Prospects of Applied Human Anatomy and Physiology at St. Luke’s International University Graduate School of Nursing

本短報は，基盤科目「応用形態機能学」を履修した大学院生の授業評価内容を2013年度から2021年度 まで経年比較分析し，分析結果から本科目の授業目的や目標，授業方法の妥当性を考察し，課題と今後 の展望を明示した。科目の満足度を量的データとして統計学的手法を用いて分析した結果，経年的に変 化はなく高い傾向にあった．自由記載の内容を質的分析した結果，授業目的や目標の内容が高頻度に出 現しており，授業方法についても満足度の高い意見が多く認められた。これまでの応用形態機能学の授業は，本学の形態機能学の特徴である日常生活行動から捉えた人体の構造と機能を学修することが出来， 加えて臨床で経験した看護事例のからだや病態を改めて深く学び直す機会が得られることで，対象の身 体的アセスメント力の向上に貢献できたと考える。今後も評価が高い解剖実習を継続するとともに大学 院教育として高度な看護実践に繋がる人体の構造と機能の教授をさらに探求する必要がある。departmental bulletin pape

Polyploids and Distribution of Aster ageratoides subsp. leiophyllus Group in the Kanto District and Surrounding Area. I.

application/pdfIn order to make a survey of the distribution of polyploids in Aster age-ratoides subsp. leiophyllus var. leiophyllus in the Kanto District and surrounding area, 23 populations including 247 clones were studied karyologically. Intravarietic polyploidy that consisted of diploidy (2n=18), triploidy (2n=27), tetraploidy (2n=36) and hexaploidy (2n=54) were validated in this taxon in these areas. The hexaploids distribute widely in the central region of the District, with the diploids, triploids and tetraploids encircling the hexaploids. L^-chromosomes of this taxon were classified into 16 types by the difference of length of: (1) satellite, (2) short arm minus satellite and (3) long arm. The polymorphism of the L^-chromosomes were more noticeable in the hexaploids than in either the diploids or the tetraploids. Aneuploidy by the possesing of B-chromosomes was found in diploids, tetraploids and hexaploids in 16 populations among the 23 populations studied and 17 types were distinguished. Four types were found for the first time in this study. In the north Kanto District the primary derivative B-chromosomes were frequently observed and in the south Kanto District the secondary derivative B-chromosomes were observed.departmental bulletin pape

Distress to Working Mother When Their Children Have Been Sick: Several Working Mothers Used of Day Care for Sick Children

application/pdfThis study examines what working mothers'distress is when their children have been sick as well as they must rest though they want not to rest their work on the basis of them used of day care for sick children. First of all, I interviewed twenty working mothers used of day care for sick children about motive that they used them, and their estimation of them. As a result working mothers had double distress when their children had had sick. First of all, working mothers had the distress that they must care for their sick children necessary and attentive care. For example, they felt anxiety about way of care for their children and had distress of child care by themselves. Secondly, working mothers had the distress that they couldn't carry out in their office. For example, they was reserve that they rested their job, felt crisis about the phone from the day nursery, and knew that they couldn't rest their job for the employment system. The distress was really declined working mothers'zeal for working. It differed from conventional interpretation that they must rest though they want not to rest their work on.departmental bulletin pape
