EL DEPORTE RECREATIVO DESDE LA VISI 3N DE LOS ACTORES SOCIALES EN EL CONTEXTO UNIVERSITARIO
La presente investigaci\uf3n tiene como prop\uf3sito generar reflexiones sobre visi\uf3n que tienen los docentes sobre el deporte recreativo en el contexto universitario, la misma se encuentra enmarcada en el paradigma interpretativo bajo un enfoque cualitativo, con la implementaci\uf3n del m\ue9todo fenomenol\uf3gico hermen\ue9utico. Para obtener la informaci\uf3n se aplic\uf3 la t\ue9cnica de la entrevista semiestructurada a los actores sociales quienes son especialistas en Educaci\uf3n F\uedsica y Deporte egresados de la Universidad Pedag\uf3gica Experimental Libertador - Instituto Pedag\uf3gico de Barquisimeto. Para su organizaci\uf3n e interpretaci\uf3n se utiliz\uf3 categor\uedas de an\ue1lisis y los respectivos hallazgos contenidos en ellas, as\ued como tambi\ue9n, se realiz\uf3 la triangulaci\uf3n por categor\uedas de an\ue1lisis y la contextualizaci\uf3n de toda la informaci\uf3n. Deriv\ue1ndose que se deben propiciar la diversificaci\uf3n del deporte recreativo en la universidad para el mantenimiento de la salud f\uedsica de los estudiantes, as\ued como el fortalecimiento de los lazos de amistad a trav\ue9s de una educaci\uf3n deportiva orientada hacia toda la poblaci\uf3n, afianzando adem\ue1s ente otros aspectos las organizaciones deportivas no federadas, vinculando a la universidad con las comunidades; considerando que estas actividades se encuentran en v\uedas de auto organizaci\uf3n con apoyo interinstitucional.

ABSTRACT
This research aims to generate reflections on vision with teachers on recreational sport in the university context, it is framed in the interpretative paradigm under a qualitative approach to the implementation of hermeneutical phenomenological method. For information the technique of semi-structured interview to social actors who are specialists in physical education and sport graduates of the Pedagogical University Experimental Liberators Pedagogical - Institute Pedagogical of Barquisimeto was applied. categories of analysis and the respective findings contained therein were used for organization and interpretation, and triangulation is also performed by categories of analysis and contextualization of all information. It is derived which should promote diversification of recreational sport in college for maintaining physical health of students, as well as strengthening the bonds of friendship through sport oriented education across the population, and consolidating entity other respects non-federated sports organizations, linking the university with communities; considering that these activities are in the process of self-agency support organization.

KEPEMIMPINAN, KOMPENSASI DAN KINERJA MARKETER PADA PT. SHINARI PUTRA KENCANA KABUPATEN BANDUNG
Penelitian ini dilakukan dan dilatar belakangi untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh kepemimpinan dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja marketer PT. Shinari Putra Kencana Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian menggunakan kuesioner dan menjadikan populasi sebagai sampel penelitian. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 12 orang responden dari marketer PT. Shinari Putra Kencana Berdasarkan hasil analisis hipotesis, kepemimpinan dan kinerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, dan pimpinan selalu memberikan apresiasi terhadap peningkatan kinerja karyawannya. Penemuan dalam penelitian ini mengungkapkan semakin baiknya kepemimpinan dan semakin bagusnya kompensasi yang diberikan maka kinerja akan meningkat
Analisis Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Amerta Jasa Sejahtera
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja fisik di Amerta Jasa Sejahtera cukup baik, ditandai dengan kenyamanan ruangan dan kelengkapan perlengkapan kerja. Namun, aspek lingkungan kerja non-fisik masih kurang memadai karena lokasi kerja yang jauh akibat kemitraan dengan Cottonwood, yang memiliki lokasi vila, hotel, dan apartemen tersebar dengan jarak yang cukup jauh. Hal ini menyebabkan kelelahan pada karyawan dan kesulitan dalam koordinasi tim. Sistem gaji, terutama pemotongan yang signifikan, juga mempengaruhi motivasi kerja karyawan secara negatif. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan rekomendasi penyesuaian lingkungan kerja guna mendukung peningkatan kinerja perusahaan secara keseluruhan Diharapkan hasil penelitian ini dapat memberikan masukan berharga bagi manajemen perusahaan dalam merancang kebijakan yang lebih efektif terkait penerapan lingkungan kerja non-fisik yang lebih baik
Pelatihan Pengembangan Usaha Pada Koperasi Modern yang Bergerak di Sektor Pangan
