Rumor merupakan bentuk penyebaran informasi dan komunikasi
sosial yang dapat membentuk opini publik serta mempengaruhi kepercayaan individu yang mengarah pada perubahan sikap individu terhadap aspek ekonomi, politik, dan sosial. Rumor juga merupakan kebenaran yang belum bisa dikon�rmasi dan berdampak negatif bagi masyarakat, meskipun intervensi dapat dilakukan untuk meminimalkan dampak negatifnya. Oleh karena itu, memahami penyebaran rumor sangatlah penting untuk mendapatkan informasi ilmiah dan strategi yang lebih baik dalam mengurangi dampak negatifnya. Twitter menjadi media penyebaran berita gosip, rumor atau hoax secara spasial dan kronologi karena memiliki struktur komunitas yang unik. Berita terpopuler di Indonesia berdasarkan Getdaytrends Twitter pada tahun 2021 adalah #SahkanRUUPKS. Penelitian ini membahas model penyebaran rumor dengan mempertimbangkan kredibilitas rumor, korelasi rumor dengan kehidupan dan klasi�kasi kelompok berdasarkan kepribadian. Perilaku solusi dari model dianalisis melalui analisis kestabilan di sekitar titik kesetimbangan bebas rumor dan titik kesetimbangan endemik penyebaran rumor. Kestabilan tersebut juga dikaitkan dengan bilangan reproduksi dasar yang menandakan apakah rumor akan menghilang atau menyebar dalam populasi. Analisis Komparasi Cybercrime Web Defacement dan Darknet Exposure di Indonesia (Studi Kasus : Lanskap Keamanan Siber di Indonesia Tahun 2022 dan Tahun 2023)
This study aims to analyze the comparison of cyber incidents involving Web Defacement and Darknet Exposure in Indonesia for the years 2022 and 2023, and to evaluate the effectiveness of the mitigation recommendations provided. The method used in this study is the Wilcoxon statistical test to determine significant differences between the incident rates in those two years. The Wilcoxon test results indicate that the Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) value is 0.008, which, in the case of a one-tailed test, results in a probability of 0.004. This value indicates a significant difference between the Darknet Exposure incident rates in 2022 and 2023. The analysis also suggests that the mitigation recommendations implemented in 2022 were not effective in reducing Darknet Exposure incidents in 2023, as evidenced by an increase in the number of cases. Conversely, for Web Defacement incidents, the Wilcoxon test results show the same Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) value of 0.008, resulting in a probability of 0.004. This indicates a significant difference between the Web Defacement incident rates in 2022 and 2023. Based on the test results, the mitigation recommendations proved effective in reducing Web Defacement incidents, with a decrease in the number of cases in 2023. From these findings, it can be concluded that cyber incident handling strategies need to be adjusted and strengthened, especially in dealing with Darknet Exposure incidents. Continuous monitoring and evaluation are also crucial for improving the effectiveness of cyber incident management in Indonesia
DYNAMICS OF THE RUMOR SPREADING MODEL OF INDONESIA TWITTER CASE
The study of the spreading of a rumor is significantly important to obtain scientific information and better strategies in reducing its negative impact. Twitter has become a medium for spreading rumors or hoaxes spatially and chronologically because it has a unique community structure. This study demonstrates the model of spreading rumors by considering credibility, correlation, and mass classification based on personality is discussed. The behavior of a model solution around equilibrium points is investigated with the Jacobian matrices. The stability also corresponds to a threshold number indicating the rumor fades away or continues to spread in the population. The analytical results are confirmed by actual data from Twitter in Indonesia with #SahkanRUUPKS. The simulation results show that the free rumor equilibrium point is stable and the threshold number is less than 1. Our study shows that the number of spreaders does not increase and the #SahkanRUUPKS rumor will vanish

In this case, a rumor-spreading model is discussed in this study by considering the credibility of rumors, the correlation between rumors and lives, and the classification of groups based on personality. Peningkatan keterampilan digital melalui aplikasi perkantoran dalam mewujudkan kemandirian ekonomi
Pelatihan keterampilan digital menjadi upaya strategis untuk meningkatkan kapasitas remaja dalam menghadapi tantangan sosial ekonomi. Program ini bertujuan membekali peserta Forum Remaja PKBI Kepulauan Riau dengan keterampilan administrasi perkantoran berbasis aplikasi digital, khususnya Microsoft Office dan Canva. Metode pelaksanaan mencakup sosialisasi, pelatihan, pendampingan, penerapan teknologi, serta evaluasi melalui pre-test, post-test, dan kuesioner kepuasan. Hasil pre-test dan post-test menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada seluruh indikator capaian. Peningkatan keterampilan tercatat pada pelatihan dasar-dasar komputer dari skor sebelumnya 39 menjadi 92, penggunaan aplikasi Microsoft Word dari sebelumnya 32 menjadi 91, penggunaan Microsoft Excel dan Word sebelumnya 24 menjadi 90, serta desain CV dan surat lamaran profesional dengan Canva sebelumnya 38 menjadi 93. Nilai akhir rata-rata untuk seluruh materi melampaui target 90, dengan peningkatan tertinggi pada materi mail merge di Microsoft Word. Selain itu, kepuasan peserta terhadap materi, metode, dan fasilitas pelatihan mencapai 92%. Temuan ini menegaskan efektivitas pelatihan aplikasi perkantoran dalam mendorong kemandirian ekonomi remaja. Program diharapkan berlanjut melalui pendampingan berkesinambungan dan keterlibatan aktif mitra, sehingga peserta mampu menjadi agen pengetahuan di komunitasnya
