Photoionization of tungsten ions: Experiment and theory for W5+
Experimental and theoretical cross sections are reported for single-photon single ionization of W5+ ions. Absolute measurements were conducted employing the photon-ion merged-beams technique. Detailed photon-energy scans were performed at (67 ± 10) meV resolution in the 20-160 eV range. In contrast to photoionization of tungsten ions in lower charge states, the cross section is dominated by narrow, densely-spaced resonances. Theoretical results were obtained from a Dirac-Coulomb R-matrix approach employing a basis set of 457 levels providing cross sections for photoionization of W5+ ions in the ground level as well as the and metastable excited levels. Considering the complexity of the electronic structure of tungsten ions in low charge states, the agreement between theory and experiment is satisfactory
Noise and dissipation in rigid body motion
Using the rigid body as an example, we illustrate some features of stochastic geometric mechanics. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada BAZNAS Indragiri Hilir . Adapun tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa penyajian penyusunan laporan keuangan pada Badan Amil Zakat Nasional Indragiri Hilir sesuai dengan PSAK No. 109.
Metode penelitian ini adalah dengan metode kualitatif Miles dan Hubberman teknik pengumpulan data dengan melakukan pengamatan langsung dan wawancara langsung dengan pihak BAZNAS Indragiri Hilir yang terkait dengan laporan keuangan tersebut. Sedangkan sumber data berasal dari peraturan yang berlaku dan media.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa laporan keuangan BAZNAS Indragiri Hilir sebagian sudah diterapkan oleh BAZNAS, namun ada beberapa yang belum sesuai dengan PSAK No. 109 antara lain : laporan keuangan yang disajikan hanyalah Neraca,Laporan Perubahan Dana,dan Laporan Arus KAS pada laporan keuangan BAZNAS belum sesuai dengan PSAK No.109, BAZNAS Indragiri Hilir tidak membuat Laporan Aset Kelolaan dan tidak mencatat semua asnaf yang telah di salurkan zakatnya penggunaan dana zakat, dan pada laporan Perubahan Dan BAZNAS Indragiri Hilir ada penyaluran Dana Infaq ke beban Lain-lain tanpa adanya kejelasan atau transparansi..
Dengan penelitian ini diharapkan BAZNAS Indragiri Hilir menerapkan laporan keuangan yang sesuai dengan PSAK No.109.

Hubble PanCET: An isothermal day-side atmosphere for the bloated gas-giant HAT-P-32Ab
This is the author accepted manuscript. The final version is available from OUP via the DOI in this recordWe present a thermal emission spectrum of the bloated hot Jupiter HAT-P-32Ab from a single eclipse observation made in spatial scan mode with the Wide Field Camera 3 (WFC3) aboard the Hubble Space Telescope (HST). The spectrum covers the wavelength regime from 1.123 to 1.644 microns which is binned into 14 eclipse depths measured to an averaged precision of 104 parts-per million. The spectrum is unaffected by a dilution from the close M-dwarf companion HAT-P-32B, which was fully resolved. We complemented our spectrum with literature results and performed a comparative forward and retrieval analysis with the 1D radiative-convective ATMO model. Assuming solar abundance of the planet atmosphere, we find that the measured spectrum can best be explained by the spectrum of a blackbody isothermal atmosphere with Tp = 1995 +/- 17K, but can equally-well be described by a spectrum with modest thermal inversion. The retrieved spectrum suggests emission from VO at the WFC3 wavelengths and no evidence of the 1.4 micron water feature. The emission models with temperature profiles decreasing with height are rejected at a high confidence. An isothermal or inverted spectrum can imply a clear atmosphere with an absorber, a dusty cloud deck or a combination of both. We find that the planet can have continuum of values for the albedo and recirculation, ranging from high albedo and poor recirculation to low albedo and efficient recirculation. Health, Health-Related Quality of Life, and Quality of Life: What is the Difference?
The terms health, health-related quality of life (HRQoL), and quality of life (QoL) are used interchangeably. Given that these are three key terms in the literature, their appropriate and clear use is important. This paper reviews the history and definitions of the terms and considers how they have been used. It is argued that the definitions of HRQoL in the literature are problematic because some definitions fail to distinguish between HRQoL and health or between HRQoL and QoL. Many so-called HRQoL questionnaires actually measure self-perceived health status and the use of the phrase QoL is unjustified. It is concluded that the concept of HRQoL as used now is confusing. A potential solution is to define HRQoL as the way health is empirically estimated to affect QoL or use the term to only signify the utility associated with a health state
KEPEMIMPINAN KEPALA SEKOLAH DI SMK AL-HIKMAH KALIREJO LAMPUNG TENGAH
Kepemimpinan merupakan kemampuan dari seseorang untuk memotivasi
karyawan, mengarahkan orang lain, saluran komunikasi yang paling efektif dan
yang tidak kalah penting adalah bagaimana mengelola dan memecah kankonflik
agar tidak menyimpang dari tujuan organisasi. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk
mengetahui bagaimana kepemimpinan kepala sekolah di SMK Al-Hikmah
Kalirejo Lampung Tengah dilihat dari cara kepala sekolah dalam memotivasi,
mengarahkan, berkomunikasi dan membuat keputusan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah
deskriptif kualitatif dimana pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik wawancara,
observasi, dan dokumentasi. Data yang diproleh di analisis dengan langkahlangkah
analisis data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan.Sedangkan uji
keabsahan data di lakukan dengan triangulasi. Triangulasi yang digunakan dalam
penelitian ini adalah triangulasi sumber.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan kepala sekolah di
SMK Al-Hikmah Kalirejo Lampung Tengah yang meliputi memotivasi,
mengarahkan, berkomunikasi dan membuat keputusan dilakukan dengan baik.
