Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mendeskripsikan latar sosial budaya Andrea Hirata, (2) mendeskripsikan struktur yang membangun novel Cinta di Dalam Gelas karya Andrea Hirata, (3) mendeskripsikan perspektif gender dalam novel Cinta di Dalam Gelas karya Andrea Hirata berdasarkan tinjauan sastra feminis, (4) mendeskripsikan implementasi hasil penelitian perspektif gender dalam novel Cinta di Dalam Gelas karya Andrea Hirata dalam pembelajaran sastra
Indonesia di SMA. Jenis penelitian dan strategi penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif dan studi terpancang. Objek penelitian ini adalah struktur dan wujud perspektif gender yang digambarkan tokoh utama dalam novel Cinta di Dalam Gelas karya Andrea Hirata. Sumber data primer pada penelitian ini adalah novel Cinta di Dalam Gelas karya Andrea Hirata. Sumber data sekunder dalam penelitian ini adalah artikel di internet. Teknik pengumpulan data yang

Maryamah. Alur yang digunakan dalam novel Cinta di Dalam Gelas adalah alur maju. Latar waktu terjadi pada saat perayaan hari kemerdekaan yakni 17 Agusutus. Latar tempat berada di desa Belitong. Latar sosialnya bahwa desa Belitong sangat patriakat, memandang perempuan masih rendah. Berdasarkan tinjauan sastra feminis, perspektif gender dalam novel Cinta di Dalam Gelas meliputi kesetaraan gender yakni kesetaraan dalam pendidikan, kesetaraan dalam
berpolitik dan berorganisasi, kesetaraan dalam sosial budaya. Isolation of human monoclonal autoantibodies derived from pancreatic lymph node and peripheral blood B cells of islet autoantibody-positive patients
Aims/hypothesis Autoantibodies against pancreatic islets and infections by enteroviruses are associated with type 1 diabetes, but the specificity of immune responses within the type 1 diabetic pancreas is poorly characterised. We investigated whether pancreatic lymph nodes could provide a source of antigen-specific B cells for analysis of immune responses within the (pre)diabetic pancreas.
Methods Human IgG antibodies were cloned from single B lymphocytes sorted from pancreatic lymph node cells of three organ donors positive for islet autoantibodies, and from the peripheral blood of a patient with type 1 diabetes. Antibodies to insulinoma-associated antigen 2 (IA-2), GAD65, zinc trans- porter 8 (ZnT8) and Coxsackie B virus proteins were assayed by immunoprecipitation and by immunofluorescence on pan- creatic sections.
Results Human IgG antibodies (863) were successfully cloned and produced from 4,092 single B cells from lymph nodes and peripheral blood. Reactivity to the protein tyrosine phosphatase domain of the IA-2 autoantigen was detected in two cloned antibodies: one derived from a pancreatic lymph node and one from peripheral blood. Epitopes for these two antibodies were similar to each other and to those for circulat- ing antibodies in type 1 diabetes. The remaining 861 antibod- ies were negative for reactivity to IA-2, GAD65 or ZnT8 by both assays tested. Reactivity to a Coxsackie viral protein 2 was detected in one antibody derived from a peripheral blood B cell, but not from lymph nodes. Conclusions/interpretation We show evidence for the infre- quent presence of autoantigen-specific IgG+ B lymphocytes in the pancreatic-draining lymph nodes of islet autoantibody- positive individuals