Cooperatives play a strategic role in community-based economic development in Indonesia, particularly in the food sector. However, the dynamics of the digital era and globalization demand cooperatives to transform into modern and highly competitive entities. This paper outlines several topics covered in the training, including Selecting Alternatives and Assessing Investment Feasibility, Cooperative Financial Planning and Budgeting, and Developing a Business Feasibility Study. The training involved 30 participants from various food sector cooperatives in West Java, employing a participatory, educational, and applicative approach. The results indicate an improvement in participants' understanding of Investment Feasibility, Cooperative Financial Planning and Budgeting, and Developing a Business Feasibility Study. While the training effectively enhanced participants' capacity, challenges such as limited technological infrastructure and human resources remain obstacles. This training contributes to strengthening participants' skills, promoting digital transformation, and improving the competitiveness of food sector cooperatives. Effectiveness of a pharmacist-led educational intervention to reduce the use of high-risk abbreviations in an acute care setting in Saudi Arabia: A quasi-experimental study
Objectives: To evaluate the effectiveness of a pharmacist-led educational intervention to reduce the use of high-risk abbreviations (HRAs) by healthcare professionals. Design: Quasi-experimental study consisting of a single group before-and-after study design. Setting: A public emergency hospital in Mecca, Saudi Arabia. Participants: 660 (preintervention) and then 498 (postintervention) handwritten physician orders, medication administration records (MRAs) and pharmacy dispensing sheets of 482 and 388 patients, respectively, from emergency wards, inpatient settings and the pharmacy department were reviewed. Intervention: The intervention consisted of a series of interactive lectures delivered by an experienced clinical pharmacist to all hospital staff members and dissemination of educational tools (flash cards, printed list of HRAs, awareness posters) designed in line with the recommendations of the Institute for Safe Medical Practices and the US Food and Drug Administration. The duration of intervention was from April to May 2011. Main outcome: Reduction in the incidence of HRAs use from the preintervention to postintervention study period. Findings: The five most common abbreviations recorded prior to the interventions were 'IJ for injection' (28.6%), 'SC for subcutaneous' (17.4%), drug name and dose running together (9.7%), 'OD for once daily' (5.8%) and 'D/C for discharge' (4.3%). The incidence of the use of HRAs was highest in discharge prescriptions and dispensing records (72.7%) followed by prescriptions from in-patient wards (47.3%). After the intervention, the overall incidence of HRA was significantly reduced by 52% (ie, 53.6% vs 25.5%; p=0.001). In addition, there was a statistically significant reduction in the incidence of HRAs across all three settings: the pharmacy department (72.7% vs 39.3%), inpatient settings (47.3% vs 23.3%) and emergency wards (40.9% vs 10.7%). Conclusions: Pharmacist-led educational interventions can significantly reduce the use of HRAs by healthcare providers. Future research should investigate the long-term effectiveness of such educational interventions through a randomised controlled trial
Analisis Jaringan Bisnis Kepada Kepuasan Klien di PT Amerta Jasa Sejahtra
Tujuan dari studi ini adalah untu menganalisis efektifitas jaringan bisnis terhadap kepuasan pelanggan PT.Amerta Jasa Sejahtra. Jaringan bisnis dalam konteks ini berarti hubungan antara perusahaan jasa dan pelanggan, pemasok dan mitra lainnya yang mempengaruhi pengalaman pelanggan secara keseluruhan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, melakukan wawancara mendalam dengan berbagai pemangku kepentingan dan menganalisis dokumentasi internal perusahaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa struktur dan efektivitas jaringan bisnis berpengaruh langsung terhadap persepsi pelanggan terhadap kualitas layanan yang diberikan. Implikasi praktis dari pengamatan tersebut adalah pentingnya meningkatkan koordinasi dan kerjasama antar unit dalam jaringan bisnis untuk meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan. Studi ini membangun fondasi untuk strategi bisnis jasa untuk membangun dan mengelola jaringan bisnis yang efektif untuk menciptakan nilai bagi pelanggan
Analisis Optimasi Batas Usia Kerja Pada Kinerja Karyawan Produksi PT. SIMNU
