ANALISIS PENGARUH KEADILAN ORGANISASIONAL DAN KOMITMEN ORGANISASIONAL TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN (Studi Pada PDAM”TIRTHA DHARMA”di Kabupaten Rembang)
The problem that happened was the decreasing performance of PDAM
"Tirtha Darma" employee of Rembang Regency which can be seen from the
decrease of employee performance index every year from 2012 until 2016. Based
on the preliminary interview, two variables that influence the performance of
organizational justice and organizational commitment are expected. This study
aims to analyze the influence of organizational justice and organizational
commitment to the performance of PDAM employees "Tirtha Darma" Kabupaten
Rembang.
Population used in this study all employees of Regional Water Company
"Tirtha Darma", Rembang regency, amounting to 104 people. The sampling
technique used is the census. Samples taken are all Regional Water Company
"Tirtha Darma", Regency of Rembang which amounted to 104 people. Methods of
data collection in this study using questionnaires. Methods of data analysis using
multiple linear regression analysis.
Based on the results of research, organizational justice and
organizational commitment have a positive effect on the performance of PDAM
"Tirtha Darma" employee of Rembang Regency. Performance of PDAM
employees "Tirtha Darma" Kabupaten Rembang is able to be explained by
organizational justice and organizational commitment of 58,4%
Shuttle/spacelab MMAP/electromagnetic environment experiment phase B definition study
Progress made during the first five months of the Phase B definition study for the MMAP/Electromagnetic Environment Experiment (EEE) was described. An antenna/receiver assembly has been defined and sized for stowing in a three pallet bay area in the shuttle. Six scanning modes for the assembly are analyzed and footprints for various antenna sizes are plotted. Mission profiles have been outlined for a 400 km height, 57 deg inclination angle, circular orbit. Viewing time over 7 geographical areas are listed. Shuttle interfaces have been studied to determine what configuration the antenna assembly must have to be shared with other experiments of the Microwave Multi-Applications Payload (MMAP) and to be stowed in the shuttle bay. Other results reported include a frequency plan, a proposed antenna subsystem design, a proposed receiver design, preliminary outlines of the experiment controls and an analysis of on-board and ground data processing schemes
Pengaruh Kemampuan Kerja Dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Prestasi Kerja (Studi Pada Karyawan Pr. Sejahtera Abadi Malang)
The research entitled "The Influence of Working Ability and Motivation to Job Performance" conducted on employess in PR.Sejahtera Abadi Malang aims to explain at influence of variables Working Ability Employees and Motivation Employees simultaneously and partially to Job Performance Employees. The research method used is explanatory research, by using questionnaire as to collect data from 71 employees in PR.Sejahtera Abadi Malang. Data analysis used in this research is descriptive analysis and multiple regression using SPSS for windows. The multiple linear regression analysis showed that simultaneously and partially Working Ability Employees and Motivation Employees has a significant influence on Job Performance Employees. This is shown by the results obtained using simultaneous test of significance F value of 0,000 is less than α of 0,05 (0,000 <0,05). This is shown by the results obtained using partially test of significance t value of 0,000 is less than α of 0,05 (0,001 <0,05). Partially results Motivation variables has the highest beta coefficient of 0,481
Feasibility and systems definition study for Microwave Multi-Application Payload (MMAP)
Work completed on three Shuttle/Spacelab experiments is examined: the Adaptive Multibeam Phased Array Antenna (AMPA) Experiment, Electromagnetic Environment Experiment (EEE) and Millimeter Wave Communications Experiment (MWCE). Results included the definition of operating modes, sequence of operation, radii of operation about several ground stations, signal format, foot prints of typical orbits and preliminary definition of ground and user terminals. Conceptual hardware designs, Spacelab interfaces, data handling methods, experiment testing and verification studies were included. Peristaltic Transport of a Physiological Fluid in an Asymmetric Porous Channel in the Presence of an External Magnetic Field
The paper deals with a theoretical investigation of the peristaltic transport
of a physiological fluid in a porous asymmetric channel under the action of a
magnetic field. The stream function, pressure gradient and axial velocity are
studied by using appropriate analytical and numerical techniques. Effects of
different physical parameters such as permeability, phase difference, wave
amplitude and magnetic parameter on the velocity, pumping characteristics,
streamline pattern and trapping are investigated with particular emphasis. The
computational results are presented in graphical form. The results are found to
be in perfect agreement with those of a previous study carried out for a
non-porous channel in the absence of a magnetic field
Structure-activity relationships and molecular docking studies of chromene and chromene based azo chromophores
The design of novel materials with significant biological properties is a main target in drug design research.
Chromene compounds represent an interesting medicinal scaffold in drug replacement systems. This report illustrates a successful synthesis and characterization of two novel series of chromene compounds using multi-component reactions. The synthesis of the first example of azo chromophores containing chromene moieties has also been established using the same methodology. The antimicrobial activity of the new molecules has been tested against seven human pathogens including two Gm+ve, two Gm-ve bacteria, and four fungi, and the results of the inhibition zones with minimum inhibitory concentrations were reported as compared to reference drugs. All the designed compounds showed significant potent antimicrobial activities, among of them, four potent compounds 4b, 4c, 13e, and 13i showed promising MIC from 0.007 to 3.9 μg/mL. In addition, antiproliferative analysis against three target cell lines was examined for the novel compounds. Compounds 4a, 4b, 4c, and 7c possessed significant antiproliferative activity against three cell lines with an IC50 of 0.3 to 2 μg/mL. Apoptotic analysis was performed for the most potent compounds via caspase enzyme activity assays as a potential mechanism for their antiproliferative
effects. Finally, the computational 2D QSAR and docking simulations were accomplished for structure-activity relationship analyses
Nilai Rerata Vascular Pedicle Width, Vascular Pedicle-Cardiac Ratio Vascular Pedicle-Thoracic Ratio Orang Dewasa Normal Indonesia Studi Di RS Dr. Cipto Mangunkusomo
Vascular pedicle width (VPW) adalah jarak tepi luar vena kava superior ke tepi luar arteri subklavia kiri. Pemeriksaan VPW di foto toraks bersifat non-invasif, cepat dan mudah untuk memprediksi hipervolemia.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui rerata nilai VPW orang dewasa normal Indonesia. VPW diukurdengan dua metode: pertama pengukuran VPW tunggal yang akurasinya terbatas di foto toraks digital karenarelatif tidak dipengaruhi faktor magnifikasi. Metode kedua untuk foto toraks nondigital yaitu pengukuranrasio:vascular pedicle-cardiac ratio (VPCR) dan vascular pedicle-thoracic ratio (VPTR). Pengukuran serupadilakukan terhadap topogram CT scan toraks AP terlentang dan CT scan toraks lalu dibandingkan akurasipengukuran di topogram dengan CT scan toraks sebagai standar baku. Sampel terdiri atas 104 foto toraksPA subyek normal dan 103 CT scan toraks subyek terpilih. Pada pemeriksaan toraks PA didapatkan rerata VPW 48,0±5,5mm, rerata VPCR 40,3±4,6%, dan rerata VPTR 17,2±1,7%. Pada pemeriksaan topogram CTscan didapatkan rerata VPW 50,3±6,2mm, rerata VPTR 45±5,1%, dan rerata VPTR 19,8±2,5%. Rerata VPWpada CT scan toraks 50,4±6,1mm. Pengukuran di foto toraks AP 10% lebih besar dibandingkan pada fototoraks PA dan pengukuranVPW di foto toraks terbukti memiliki akurasi tinggi.
