Гусаров та ін.; МВС України, Харків. нац. ун-т внутр. справ. - Харків : ХНУВС, 2020.- С. 512-515.Зазначено, що у цивільному законодавстві України інститут права інтелектуальної власності на засоби індивідуалізації потребує подальшого удосконалення з метою підвищення ефективності забезпечення охорони зазначених об’єктів кримінально-правовими засобами. Застосовані у національному законодавстві України терміни «комерційне найменування», «торговельна марка», «географічне зазначення», «знак для товарів і послуг», «фірмове найменування» та «кваліфіковане зазначення походження товару» потребують систематизації та уточнення їх змісту. За своїм основним безпосереднім об’єктом незаконне використання засобів індивідуалізації є злочином не у сфері господарської діяльності, а у сфері порушення прав на об’єкти інтелектуальної власності. Норми кримінального законодавства України щодо злочинів у сфері інтелектуальної власності у цілому, так і щодо злочинного порушення прав на засоби індивідуалізації, зокрема, на сьогодні потребують керівних настанов та роз’яснень Верховного Суду України. Отмечено, что в гражданском законодательстве Украины институт права интеллектуальной собственности на средства индивидуализации нуждается в дальнейшем усовершенствовании с целью повышения эффективности обеспечения охраны указанных объектов уголовно-правовыми средствами. Применяемые в национальном законодательстве Украины термины "коммерческое наименование", "торговая марка", "географическое указание", "знак для товаров и услуг", "фирменное наименование" и "квалифицированное указание происхождения товара" требуют систематизации и уточнения их содержания. По своему основному непосредственному объекту незаконное использование средств индивидуализации является преступлением не в сфере хозяйственной деятельности, а в сфере нарушения прав на объекты интеллектуальной собственности. Нормы уголовного законодательства Украины по преступлениям в сфере интеллектуальной собственности в целом, так и по преступному нарушению прав на средства индивидуализации, в частности, на сегодняшний день требуют руководящих установок и разъяснений Верховного Суда Украины. It is noted that in the civil legislation of Ukraine, the institution of intellectual property rights for means of individualization needs to be further improved in order to increase the efficiency of ensuring the protection of these objects by criminal law means. The terms "commercial name", "trademark", "geographical indication", "mark for goods and services", "company name" and "qualified indication of the origin of goods" used in the national legislation of Ukraine require systematization and clarification of their content. According to its main direct object, the illegal use of means of individualization is a crime not in the field of economic activity, but in the field of violation of rights to intellectual property. The norms of the criminal legislation of Ukraine on crimes in the field of intellectual property in general, and on the criminal violation of the rights to means of individualization, in particular, today require guidelines and clarifications from the Supreme Court of Ukraine

Historical transitions in critical issues of national university corporations' finance

2004年の法人化以降20年間における国立大学法人の会計基準、財務状況、運営費交付金の配分方法等の歴史的推移をまとめた。全体として、1)国立大学法人の大学類型間で財務状況の格差があり広がっている点、2)財務省からの圧力により競争的・傾斜的な公財政負担の配分が強まっている点、3)国立大学法人特有の会計処理と最近の会計基準改訂動向などを明らかにしている。This paper summarizes the historical transition of accounting standards, financial conditions, and allocation methods of operating grants for national university corporations over the 20 years since their incorporation in 2004. Development of special regional Sake using isolated yeast from an important cultural property

文化財施設の犬養毅生家から分離した酵母Saccharomyces cerevisiaeを用いて清酒製造を行い，それを商品化するため商品設計を行い，試作品のアンケート調査により商品設計との検証を行った。製成酒は辛口でやや濃醇な酒質と判断され，岡山県特産酒米の雄町米を使用した本醸造酒であることから，岡山県をイメージさせ，男女を問わず広い世代で楽しめ，飲み易いというコンセプトを満たした。さらに犬養毅をイメージした酒質調製，ならびに普段お酒を飲まない人でも手に取りやすく，優しく，和風，威厳というイメージを持つ容器デザインを開発した。アンケート調査を実施し，容器デザインの商品設計を検証し，商品化した。departmental bulletin pape

The Role of Mechanical Properties and Structure of Type I Collagen Hydrogels on Colorectal Cancer Cell Migration

Mechanical interactions between cells and their microenvironment play an important role in determining cell fate, which is particularly relevant in metastasis, a process where cells invade tissue matrices with different mechanical properties. In vitro, type I collagen hydrogels have been commonly used for modeling the microenvironment due to its ubiquity in the human body. In this work, the combined influence of the stiffness of these hydrogels and their ultrastructure on the migration patterns of HCT-116 and HT-29 spheroids are analyzed. For this, six different types of pure type I collagen hydrogels by changing the collagen concentration and the gelation temperature are prepared. The stiffness of each sample is measured and its ultrastructure is characterized. Cell migration studies are then performed by seeding the spheroids in three different spatial conditions. It is shown that changes in the aforementioned parameters lead to differences in the mechanical stiffness of the matrices as well as the ultrastructure. These differences, in turn, lead to distinct cell migration patterns of HCT-116 and HT-29 spheroids in either of the spatial conditions tested. Based on these results, it is concluded that the stiffness and the ultrastructural organization of the matrix can actively modulate cell migration behavior in colorectal cancer spheroids
