    Three-channel Synergetic State Observer for Data Transmission System with Chaotic Dynamics

    Abstract The paper presents the first developed procedure of state variables three-channel observer design for a nonlinear dynamic system. The state observer allows to estimate the values of parameters that are not available for direct measurement. Here, the observer is used to build a data secure communication system with a chaotic carrier bearing signal. As a chaotic carrier generator, we use the model of the novel chaotic attractor. The data transmission system is implemented by nonlinear mixing of useful signals into parameters of the chaotic generator model on the transmitter side and by reconstructing the useful signals on the receiver side with the designed state observer. The introduction of the state observer into chaotic generator data transmission system provides the system implementation without the use of chaotic synchronization. We provide step-by-step general description for a synergetic state observer design as well as example of the chaotic carrier bearing signal observer design procedure along with closed-loop system computer simulation results.</jats:p

    Abstract Breed is studied in the article as of significant factors that determine the level of yield and its quality. World experience shows that the consistent increase in the yield of cultivated crops is based on the improvement of the cultivation technology and the achievements of breeding. The production of agricultural products is based on the variety of breeds. According to A.A. Zhuchenko, breed determines the basic requirements for cultivation technologies: productivity, energy efficiency, environmentally friendly quality and environmental protection. It is believed that 25% of the yield is determined by the genetic characteristics of the cultivated breed. The role of the genotype in increasing and stabilizing the yield is constantly increasing, and the contribution of the breed during zoning is estimated at 30 … 50%.</jats:p

    Abstract The article is dedicated to the issues of development of expert systems in data-processing networks during web programming. The dependence of the processing, storage and transmission of information and web applications on the uniqueness and problematics of expert systems creating is observed. The process of development of a software control block of content (engine) as the own control system is considered in details; vulnerabilities and a set of necessary functions inherent in the specified engine are explored. Each new developed software engine can be exposed to unauthorized access and content theft, in this regard, sometimes it is worth considering the percentage of uniqueness of the development methodology and code. In this case, the control block (engine) must be written using its own unique variables and file names, which will help secure the site from third-party interference and will not require the purchase of more expensive hosting for its placement. In addition, the article investigates the problems associated with the threat posed by malicious programs in computer networks, such as direct DDOS attacks, identifies the features of such programs, and also provides ways to combat them.</jats:p

    Use of geoinformation technologies in the analysis of the dynamics of potato production in the Republic of Crimea for the period from 2015 to 2019

    Abstract The results of processing of dynamics of potato production in the territory of the Republic of Crimea for the period from 2015 to 2019 are presented in the article using the geographic information system ArcGIS 10.4, which allows to carry out the prompt collection and processing of large amounts of information in the information environment in order to solve the problems of monitoring and assessment of the state of land. It has been established that potato production is distributed extremely unevenly on the territory of the Republic of Crimea. The largest potato production is typical for the Dzhankoi, Simferopol and Belogorsk regions. In general, from 2015 to 2019. potato production at the territory of the Republic of Crimea has decreased by 34%. A cluster analysis has been performed using the STATISTICA 10 and ArcGIS 10.4 software packages and the administrative-territorial units of the Republic of Crimea have been grouped into 7 clusters of the same type.</jats:p

    Design of an Infological Model for Prediction of Problems during Drilling Using Machine Learning and Systems Analysis

    Abstract The article deals with the actual problem of identification of probabilistic processes as a result of the operation of drilling rigs in the oil industry. The world experience of finding ways to solve optimal forecasting tools using machine learning is summarized. Mnemonic rule for the implementation of classification and ranking systems in the detection of feedbacks as probable indicators of complications of ongoing technological processes is implemented through the description of the formal model of the drilling process in form of a hidden Markov model. The results of evaluation of the developed mathematical apparatus in the form of predictive analytics and a cut of basic complications in the drilling process are presented. An infological diagram of the developed architectural solution of the analysis project is proposed. The results of the control algorithms formalization are given in conclusion. These results allow to ensure the effective procees modes of equipment operation and make it possible to save electricity and water.</jats:p