Dalam memotivasi, kepala sekolah melakukannya dengan tujuan member
dorongan atau membangkitkan kemauan supaya bekerja dengan maksimal, upaya
tersebut dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah dengan cara memberikan contoh sikap
disiplin terhadap apapun, dan memberikan sebuah penghargaan atau reward
kepada warga sekolah yang berprestasi. Dalam mengarahkan kepala sekolah
member pengarahan kepada warga sekolah denganbaik, dengan tujuan
memberikan instruksi, perintah, dan petunjuk kepada bawahan supaya bekerja
dengan tupoksi masing-masing kepala sekolah juga mengarahkan kepada guru
untuk selalu meningkatkan kualitas dirinya. Kepala sekolah SMK Al-Hikmah
dalam member pengarahan yaitu melalui kegiatan rapat, pembinaan pada saat apel
pagi wajib. Dalam berkomunikasi kepala sekolah melakukannya untuk
memberikan informasi terkait agenda yang akan dilaksanakan sekolah,
penyampaian informasi tersebut dilakukan pada saat kegiatan rapat rutin, apel
pagi wajib dan pembinaan upacara bendera. Dalam pembuatan keputusan kepala
sekolah mengedepankan musyawarah. Kepala sekolah mengikut sertakan
bawahan untuk ikut terlibat dalam pembuatan keputusan tersebut.

Robustness of the HFMI techniques and the effect of weld quality on the fatigue life improvement of welded joints
Robustness of HFMI treatment in different weld qualities according to ISO 5817 was studied, and fatigue testing of the treated samples was carried out in order to investigate the effect of the weld quality prior treatment. The results show that HFMI-treated welds with weld quality level D shows fatigue life improvements that fall within the IIW recommendations for HFMI. No significant influence from the HFMI operator or HFMI equipment on the fatigue life was found. However, the scatter in fatigue testing results varied with HFMI operator and indicated that different HFMI operators could produce consistent treatment results. A considerable effect on fatigue life from HFMI tool radius was found, where the 2-mm tool radius showed considerably greater fatigue life compared with the 1.5-mm tool radius. According to IIW (Marquis and Barsoum 2016), for steel grade SY = 700\ua0MPa, the fatigue strength recommendation is FAT 160 (m = 5) for transverse stiffener–welded joints with as-welded quality B according to ISO 5817 (ISO/TC 44/SC 10 2011), prior to treatment. It can be observed in the current study that fatigue-tested HFMI-treated welded joints, welded with weld quality D, are in good agreement with the IIW recommendations
Inspection Score And Grading System For Food Services In Brazil: The Results Of A Food Safety Strategy To Reduce The Risk Of Foodborne Diseases During The 2014 Fifa World Cup
In 2014, Brazil hosted one of the most popular sport competitions in the world, the FIFA World Cup. Concerned about the intense migration of tourists, the Brazilian government decided to deploy a food safety strategy based on inspection scores and a grading system applied to food services. The present study aimed to evaluate the results of the food safety strategy deployed during the 2014 FIFA World Cup in Brazil. To assess food safety, an evaluation instrument was applied twice in 1927 food service establishments from 26 cities before the start of the competition. This instrument generated a food safety score for each establishment that ranged from 0.0 (no flaws observed) to 2565.95, with four possible grades: A (0.0-13.2); B (13.3-502.6); C (502.7-1152.2); and pending (more than 1152.3). Each food service received a stamp with the grade of the second evaluation. After the end of the World Cup, a study was conducted with different groups of the public to evaluate the acceptance of the strategy. To this end, 221 consumers, 998 food service owners or managers, 150 health surveillance auditors, and 27 health surveillance coordinators were enrolled. These participants completed a survey with positive and negative responses about the inspection score system through a 5-point Likert scale. A reduction in violation scores from 393.1 to 224.4 (p < 0.001) was observed between the first and second evaluation cycles. Of the food services evaluated, 38.7% received the A stamp, 41.4% the B stamp, and 13.9% the C stamp. All positive responses on "system reliability" presented a mean of 4.0 or more, indicating that the public believed this strategy is reliable for communicating risks and promoting food safety. The strategy showed positive results regarding food safety and public acceptance. The deployed strategy promoted improvements in the food safety of food services. Angular and Current-Target Correlations in Deep Inelastic Scattering at HERA
Correlations between charged particles in deep inelastic ep scattering have
been studied in the Breit frame with the ZEUS detector at HERA using an
integrated luminosity of 6.4 pb-1. Short-range correlations are analysed in
terms of the angular separation between current-region particles within a cone
centred around the virtual photon axis. Long-range correlations between the
current and target regions have also been measured. The data support
predictions for the scaling behaviour of the angular correlations at high Q2
and for anti-correlations between the current and target regions over a large
range in Q2 and in the Bjorken scaling variable x. Analytic QCD calculations
and Monte Carlo models correctly describe the trends of the data at high Q2,
but show quantitative discrepancies. The data show differences between the
