Pengaruh Pendapatan Asli Daerah dan Belanja Tidak Langsung terhadap Kemiskinan melalui Pertumbuhan Ekonomi di Provinsi Bali Tahun 2007-2013
Kemiskinan merupakan masalah yang dihadapi setiap daerah, banyak upaya yang dilakukan pemerintah dalam menanggulangi kemiskinan diantaranya meningkatkan belanja tidak langsung agar masyarakat semakin sejahtera, serta meningkatkan pertumbuhan ekonomi untuk meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk menganalisis pengaruh langsung maupun pengaruh tidak langsung pendapatan asli daerah dan belanja tidak langsung terhadap kemiskinan melalui pertumbuhan ekonomi di Provinsi Bali. Pengumpulan data yang dilakukan melalui observasi non partisipan. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder. Path analysis merupakan metode analisis yang digunakan untuk mengetahui pengaruh langsung dan uji sobel untuk mengetahui pengaruh tidak langsung. Hasil analisis menunjukkan PAD memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi namun belanja tidak langsung tidak berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi. PAD dan pertumbuhan ekonomi memiliki pengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kemiskinan namun belanja tidak langsung tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap kemiskinan. pertumbuhan ekonomi merupakan variabel mediasi dalam pengaruh belanja tidak langsung terhadap kemiskinan namun pertumbuhan ekonomi bukan sebagai variabel mediasi dalam pengaruh belanja tidak langsung terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi
Visualisasi 3 Dimensi Tumbuhan Langka di Pusat Konservasi Tumbuhan Kebun Raya Bogor
Plants are an important part of the cycle of life, but often overlooked by human existence. Lots of plants are on the verge of extinction so it is difficult to see their figures. Many efforts have been done by agencies to preserve the rare plant. With the 3-dimensional visualization that replaces the figures of the ungrowing plants, the authors intend to make a 3D prototype application of rare plant encyclopedia. The goal is to simplify the users, especially visitors of Plant Conservation Center Library to see 3-dimensional model of rare plants. Theapplication is created through several stages of research, including field observations and interviews, library research, and related researches. Vaughan multimedia development is implemented for system development which has 4 stages. First is planning by searching target audiences, and making design concept of and navigation concept. Next is design and production phase using 5 activities such as storyboard, flowchart, interface design, content search and production. Alpha and Beta testing is used as the testing phase. The last isthe multiplication and distribution phase of application deployment. This application can allow users to search for information about the world of plants. Analisis Implementasi Jaringan CDMA20001X EVDO REV-A Di Kota Malang
Salah satu teknologi yang menyediakanlayanan data dengan kecepatan tinggi yang sedangberkembang saat ini adalah teknologi CDMA20001xEVDO. Jaringan CDMA mengalami perkembangandimana pada umumnya dengan melakukanperubahan/ upgrade pada modul-modul dan softwarepada sisi Base Station sehingga didapatkanpeningkatan data rate baik dari segi forward linkmaupun reverse link. Jaringan CDMA20001x EVDOmemiliki kelebihan seperti kecapatan transfer datayang tinggi dan kapasitas sistem yang lebih besardibandingkan dengan CDMA20001x.Pada penelitian ini akan dibahas mengenaiperkiraan jumlah pelanggan provider Flexi di KotaMalang tahun 2013 menggunakan perhitungan trenyang tepat. Melakukan analisis performansi kapasitasBTS pada jaringan CDMA20001x EVDO Rev-Auntuk layanan data yang berlokasi di lima kecamatandi Kota Malang. Adapun parameter yang diamatiantara lain kapasitas sistem, OBQ (Offered BitQuantity), MAPL (Maximum Allowable Pathloss)dan radius sel.Berdasarkan data yang didapatkan, teknologiEVDO Rev-A mengalami peningkatan pada OBQdan kapasitas sistem dibandingkan dengan teknologi1x. OBQ pada Wilayah Urban meningkat dari 109,6kbps/km2 menjadi 4720,6 kbps/km2. Sedangkan untukdaerah Sub-Urban OBQ meningkat mencapai 1006,3kbps/km2. Kapasitas sistem maksimum yangdisediakan pada teknologi EVDO Rev-A untukWilayah Urban yaitu sebesar 643 user sedangkanuntuk Wilayah Sub-Urban sebesar 935 user. Nilaidari parameter interference margin mempengaruhibesarnya pathloss, radius sel dan jumlah user dalamsel. Semakin besar nilai interference margin makanilai pathloss akan menurun dan mengakibatkanradius di dua lingkungan propagasi yang berbeda(urban dan Sub-urban) ikut menurun. Denganberkurangnya nilai radius di suatu daerah akanmempengaruhi jumlah user yang dapat terlayani didaerah tersebut

Pendahuluan
Satu diantara dramatari klasik Bali yang dianggap bermutu tinggi oleh para budayawan asing adalah Gambuh. Kesenian ini mengingatkan akan kebangkitan kerajaan Bali masa lampau dan merupakan warisan budaya yang paling indah dari semua teater Bali. Di atas segalanya Gambuh adalah tarian luar biasa, terkadang lucu dan keras, terkadang kasar dan sengit, terkadang dilakonkan oleh penari lanjut usia dengan keanggunan yang menghanyutkan, namun terkendali.

