Over the past three decades, there has been a considerable research interest in the area of developing drug delivery using nanoparticles (NPs) as carriers for small and large molecules. Targeting delivery of drugs to the diseased lesions is one of the most important aspects of drug delivery system. They have been used in vivo to protect the drug entity in the systemic circulation, restrict access of the drug to the chosen sites and to deliver the drug at a controlled and sustained rate to the site of action. Various polymers have been used in the formulation of nanoparticles for drug delivery research to increase therapeutic benefit, while minimizing side effects. In order to see functionality and toxicity of nanoparticles invarious food and drug applications, it is important to establish procedures to prepare nanoparticles of a controlled size. NaturalControlled release of drugs from nanostructured functional materials, especially nanoparticles (NPs), is attracting increasing attention because of the opportunities in cancer therapy and the treatment of other ailments. The potential of magnetic NPs stems from the intrinsic properties of their magnetic cores combined with their drug loading capability and the biochemical properties that can be best owed on them by means of a suitable coating. This  review was mainly focused on different techniques for the preparation of magnetic nanoparticles and their application in various field. In addition to that some of the applications in the field of biomedicine were also explained

Obesity can be defined as an excess proportion of total body fat. Obesity is increasing rapidly around the world. Nearly 20-25 % of the children are either overweight or obese. More than 80 % of the deaths in U.S are in patients with body mass index over 30. If the BMI is more than 40, life span is going to be reduced as much as 20 years for men and five years for women. Obesity develops number of chronic diseases like insulin resistance, Type 2 diabetes, hypertension, congestive heart failure. In this review the role of dietary modifications, genetic background and life style modifications in the prevalence of obesity was discussed. Its main reasons, complications and treatment of obesity were also explained in detail manner. Measurements to be taken to control the weight, importance of physical activity were also given significance in this article

FORMULATION OF IBUPROFEN LOADED ETHYL CELLULOSE NANOPARTICLES BY NANOPRECIPITATION TECHNIQUE

ABSTRACT Objective : The present study was undertaken to prepare and characterize drug loaded Ethyl cellulose nanoparticles using nanoprecipitation technique. The model drug chosen was Ibuprofen.Method : These nanoparticles were prepared using nanoprecpitation technique in which the organic phase containing varied proportions of drug and the polymer was added drop wise to the aqueous phase having the stabilizer with continuous stirring. This resulted in the formation of precipitate in the aqueous phase. The stirring was continued for about 2 hours further. Then, the precipitate was collected by subjecting the sample to vacuum filtration and was air-dried.Results :  The best formulation among all the three was determined by comparing the particle size, stability and invitro drug release of all the formulation. F3 was considered as the best formulation with average particle size as 251.1 nm, zeta potential as -25.2 mV, and 86.02 % drug release which was sustained till 8 hours. Conclusion:  F3 formulation i.e; in which concentration of drug and polymer bears a ratio of 1:2 was concluded as the best because of their smaller particle size and greater stability. Keywords : Acetone, Ethyl Cellulose(EC), Ethanol, Ibuprofen, Nanoparticles, Nanoprecipitation

Effective And Efficient Approach for Detecting Outliers

Now a days in machine learning research anomaly detection is the main topic. Anomaly detection is the process of identifying unusual behavior. It is widely used in data mining, for example, medical informatics, computer vision, computer security, sensor networks. Statistical approach aims to find the outliers which deviate from such distributions. Most distribution models are assumed univariate, and thus the lack of robustness for multidimensional data. We proposed an online and conditional anomaly detection method based on oversample PCA osPCA with LOO strategy will amplify the effect of outliers. We can successfully use the variation of the dominant principal direction to identify the presence of rare but abnormal data, for conditional anomaly detection expectation-maximization algorithms for learning the model is used. Our approach is reducing computational costs and memory requirements

We propose a safe information sharing plan for dynamic individuals. Initially, we propose a secured way for key transport with no sheltered correspondence channels, and the customers can securely get their private keys from get-together chief. Second, our arrangement can finish fine-grained get the chance to control, any customer in the social affair can use the source in the cloud and denied customers can't get to the cloud again after they are disavowed. Third, we can shield the arrangement from connivance strike, which suggests that revoked customers can't get the primary data report paying little mind to the likelihood that they plot with the untrusted cloud. In our approach, by using polynomial limit, we can fulfil a protected customer denial plot. Finally, our arrangement can achieve fine capability