Peran penting kondisi fisik prima dalam lingkungan kerja divisi produksi, yang sangat bergantung pada kemampuan fisik individu serta faktor usia dan pengalaman kerja dalam mempengaruhi produktivitas. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitataif dengan wawancara mendalam dan observasi langsung untuk mengeksplorasi dampak usia terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasilnya menunjukan bahwa karyawan yang lebih tua cenderung mengalami penurunan produktivitas karena tantangan fisik dan tuntutanpekerjaan stabil. Namun, manajemen penempatan yang bijaksana, yang mempertimbangkan baik kemampuan individu maupun usia mereka, dapat mengatasi hambatan ini. Pendekatan manajemen yang tepat juga dapat membantu meningkatkan efisensi dan kinerja divisi produksi dengan menyeimbangkan distribusi tenaga kerja bedasarkan keterampilam dan kebutuhan fisik. Temuan ini memberikan wawasan berharga bagi manajemen sumber daya manusia dalam mengelola tenaga kerja yang beragam usia dan keterampilan, dengan fokus pada pengembangan kebijakan yang inklusif dan efektif untuk meningkatkan produktivitas kerja
Effects of seagrasses and algae of the Caulerpa family on hydrodynamics and particle-trapping rates
The widespread decline of seagrass beds within the Mediterranean often results in the replacement of seagrasses by opportunistic green algae of the Caulerpa family. Because Caulerpa beds have a different height, stiffness and density compared to seagrasses, these changes in habitat type modify the interaction of the seafloor with hydrodynamics, influencing key processes such as sediment resuspension and particle trapping. Here, we compare the effects on hydrodynamics and particle trapping of Caulerpa taxifolia, C. racemosa, and C. prolifera with the Mediterranean seagrasses Cymodocea nodosa and Posidonia oceanica. All macrophyte canopies reduced near-bed volumetric flow rates compared to bare sediment, vertical profiles of turbulent kinetic energy revealed peak values around the top of the canopies, and maximum values of Reynolds stress increased by a factor of between 1.4 (C. nodosa) and 324.1 (P. oceanica) when vegetation was present. All canopies enhanced particle retention rates compared to bare sediment. The experimental C. prolifera canopy was the most effective at particle retention (m2 habitat); however, C. racemosa had the largest particle retention capacity per structure surface area. Hence, in terms of enhancing particle trapping and reducing hydrodynamic forces at the sediment surface, Caulerpa beds provided a similar or enhanced function compared to P.oceanica and C. nodosa. However, strong seasonality in the leaf area index of C. racemosa and C. taxifolia within the Mediterranean, combined with a weak rhizome structure, suggests that sediments maybe unprotected during winter storms, when most erosion occurs. Bioprocess Design Considerations for the Large Scale Manufacture of Pluripotent Stem Cell Derived Retinal Pigment Epithelium
Human embryonic stem cells (HESC) are a promising source of retinal pigment epithelium (RPE) for the treatment of common and incurable forms of blindness such as age-related macular degeneration (AMD). Whilst most HESC lines will produce some pigmented RPE cells when allowed to overgrow and spontaneously differentiate for 30-60 days, the efficiency of this process is highly variable and the critical factors which determine target cell yield remain largely uncharacterised. This will prove problematic in the large-scale production of RPE cells needed for cell therapy. In this project the aim was to identify and minimise sources of variability during differentiation and to develop an efficient and scalable HESC-RPE differentiation protocol. Using a novel imaging platform in combination with quantitative gene expression analysis and immunocytochemistry, the relative differentiation efficiency in two new cell lines, Shef6 and Shef3 was characterised. It was found that the age of the starting HESC population, the cell seeding density and the passaging method used have a strong influence on RPE yields. It was also demonstrated that RPE can be generated from HESC following single cell dissociation and in the absence of feeder cells, thereby significantly simplifying cell culture logistics and reducing variability. In addition it was shown that the lower yielding cell line, Shef3, has a reduced innate propensity for neuroectoderm conversion and that by directing this process with a small molecule, dorsomorphin, efficiency can be significantly improved. Overall this novel protocol increased RPE foci yields per cm2 by 5 fold in Shef6 and 4 fold in Shef3 compared to traditional mouse embryonic fibroblast (MEFs) co-culture systems. Since HESC-derived RPE are now entering clinical trials, it has become increasingly important to optimise manufacturing; this study identifies several critical parameters that could help develop a robust, scalable and cost-effective strategy for HESC-RPE manufacturing
