The Contribution Of The Organizational Health In Enhancing The Quality of Educational Service
Current research sought to identify the contribution of the organizational health dimensions (institutional coherence, manager influence, academic aspects, and morale) in enhancing the quality of the education service at the colleges and institutes of the Northern Technical University in Nineveh Governorate, The objective of the research is to provide a theoretical framework based on the organizational health dimensions linked to the Northern Technical University (NTU), the educational service quality dimensions, and the testing of the correlation and impact between research variables through the distribution of (46) questionnaires , These questionnaires were analyzed using the statistical program SPSS.Ver-28, and a number of conclusions were then drawn, the most significant being that the assumptions made in the research were correct by establishing a significant correlation between the research variables, In addition, the moral impact of the organizational health dimensions on the educational service quality dimensions reflects the university's interest in adopting these dimensions and aligning the nature of the university's work with the research variables , A number of suggestions were submitted, the most important of which was "disseminating the concepts of the organizational health and educational service quality dimensions among university staff by organizing educational campaigns and training courses in this field with a view to strengthening and enhancing organizational health and educational service quality dimensions", which could contribute to raising the level of educational service quality at the university.
Traffic sign recognition based color model
The main problems that encounter the traffic light detection algorithm have become a handicap to the performance of the algorithms. Problems associated with the change of sign color due to bad weather and illumination changes of sunlight make the detection hard task. In the current work, we discuss these problems and propose a new idea of an efficient real time color sign recognition that relies only on color information. The proposed approach is based on building a red-model in hypothetical red, green, blue (RGB) cube using a large database of traffic signs. The segmentation has been implemented on the traffic signs that hold red color only as an example to illustrate the proposed approach. Results showed that the proposed algorithm is accurate as well as the computational cost is reduced

The questionnaire was used as a main tool in data collection, and a number of statistical methods were used to process the field side data, and to test the research hypotheses. Or regional and international, in light of the intensification of competition, the importance of studying the factors that would increase the immersion of workers in their organizations, which contributes to strengthening their organizational citizenship behavior
"CAUSAL ANALYSIS OF THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN NET STABLE FUNDING AND BANK INVESTMENT: A STUDY ON A SAMPLE OF IRAQI PRIVATE COMMERCIAL BANKS FOR THE PERIOD (2017–2020)"
This study aims to measure the causal relationship between Net Stable Funding, represented by its indicators (Net Stable Funding Ratio, Loans to Total Deposits Ratio, and Cash to Total Deposits Ratio) as explanatory variables, and Bank Investment, represented by its indicators (Bank Investment to Total Deposits Ratio, and Bank Investment to Total Assets Ratio) as dependent variables. The research investigates the direction of this relationship using the Granger Causality test for short-term data and the Toda-Yamamoto causality approach for long-term data. Additionally, the correlation between the research variables is measured using the statistical software EViews 10 The study population consists of Iraqi private commercial banks. A sample of ten private banks listed on the Iraq Stock Exchange was selected due to their financial contribution to the development of the Iraqi banking sector. The research hypothesis was tested using a descriptive-analytical method based on the banks\u27 annual reports for the period from 2017 to 2020
A comparative study of Escherichia coli isolates from open and closed sheep breeding systems in Nineveh, Iraq
Nineveh is one of the main governorates of Iraq for sheep ranching. However, in recent years, E.coli has caused many problems and diseases in sheep. Therefore, the current study was conducted to isolate E.coli from sheep and their surrounding environment in two types of breeding systems (open and closed) and to study the effect of the breeding system on the rates of its isolation. During the period from 1 Feb to 30 Apr 2022, 380 samples from milk, skin swabs, oral swabs from lambs, water, dry fodder, feces, bedding and green grass were collected. Eight flocks of sheep classified into two groups open and closed breeding system. Standard microbiological methods were done using Eosin Methylene Blue (EMB), MacConkey and Brilliance agars cultures. Then, the isolates were confirmed using biochemical tests. Molecular confirmation of E.coli was performed using specific primers uidA gene. The current study showed that out of 240 samples, 130 samples from open breeding system at a rate of 54.2% and out of 140 samples, 90 samples from closed breeding system at a rate of 64.3%, were positive for the bacterial isolation and PCR assay. The high isolation rate of E.coli from the sheep closed breeding system, indicates the lack of hygiene procedures application with regard to flocks health, as well as the sanitary procedures followed in animal housing. Close monitoring of food animal production is essential and that it could reduce the potential public health risks in both animal and human medicines.
