UM ESTUDO SOBRE A EVASÃO E ABANDONO ESCOLAR NA EDUCAÇÃO BÁSICA NO BRASIL

A pesquisa tem por objetivos apresentar um levantamento bibliográfico acerca da evasão e abandono escolar na educação básica no Brasil, realizar um levantamento das possíveis causas da evasão e abandono escolar e compreender qual o papel do diretor no processo de retenção dos alunos. Considerando o impacto que a evasão escolar causa na educação e na vida das pessoas, a presente pesquisa se justifica pela importante reflexão acerca dos causadores desse problema que afeta grande parte da população. Mesmo a educação sendo um direito estabelecido e garantido pela própria Constituição Federal, a evasão e o abandono escolar são um dos principais problemas que afetam a educação no nosso país. No contexto escolar, a evasão caracteriza um momento em que o aluno abandona o ensino, deixando de frequentar as aulas por algum motivo. Segundo pesquisa realizada pelo IBGE em 2020, das 50 milhões de pessoas com idades entre 14 e 29 anos, dez milhões, ou seja, 20% delas, não tinham terminado alguma das etapas da educação básica, principalmente pretos e pardos. Nesse aspecto, destacamos a necessidade de discussões mais aprofundadas sobre o tema de pesquisa. Como embasamento teórico da pesquisa, recorreu-se aos estudos de Filho (2017), Araújo (2017) e França (2021), entre outros autores que versam sobre evasão e abandono escolar. Para se chegar aos objetivos propostos, como metodologia, o estudo apresenta características qualitativas, com uma revisão bibliográfica, por meio de buscas em periódicos e livros. A pesquisa ainda em fase de desenvolvimento, apresenta algumas considerações que merecem destaque: alguns fatores foram identificados como possíveis causadores da evasão escolar; no que tange ao papel do diretor no processo redução da evasão se entende que estabelecer uma relação entre a família e a escola e realizar o acompanhamento das aulas e do desempenho individual e coletivo dos alunos é uma estratégia que pode causar impactos positivos nesse contexto

INCLUSÃO DE PESSOAS COM NECESSIDADES ESPECIAIS NO ENSINO SUPERIOR: DESAFIOS E PERSPECTIVAS

O processo de inclusão de pessoas com necessidades especiais, sobretudo, no ensino superior, ainda se encontra marcado por indefinições, apesar de muitas instituições se mostrarem receptivas à chegada dessas pessoas. O objetivo deste estudo foi analisar os desafios e perspectivas na inclusão de pessoas com necessidades educacionais especiais em Instituições de Ensino Superior. Tratou-se de um estudo bibliográfico do tipo revisão integrativa da literatura, com levantamento na Literatura Latino-Americana e do Caribe em Ciências da Saúde (LILACS), Sistema Online de Busca e Análise de Literatura Médica (Medline)/PubMed e Base de Dados de Enfermagem (BDEnf)

Definiteness has been a central topic in theoretical semantics since its modern foundation. However, despite its significance, there has been surprisingly scarce research on its cross-linguistic expression. With the purpose of contributing to filling this gap, the present volume gathers thirteen studies exploiting insights from formal semantics and syntax, typological and language specific studies, and, crucially, semantic fieldwork and cross-linguistic semantics, in order to address the expression and interpretation of definiteness in a diverse group of languages, most of them understudied. The papers presented in this volume aim to establish a dialogue between theory and data in order to answer the following questions: What formal strategies do natural languages employ to encode definiteness? What are the possible meanings associated to this notion across languages? Are there different types of definite reference? Which other functions (besides marking definite reference) are associated with definite descriptions? Each of the papers contained in this volume addresses at least one of these questions and, in doing so, they aim to enrich our understanding of definiteness