Development of IoT-based Automatic Water Drainage System on Fishing Boat to Improve Operational Efficiency
The profession of fishermen requires a reliable system to remove stagnant water from fishing boats, as manual drainage is time-consuming and inefficient. This study proposes an IoT-based automatic water drainage system without using an inverter or ultrasonic sensor, offering a cost-effective alternative. The system utilizes a water level sensor and a DC water pump, controlled via a smartphone application. The research model used is the Research and Development (R&D) model, through several stages, namely potential and problems, initial data needs, prototype creation, prototype validation, prototype revision, validation, implementation. Problems occur at the prototype stage, problems that must be revised include aspects of wiring, Power Suitability, Water Level Sensor Test, and the configuration of the relay used. The IOT-based automatic water drainage system can function based on the results of white-box testing including Hardware Implementation, Software Implementation, Implementation of Application Usage, and Automatic Drainage System Testing. This is indicated by the results of the Liquid Water Level Sensor Functionality test, DC Water Pump Functionality Test, Solar Panel and Battery Functionality Test, and IOT Functionality Test. IOT-based automatic water discharge systems on fishing boats are more efficient and cost-effective in the long run, although diesel engines offer more reliability under adverse weather conditions or in places with limited access to sunlight
Involvement of the Wbp pathway in the biosynthesis of Porphyromonas gingivalis lipopolysaccharide with anionic polysaccharide
The periodontal pathogen Porphyromonas gingivalis has two different lipopolysaccharide (LPS) molecules, O-LPS and A-LPS. We have recently shown that P. gingivalis strain HG66 lacks A-LPS. Here, we found that introduction of a wild-type wbpB gene into strain HG66 restored formation of A-LPS. Sequencing of the wbpB gene from strain HG66 revealed the presence of a nonsense mutation in the gene. The wbpB gene product is a member of the Wbp pathway, which plays a role in the synthesis of UDP-ManNAc(3NAc)A in Pseudomonas aeruginosa; UDP-ManNAc(3NAc)A is sequentially synthesized by the WbpA, WbpB, WbpE, WbpD and WbpI proteins. We then determined the effect of the PGN-0002 gene, a wbpD homolog, on the biosynthesis of A-LPS. A PGN-0002-deficient mutant demonstrated an A-LPS biosynthesis deficiency. Taken together with previous studies, the present results suggest that the final product synthesized by the Wbp pathway is one of the sugar substrates necessary for the biosynthesis of A-LPS

Analisis Kualitas Aplikasi Aku Pintar Dengan Menggunakan Framework ISO/IEC 25010
Aku Pintar adalah salah satu EdTech acuan yang bertujuan untuk meberdayakan ekosistem pendidikan dan meningkatkan kulaitas sumber daya manusia di Indonesia. Evaluasi kualitas sistem aplikasi Aku Pintar menjadi salah satu cara yang perlu dilakukan untuk menilai dan menguji tingkat kegunaan atau fungsionalitas dalam mengidentifikasi masalah secara spesifik pada sistem. Model pengukuran yang yang telah tervalidasi adalah ISO/IEC 25010 yang memiliki delapan indikator yang meliputi usability, portability, performance efficiency, functional suitability, maintainability, compatibility, reliability, dan security. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode analisis data kuantitatif, uji validitas dan reliabilitas dengan menggunakan Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). Metode sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan metode simple random sampling dan dari perhitungal slovin dari jumlah pengguna aplikasi Aku Pintar populasi yang diambil sebanyak 100 responden. Hasil pengujian tingkat kualitas aplikasi dengan framework ISO/IEC 25010 model produuct quality didapatkan hasih layak dengan persentase berdasarkan yang terendah, 68% untuk indikator compatibility, indikator performance efficiency sebesar 71%, indikator security sebesar 74%, indikator realibility sebesar 75%, indikator maintanbility 81%, kemudian indikator funcitional suitibility dan usability memiliki persentase sama sebesar 82%, selanjutnya persentase terbesar portability sebesar 91%. Setelah didapatkan hasil persentase kualitas aplikasi Aku Pintar dibuat sebuah saran perbaikan untuk aplikasi agar kedepannya aplikasi lebih baik dalam meningkatkan kepuasan pengguna.
