    The Impact of Routing Option on Tangerang Bus Lane Corridor

    The objective of this study is to analyze the impact of re-routing bus lane corridor on some performance indicators. The Tangerang Bus Lane is taken as a case study. The discussion is focused on comparison of service planning performance indicators such ridership, passenger-km, and bus-km. A primary survey on bus operational characteristics and user attitude is conducted. Prior to the analysis, some basic formula is derivedand modified and, then, performance indicators for both route option are estimated. The analysis is conducted by comparing the estimated indicators. The result shows that the alternative route gives better performance and yields to a need of re-evaluating the originally proposed route

    Enhancement Glutathione Peroxidase Activity and α2-Macroglobulin Gene Expression of Macrobrachium Rosenbergii Fed with Aqueous Morinda Citrifolia Leaves Extract-Supplemented Diet

    Morinda citrifolia, known commercially as noni is often used for enhance immunity, these plant rich of phenolic compound with antioxidant properties. In the present study, Macrobrachium rosenbergii were fed with diets containing of aqueous M. citrifolia leaves extract (AMLE) at 0.6, 4 and 6 g kg-1. Glutathione peroxidase (GPx) activity was conducted to measure immune parameter, these parameter was evaluated before and after 7, 21, 35, 49 and 63 days of feeding trial. Immune gene expression of α2-macroglubulin (α2-M) was evaluated in this study. The results showed that after 63 days of feeding treatment, significantly increased in GPx activity. Gene expressions of α2-macroglubulin was significantly upregulated. These results recommend that administration of AMLE can be used as an immunostimulant and regulated immune response and immune gene expression in M. rosenbergii

    Keselamatan terhadap Resiko Kebakaran pada Bangunan Ruko di Kota Makassar

    Penelitian bertujuan untuk (1) mengidentifikasi ketersediaan unsur keselamatan kebakaran pada bangunan ruko standar maupun yang sudah mengalami Perubahan di kota Makassar dan (2) mendapatkan arahan dan solusi standar unsur keselamatan terhadap resiko kebakaran pada bangunan ruko yang laik diaplikasikan di masa mendatang khususnya di kota Makassar. Penelitian mengambil sampel beberapa kluster ruko di koridor jalan kota Makassar. Penentuan kasus menggunakan teknik nonprobability sampling yang dilakukan secara purposif terhadap 87 unit ruko dari 3 kluster yang dibangun oleh pengembang (kluster jalan Pengayoman, kluster jalan Perintis Kemerdekaan, kluster jalan Talasalapang) dan 3 unit ruko yang dibangun sendiri oleh pemiliknya di jalan Todopuli Raya, jalan Adiyaksa Baru, dan jalan Abdullah Dg. Sirua berdasarkan kriteria-kriteria yang telah ditetapkan. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ketersediaan unsur keselamatan terhadap resiko kebakaran pada bangunan ruko yang dibangun oleh pengembang memiliki nilai rata-rata dengan kategori “cukup”. Ketersediaan unsur keselamatan terhadap resiko kebakaran pada bangunan ruko yang dibangun sendiri oleh pemiliknya justru memiliki nilai rata-rata dengan kategori “baik”. Desain bangunan ruko dimasa yang akan datang harus menerapkan standar sarana penyelamatan dengan berbagai alternatif jalur keselamatan untuk mencegah jatuhnya korban jiwa saat kebakaran serta unsur keselamatan lainnya (kelengkapan tapak, proteksi pasif dan aktif).     Analisis Yuridis Pengenaan Bea Perolehan Hak Atas Tanah dan Bangunan (Bphtb) Atas Inbreng Pendirian Perseroan Terbatas

    The establishment of a corporation requires that every person who wants to set up a corporation has to be a stockholder at the time it is established. The capital payment for the stock can use in a different form (inbreng) such as a plot of land and/or a building. The payment of land and/or building to the stock is a the transferring of the rights for land and/or building use from an individual to the corporation as a capital participation in the corporation. BPHTB is levied to the payment (inbreng). The result of the research showed that inbreng must be attached in the establishment certificate and was assessed by professional assessors who do not affiliate with the Corporation; the result was announced in newspapers. A Corporation is not allowed to own land in ownership status. It is recommended that socialization in the procedures of paying BPHTB and filling out SSPD-BPHTB since people\u27s awareness of their duty to pay for BPHTB is still very limited. Therefore, they need help from PPAT in filling out SSPD-BPHTB and paying for BPHTB directly to the appointed Bank
