奇瑞汽車の発展プロセスについて

新興国の工業発展過程において、FDI導入は最も効率のよい手段ととらわれ、現代普遍的に利用されている。しかし、単なるFDI導入による資金と技術の獲得のみを偏重し、自主改善を軽視するFDIへの過度依存は自主開発能力も低下させ、企業自身の発展を制限することにつながる。とりわけ中国自動車産業も同様の問題が顕在化しつつある。本稿では、奇瑞汽車の発展プロセスの検討を通じて、新興国の後発自動車メーカーであっても一定条件を確立し、経営資源を有効的に利用すれば自主開発、自主生産が可能になり得ることを明確にしたい。The compression process of economic development by the introduction of FDI is called a late-started profit. The FDI introduction means the most efficient the developing tools for many new industrial countries. But FDI introduction are bringing some problems. Excessive dependence on FDI dose not enlarge an independent improvement process and decreases the independent development ability. The similar problems are actualizing at Chinese auto sector. The paper examines the development process of the Chery Automobil, with which try to develop independent production system. I seek to clarify independent production system beyond the FDI in the new industrial country.departmental bulletin pape
