各界の注目を集めている。しかしながら，我々大学教員は，これらの先進事例を授業の中で紹介・解説することはあっても，実際に学生をそのビジネス現場に参画させ，その事業のノウハウやビジネス戦略を肌で体感させるケースは極めて少ない。 　本研究は，①医療機関，②介護老人保健施設，③農業ビジネス法人，④ホームセンター，⑤中国学園大学の５者が一体となり展開された介護老人保健施設でのケアファームづくりプロジェクト「まびファーム事業」（倉敷市真備町）を通じ，各々の企業・団体のメリットおよび参加学生にとってどのようなキャリア教育上の効果がもたらされたのかを考察・検証するものである。とくに，本研究では各団体のメリットのみにとどまらず，大学・病院・ホームセンターなど産学医福農連携を行う上での学生参加のKey Factorsについて考察・検証した。departmental bulletin pape