The legacy of the Malay kingdom of Riau has become a valuable historical site as one of the areas of the Islamic kingdom which has become a current sharia tourist destination. The purpose of this study was to determine the management strategy of the Riau Province An-Nur Grand Mosque, the Ar-Rahman Grand Mosque in Pekanbaru City, and the Senapelan Grand Mosque in Pekanbaru City as religious tourism destinations in Pekanbaru City. The techniques used in data collection are observation, interviews, documentation, and analyzing books related to research. The data analysis used was an interactive analysis model. The results of this study illustrate that 1. The implementation of planning in Islamic tourism in Pekanbaru City through the formation of the board 2. The implementation of the organization that has been formed by the management in managing the mosque as a religious tourism destination based on the main task and schedule made as a form of board coordination 3. Implementation of the movement has followed training and comparative studies of mosque administrators as religious tourism and providing salaries or wages to administrators 4. Controlling Implementation of Sharia Tourism management in Pekanbaru City is included in asset instruments under government control and supervision as the Pekanbaru City Grand Mosque 5. Marketing through promotion has been implemented with several types of online and print media. 6. Financial implementation is carried out with a system of transparency and accountability based on predetermined standards. 7. Operational implementation of activities that have been carried out routine mosques such as prayer 5 times, majlis taklim, tabligh akbar and other religious activities 8. The application of R & D from the development of mosques as religious tourism destinations in Pekanbaru City received attention from the local government as a Raya and Paripurna mosque that has budget and expenditure on the running of mosque activities in the religious activity program in Pekanbaru City 9. Implementation of the Information System Mosque has been carried out in the information system on the management of religious tourism at the Great Mosque of An-Nur, Riau Province.

The importance of alternative host plants as reservoirs of the cotton leaf hopper, Amrasca devastans, and its natural enemies
Many agricultural pests can be harboured by alternative host plants but these can also harbour the pests’ natural enemies. We evaluated the capacity of non-cotton plant species (both naturally growing and cultivated) to function as alternative hosts for the cotton leaf hopper Amrasca devastans (Homoptera: Ciccadellidae) and its natural enemies. Forty-eight species harboured A. devastans. Twenty-four species were true breeding hosts, bearing both nymphal and adult A. devastans, the rest were incidental hosts. The crop Ricinus communis and the vegetables Abelmoschus esculentus and Solanum melongena had the highest potential for harbouring A. devastans and carrying it over into the seedling cotton crop. Natural enemies found on true alternative host plants were spiders, predatory insects (Chrysoperla carnea, Coccinellids, Orius spp. and Geocoris spp.) and two species of egg parasitoids (Arescon enocki and Anagrus sp.). Predators were found on 23 species of alternative host plants, especially R. communis. Parasitoids emerged from one crop species (R. communis) and three vegetable species; with 39 % of A. devastans parasitised. We conclude that the presence of alternative host plants provides both advantages and disadvantages to the cotton agro-ecosystem because they are a source of both natural enemy and pest species. To reduce damage by A. devastans, we recommend that weeds that harbour the pest should be removed, that cotton cultivation with R. communis, A. esculentus, and S. melongena should be avoided, that pesticides should be applied sparingly to cultivate alternative host plants and that cotton crops should be sown earlier
Evaluation of artificial neural networks with satellite data inputs for daily, monthly, and yearly solar irradiation prediction for Pakistan
Solar irradiation is the most critical parameter to consider when designing solar energy systems. The high cost and difficulty of measuring solar irradiation makes it impractical in every location. This study’s primary objective was to develop an artificial neural network (ANN) model for global horizontal irradiation (GHI) prediction using satellite data inputs. Three types of ANN, namely, the feed forward neural network (FFNN), cascaded forward neural network (CFNN), and Elman neural network (EMNN), were tested. The findings revealed that altitude, relative humidity, and satellite GHI are the most effective parameters, as they are present in all the best-performing models. The best model for daily GHI prediction was FFNN, which decreased daily MAPE, RMSE, and MBE by 25.4%, 0.11 kWh/m2/d, and 0.01 kWh/m2/d. The FFNN daily MAPE, RMSE, and MBE values were 7.83%, 0.49 kWh/m2/d, and 0.01 kWh/m2/d. The EMNN performed best for monthly and annual prediction, reducing monthly MAPE, RMSE, and MBE by 50.62%, 0.13 kWh/m2/d, and 0.13 kWh/m2/d, while the reduction for yearly was 91.6%, 0.11 kWh/m2/d, 0.2 kWh/m2/d. The EMNN monthly MAPE, RMSE, and MBE values were 3.36%, 0.16 kWh/m2/d, and 0.16 kWh/m2/d, while the yearly values were 0.47%, 0.18 kWh/m2/d, and 0.004 kWh/m2/d
