Elastic properties of 5d transition-metal carbides: An ab initio study

We have systematically studied the mechanical stability of group V transition metal carbides TMC2_2 (TM = Hf, Ta, W, Re, Os, Ir, Pt, and Au) in the pyrite and fluorite phase, by calculating their elastic constants within the density functional theory scheme. It was found that all but ReC2_2 and OsC2_2 are stable in pyrite phase. On the other hand, all metal carbides studied were unstable in the fluorite phase.Comment: 7 pages, 4 figure

This study aims to determine how how big the valuations of water in the spring Tataneyan located in the Village Kinilow I, District of North Tomohon, Tomohon, by using the concept of economic valuation to calculate the value of the utilization of water resources directly or indirectly. This study was conducted from October to December 2016, using primary and secondary data with sampling technique simple random sampling method and the respondents as many as 30 people. Analysis of the data used is quantitative analysis to identify the value of the value of benefits in the area of water resources in the waters Tataneyan value direct use for domestic households and public bath are also value the presence of fish breeding and agricultural irrigation water spinach. The results showed that the area of the springs Tataneyan have a total economic benefit value of Rp. 1.586.715.372/year. By calculating the average value of the obtained surplus WTP consumers showed the overall consumer receives more benefits than the actual price that is able to pay in exploiting springs Tataneyan. The total value of economic benefits can be used as a reference for local communities in the utilization and management of water in the spring Tataneyan

This study aims to determine the role of the agricultural sector to the economy of South Bolaang Mongondow Regency and its development in the period of 5 years ie in 2010 until 2014 and also to know the agricultural sector is the base or non-base sector. The data used is secondary data. This secondary data is obtained from the relevant agencies namely the Central Bureau of Statistics of North Sulawesi Province. The data is then analyzed using contribution formulas, growth formula and Location Quotient (LQ) analysis. The results showed that the agricultural sector is the largest contributor to the economy of Bolaang Mongondow Selatan Regency. This can be seen from the calculation of contribution and development of agricultural sector contribution to South Bolaang Mongondow Regency PDRB from 2010 to 2014. Based on the results of research also known that the development of agriculture sector to PDRB shows an increase that is from 2010-2014 with the largest increase occurred in 2013 with growth reached 5.82%, this can be interpreted that the productivity of agricultural sector in South Bolaang Mongondow Regency is good. From the analysis result using LQ, it can be seen that agriculture sector is base sector in South Bolaang Mongondow Regency, it means the role of agricultural sector in Bolaang Mongondow Selatan Regency is bigger

This study aims to determine the influence of the use of production factors on rice farming production. This research was conducted in Urban Village of Koya, Sub-district of South Tondano, Minahasa District by using primary data and secondary data. Sampling in this research was done by using Simple Random Sampling method with 60 farmers as respondents. The variables measured in this research are production, land area, amount of labor, amount of phonska fertilizer, amount of urea fertilizer, number of seeds and amount of pesticide. The data analysis used is Cobb Douglas model regression analysis to see the influence of each factor of production on the produced production. Simultaneously variable of land area, seed, urea fertilizer, phonska fertilizer, pesticide and labor have an effect on rice field production in Koya. Individual variables of land area, urea seed and fertilizer have a significant effect on rice production

The objective of this research is to know rambutan fruit income ratio during holiday and not holiday. This research was conducted in Talawaan Village Talawaan Subdistrict. For three months, ie from June to August 2015, from preparation, data collection to the preparation of research reports. The data used are primary data obtained through interviews to 20 (twenty) respondents of rice farmers and 20 respondents for sellers of Rambutan Fruit and secondary data obtained from the government of Talawaan subdistrict of North Minahasa. Data analysis used in this research is descriptive analysis, where the data collected will be presented in tabular form. The results showed that agro-tourism influenced the income of rambutan fruit seller is seen from the day of the holiday increment compared to the day is not a holiday

Place of research in Bahu District of Malalayang. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Primary data were obtained through direct interviews with business owners using a questionnaire. Secondary data was obtained from Department of Industry (Dinas Perindustrian) of Manado City. Data were analyzed by using descriptive analysis where the data were presented in table and then discussed descriptively. The results showed that the industry of Tahu Tempe “X” in Bahu District of Malalayang earned a profit of Rp14.661.667 per month. This profit is obtained by subtracting revenue of Rp59,250,000 per month with total cost of Rp44,588,333 per month

Application to the Analysis of Germinal Center Reactions In Vivo

Simultaneous detection of multiple cellular and molecular players in their native environment, one of the keys to a full understanding of immune processes, remains challenging for in vivo microscopy. Here, we present a synergistic strategy for spectrally multiplexed in vivo imaging composed of (i) triple two-photon excitation using spatiotemporal synchronization of two femtosecond lasers, (ii) a broad set of fluorophores with emission ranging from blue to near infrared, (iii) an effective spectral unmixing algorithm. Using our approach, we simultaneously excite and detect seven fluorophores expressed in distinct cellular and tissue compartments, plus second harmonics generation from collagen fibers in lymph nodes. This enables us to visualize the dynamic interplay of all the central cellular players during germinal center reactions. While current in vivo imaging typically enables recording the dynamics of 4 tissue components at a time, our strategy allows a more comprehensive analysis of cellular dynamics involving 8 single-labeled compartments. It enables to investigate the orchestration of multiple cellular subsets determining tissue function, thus, opening the way for a mechanistic understanding of complex pathophysiologic processes in vivo. In the future, the design of transgenic mice combining a larger spectrum of fluorescent proteins will reveal the full potential of our method

This study aims to determine the value of land that has been released whether it affects the value of land and determine the use of money from land acquisition in Tonsewer Selatan Village, Tompaso Barat Sub-district. This research was conducted in three months, from September to November 2019. The sampling method in this study uses a non-probability sampling technique or census sampling. The samples used in this study were 13 respondents, namely all farmers who own agricultural land who have sold their land so that land conversion has occurred. In this study using primary data obtained from direct interviews with respondents using a list of questions that have been prepared. Secondary data obtained from relevant agencies. The results showed that the value of the land acquired was higher in value than the present land value. This means that the value of land that has been acquired affects the current value of land. The money from the land acquisition has been used for various purposes, namely: for business capital, buying new land, saving, buying vehicles, renovating houses, and for daily needs.*eprm
