Запропоновано види психологічної корекції щодо формування адаптивних стратегій поведінки особистості працівників ОВС.The features of adaptation strategies of person’s behavior relative to overcome the difficulties associated with the process of adaptation of police officers to the terms of service activity and prevention of the formation of social and psychological maladjustment of a personality are considered. The conception of the adaptive response, which is presented in the form of specific behavior strategy, is provided. This model may be used to characterize a wide range of types of interaction between the individual attitudes of the entire system both in personal and in professional communication, as well as to describe the interaction between an individual and more generalized levels of social environment such as social organization and society in the whole. A combination of strategies in individual behavior defines the style of personality’s adaptation. It is stated that the majority of police officers have formed a constructive strategy of behavior, manifested in the pursuit of strict observance of laws, statutes, internal regulations of service. These officers are considered as well adapted, with no inclination to social and psychological maladjustment. However, there are a significant number of officers who are in a so-called state of adaptation without adaptation, so they exhibit unconstructive strategy. Their negative manifestations of mental activity adversely affect the actions and deeds in both professional and personal environment of such officers. Kinds of psychological correction on the formation of adaptive behavior strategies of police officers’ personality are offered.Рассмотрены особенности адаптационных стратегий поведения личности в отношении преодоления трудностей, связанных с процессом адаптации сотрудников ОВД к условиям служебной деятельности и профилактики формирования социально-психологической дезадаптации личности. Предложены виды психологической коррекции по формированию адаптивных стратегий поведения личности сотрудников ОВД

Наведено програму з формування психологічної стійкості працівників ОВС, запропоновано засоби моделювання під час різних занять конкретних ситуацій психологічно напруженої обстановки, наближених до реальних умов.The issue of forming the state of readiness of police officers to emergencies within professional activity is studied. Research in the field of studying the concepts of psychological readiness is analyzed. It is stated that the state of readiness is crucially stipulated by persistent mental characteristics specific to a particular person, and by specific conditions, where the activities are realized. The works in the field of improving psychological stability as one of the main components of readiness for professional activity are analyzed. The program of forming psychological stability of police officers is stated; measures of psychological modeling needed in specific psychological situations and in certain psychological tension that is created during different activities close to real conditions, are offered. The main feature of the proposed program is to develop targeted measures aimed at mastering the complex of special professional knowledge and skills and to develop the necessary personal qualities that determine the level of psychological readiness of police officers in the emergencies.Рассмотрены вопросы формирования состояния готовности работников органов внутренних дел к экстремальным условиям профессиональной деятельности. Проанализированы исследования в области изучения понятий психологической готовности, устойчивости работников ОВД. Представлена программа по формированию психологической устойчивости работников ОВД, предложены средства моделирования в ходе различных занятий конкретных психологических ситуаций психологически напряжённой обстановки, приближённых к реальным условиям

Optimized pattern design of a light guide using 2D ray-tracing simulation

We propose the use of a simplified model for the analysis of the scattering elements used in edge-lit systems. By modelling their behaviour as lambertian light sources whose properties depend on the size and geometry of the scatterer and LGP, it is possible to simulate the illuminance map of the edge-lit structure using only 2D ray-traced simulation. This reduces the computational complexity in the optimisation process used to calculate the scatterers distribution to achieve maximum uniformity in light extraction. The results obtained by comparison between the proposed algorithm and a commercial software demonstrate the validity of the proposal.This work was supported by the Government of Navarre through project 7-Lights (0011-1365-2021-000137)