The Conversational Implicatures Used by the Main Characters in Two Broke Girls Serial Movie Episode One

Human are social created, they need to communicate to share information or ideas. In communication people were required to be cooperatively to make success communication, but sometimes some people do not speak cooperatively, and then they do not speak into the point of utterances\u27s meaning, it will makes the hearer feels confuse, then they try to imply the meaning, this phenomenon called implicature. This study attempts to analyze the conversational implicature on the dialogue of 2 Broke Girls movie based on Grice\u27s theory. There are two problems being formulated namely: (1) What are the types of conversational implicature found in 2 Broke Girls serial movie and (2) What are the implied meaning of implicature found in the utterances of 2 Broke Girls serial movie?This study uses qualitative descriptive approach because the writer analyzes the utterances produced by the main characters in 2 Broke Girls serial movie. The type of this research belongs to document analysis since the writer used the movie\u27s script as the data.In this research, the writer found that there are 30 utterances found in the dialogue of 2 Broke Girls serial movie. There are 10 utterances that contain Generalized Conversational Implicature, and there 20 utterances that contain Particularized Conversational Implicature. The result of the study is particularized implicature mostly occur in the utterances of this serial movie. Then, the writer explains the meaning based on the context of the uttrances that produced by the main characters.The writer suggests the next researchers conduct a reserch in serial movie or movie which has funny and unique implicture to make interesting analysis. It is hoped that the researchers or the students who are interested in studying implicature can get more knowledge about it
Youth Lifestyle in a Moslem Magazine: a Reception Analysis on “Muslimah” Readers
This research is about whether or not Indonesian female youth Moslem are easily accepting religious values packaged with popular icons in a Moslem magazine. In this magazine, teenagers do not have to wear long, loose dark colored clothes, but they may wear light colored, tight and trendy dresses known as modern hijab. The main goal of this research is understanding female youths\u27 reception over Muslimah magazine applying Stuart Hall\u27s encoding and decoding approach. Primary data were collected by in-depth interview toward selected readers. The results are: (1) the ability of parents to control their teenagers\u27 religious behavior affect teenagers\u27 reading over Muslimah. (2) Informants who live with their parents younger than 20 years old, and have strong connection with religious peer group—tend to build negotiated readings. (3) Informants who do not depend on their parents—older than 20 years old, and have professional jobs—tend to rely more on mass media for seeking religious information more than their peer group or parents. Therefore, they tend to agree with Muslimah coverage which emphasized more on modern Moslem youth lifestyle than on its syariah (religious values)
An Analysis of Problems Faced by First Year Students of STKIP Muhammadiyah Muaro Bungo in Writing Cause and Effect Essay
The purpose of this article is to present the result of a study conducted to describe analysis of problem faced by first year students of STKIP Muhammadiyah Muaro Bungo in writing cause and effect essay. This study was a descriptive research design. This research conducted by involving all students of first year students of English Department of STKIP Muhammadiyah Muaro Bungo academic year 2017/2018. Instrument of research were writing test and interview. The findings showed that the students got low score in writing cause and effect essay. It was shown that 16 students ( 88,89%) had difficulties in writing cause and effect essay. There were 12 students (66,67%) had difficulties in organizing ideas, 16 students (88,89%) had difficulties in using correct grammar, 10 students ( 55,56%) had difficulties in using appropriate words, 14 students ( 77,77% ) had difficulties in using transition goal, 9 students ( 50 % ) had difficulties in using mechanics. The causes of this problem were Interlingua transfer, intralingua transfer and vocabulary. Thus, the researchers expect that the writing lecturers are able to give good writing technique, and the students can do more exercises to increase their skill in writing
Pengembangan Media Boneka Tangan pada Tema Lingkungan Kelas II SD Negeri 02 Medayu Kabupaten Pemalang
Kurangnya kreativitas guru dalam mendesain pembelajaran dikelas membuat siswa menjadi jenuh untuk mengikuti pembelajaran. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut guru memerlukan media yang dapat menarik perhatian siswa dalam pembelajaran, salah satunya media boneka tangan yang dikembangkan menjadi boneka tangan dengan dua karakter. Media boneka tangan ini digunakan dalam pembelajaran tema lingkungan siswa kelas II Sekolah Dasar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and Development). Subjek penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah 29 siswa kelas II SD. Data yang dikumpulkan dalam penelitian ini adalah data ahli media dan data ahli materi dan data hasil uji coba produk. Instrumen pengumpulan data berupa angket dan soal. Pada validasi pertama diperoleh presentase keseluruhan sebesar 76,25%, pada validasi kedua diperoleh presentase sebesar 95%, pada validasi dengan guru kelas diperoleh presentase keseluruhan sebesar 95%. Hasil ujicoba kelompok kecil 1 siswa diperoleh persentase 73,33%, hasil uji coba kelompok kecil 5 siswa diperoleh persentase 72%, Hasil uji coba kelompok kecil 10 siswa diperoleh persentase 80,67%, dan hasil uji coba pada seluruh siswa diperoleh persentase 82,06%. Rata-rata hasil belajar kognitif siswa sebelum menggunakan media boneka tangan sebesar 55,38 sedangkan rata-rata hasil belajar kognitif siswa sebelum menggunakan media boneka tangan sebesar 82,86. Hal tersebut menunjukkan media boneka tangan layak digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran karena dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian pengembangan ini, guru dapat mengembangkan media boneka tangan menjadi boneka tangan yang memiliki dua karakter sehingga dapat digunakan dalam pembelajaran bercerita dengan tokoh lebih dari dua karakter
