Monitoring System Building Plan for Risk of Civil Office
The development of increasingly rapid information technology requires companies to have a system that is able to provide data and information quickly and accurately. Tangerang Regency Education Office is a government agency in charge of controlling the education sector. In its business process, the Education Office still faces difficulties in obtaining reports on employment in periodic salary increases, because the system used is still using the help of Microsoft excel application software that is semi computerized, so that every data reported often has errors in providing civil servant salaries. Based on these problems Tangerang District Education Office is in dire need of an automated computer system that can control the regular salary increases of civil servants effectively and efficiently. As a tool to help in object-oriented programming language, Unified Modeling Language (UML) is used to describe the system, while data collection techniques use observation, interview, and literature study methods, so that the system can be monitored properly, effectively and efficiently using MySql databases, and PHP.

Analisis Diskriminan Untuk Memprediksi Kebangkrutan Perusahaan (Studi Pada Perusahaan Manufaktur Yang Terdaftar Di Bursa Efek Indonesia Tahun 2011-2013)
Bankruptcy prediction is very important for every company. Bankruptcy prediction done in anticipation of the company's bankruptcy. One way to predict bankruptcy by using discriminant analysis popularized by Altman. In this study predicts bankruptcy in manufacturing firms 2011-2013. This type of research used in this research is descriptive and data collection methods were used that documentation. Selection of the sample in this study using purposing sampling method and obtained as many as 30 samples consisting of two categories, there are 20 companies potential a predicted bankrupt if not a new policies towards improvement and not bankrupt there were 10 companies. Financial ratios are used there are 11 financial ratios. Results of discriminant analysis that there are two companies that moved category of bankrupt becomes bankrupt. The variables that proved to significantly differentiate the company went bankrupt and not bankrupt contained 10 variables and variable dominant form discriminant function is Net Working Capital, Current Ratio, Quick Ratio and Return on Assets

been recognized as an emerging problem in several olive-growing countries such as Australia, Italy and Spain probably as a
consequence of the expansion of plantings in new areas with heavy soils and the more intensive use of irrigation in both olive nurseries and commercial groves. The disease has been reported from most olive-growing countries and is caused by several soil -borne species of Phytophthora, including P. cinnamomi, P. citricola, P. cryptogea,
P. drechsleri, P. gonapodyides, P. inundata, P. megasperma,P. nicotianae and P.palmivora. Diagnosis is currently based on the
isolation and identification of isolates by both traditional and molecular methods. New molecular techniques are currently available that could be applied for both the identification of isolates and Phytophthora infections directly in host-tissues as well as insoil and water samples. A number of dedicated databases could improve the efficiency of these techniques. Moreover, DNA analysis has greatly contributed to phylogenetic studies of Phytophthora. Non-ergodic site response model based on local recordings for Menta Dam site
The paper describes the development of a non-ergodic site response model for a strategic site in the Aspromonte mountains, in Southern Italy. Fractured metamorphic rocks belonging to Calabrian complex outcrop in this area, located in a region where Southern Apennines crustal faults and subduction of the Calabrian Arc contribute to the seismic hazard. At the
site, three accelerometers are installed since 2016 as part of the monitoring system of the Menta Dam, a bituminous-faced rockfill dam constructed for the water supply of the region. Ground motions recorded at the site and elsewhere from regional crustal and subduction earthquakes have been used to evaluate region-specific source and path adjustment to global ground motion models (GMMs). Those regionally adjusted GMMs have, in turn, been used to evaluate the mean bias of site-specific recordings, which is used to estimate non-ergodic site response for the dam site. This analysis highlights that site-specific site response is appreciably larger than the global average prediction of GMMs for periods lower than 0.4s. A non-ergodic GMM is developed that accounts for these effects to be used in subsequent Probabilistic Site Hazard Analysis (PSHA)
Upaya Peningkatan Kualitas Jasa Kesehatan Menggunakan Integrasi Quality Function Deployment (Qfd) dengan Analytical Hierarchy Process (Ahp)
R.S. XYZ merupakan salah satu Perusahaan jasa yang menyelenggarakan pelayanan kesehatan. Kesadaran masyarakat yang semakin tinggi terhadap pentingnya kesehatan merupakan salah satu alasan bahwa kebutuhan akan prasarana kesehatan juga semakin meningkat. Selain itu pula masyarakat akan semakin bijak untuk memilih mana yang terbaik dan sesuai dengan apa yang mereka inginkan dan butuhkan. Ketatnya persaingan saat ini memaksa pihak manajemen harus membuat suatu konsep rencana yang berorientasi kepada konsumen sehingga rumah sakit tersebut akan mempunyai suatu keunggulan yang dapat dipergunakan untuk menghadapi persaingan. Taraf kehidupan yang membaik membuat masyarakat mulai menuntut penyediaan layanan kesehatan yang berkualitas. Pelanggan yang tidak puas terhadap pelayanan yang diberikan akan beralih pada Perusahaan lain yang menurutnya lebih baik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kepuasan pelanggan rawat inap dan memberikan solusi terhadap peningkatan kualitas pelayanan. Penelitian ini menggunakan integrasi Quality Function Deployment (QFD) dengan Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) untuk menjaring keinginan pelanggan, melihat atribut yang harus diprioritaskan serta yang harus dilakukan oleh Perusahaan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pelanggan. Hasil QFD menunjukan bahwa pasien menginginkan 15 variabel pelayanan dan sebanyak 80% dari variabel pelayanan dinilai sangat penting. Prioritas perbaikan pihak rumah sakit adalah variabel jadwal pelayanan tepat waktu yang memiliki bobot paling tinggi. Hasil perhitungan AHP menunjukkan prioritas karakteristik pelayanan adalah tingkat pendidikan dan pengalaman kerja dibidangnya, artinya pihak rumah sakit memberdayakan tenaga medis dan non medis yang memiliki dasar pendidikan dan pengalaman kerja dibidang kesehatan