Liability of Third Parties in Compulsory Implementation: A Comparative Study
The creditor\u27s right to initiate compulsory enforcement procedures, in legal terms, entails an integrated executive association in terms of its elements, namely, the person, the subject and the reason, which constitutes the theory of implementation in general. Since implementation theory consists of three basic elements, implementation people, the reason for implementation, and the place of implementation. The subject of the research will be limited to the implementation persons, not all the people involved in the process of forced implementation. But only to third parties.
Since direct enforcement procedures require the intervention of several persons in the executive association, in order to enable the creditor to fulfill its right of the debtor in writing. The subject of the research does not deal with the rules of civil liability for each person involved in this process, but only to deal with the responsibility of others in the forced implementation, taking into consideration that the position of this other does not exceed one of two, either to intervene in the implementation of forced or Not be an intervention
That is to say, we focus on the subject of this research on the responsibility of others, which can cause his behavior in the loss of the right of one of the parties or damage it. Noting that the most powerful legislative application of the subject would be within the context of the subject of the debtor\u27s debt to third parties, as a vital and legislative model of the issue under consideration
Studies on the interaction between ciprofloxacin hydrochloride and diclofenac sodium
Purpose: To study the interaction between ciprofloxacin hydrochloride (Cipro) and diclofenac sodium (DS) in the presence and absence of metal ions. Methods: Complexes were prepared in the aqueous phase at different molar ratios (r) of Cipro:DS (ranged from 0.2 – 2.0). The complexes were characterized by Fourier transform-infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR), and high pressure liquid chromatography (HPLC). Their properties, i.e., solubility, dissolution and partition coefficient (log P), were studied along with their permeability across Caco-2 cells. Furthermore, the antimicrobial activity of Cipro and its complexes was determined using standard broth dilution method and expressed as minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC).Results: Cipro formed an ion pair with DS. The product was confirmed to be a combination of the two drugs, DS and Cipro, but in a ratio that is dependent on the added amounts of each component (r = 1:1 or 1:2). The 1:1 product was more lipophilic than the individual components leading to a lower aqueous solubility and a higher octanol/water partition coefficient log P (6.7 vs. 0.77). The presence of DS within the dissolution medium appeared to modify the dissolution of Cipro depending on the concentration. Moreover, ternary complexes involving Cipro, DS and metal ions (iron and/or calcium) exhibited improved antimicrobial effect (MIC, 0.016 μg/ml compared to 0.258 μg/ml for Cipro). Caco-2 cell permeation data indicate that the presence of DS significantly improved the apparent permeability coefficient (Papp) of Cipro (20.6 × 10-6 cm/s) which was three times higher than that of free Cipro (p < 0.05). DS also appeared to counteract the well-known negative effect of metal ions on the bioavailability of Cipro. Conclusion: There is a clinically relevant interaction between DS and Cipro at the absorption level as a result of ion pair formation, which might even counteract the negative effect of metals on the absorption of Cipro. These findings should aid the design of new Cipro ion pairs that provide higher bioavailability than free Cipro. Keywords: Ciprofloxacin, Diclofenac, Interaction, Ion pair, Permeability coefficient, Bioavailability, Absorptio
The theory of Emergency Circumstances and its Impact on Judicial Judgments: A Comparative Study.
Issuing a judicial judgment is considered to be the outcome which requires resting to court and bringing legal actions before them. If such an end is accomplished by the issuance of a judicial judgment, the next procedure shall be to execute what is included in this judgment in order for each person to achieve their right. However the circumstances accompanying such an execution may not be the same circumstances in the light of which the judicial judgment has been issued; rather they may change according to emergent events coming upon the judicial judgment after being issued, which in turn affect the right of the litigants whether the judicial judgment is issued for or against them. The emergence of such circumstances may render the judgment unjust though valid legally. Therefore the suitable remedy for such a case is reviewing the judgment so it is in line with the circumstances happening recently. This means emergent circumstances have an impact on the judicial judgment as they have under civil law yet not all the judicial judgment are the object of this theory for the judicial judgment which may be objected through one of the legally determined methods of objections may be the object of this theory because even if the circumstances under which the judicial judgment is issued differ from that under which it is executed, it is possible to confront such a case through objecting these judgments. As for the judicial judgments which are no longer objectionable legally for the lapse of the legally specified periods particular to objections or because the parties have agreed to make no objections to the judicial judgment or the judgment is objected and then ratified by the court of cassation that is the judgment becomes final. This kind of judgment is considered to be natural course of the theory of emergency circumstances if the circumstances change after the judgment becomes final in such a way that affects the interests of the parties in such a case it is possible to modify the final judgment in accordance with the theory of emergency circumstances noting that not all the final judicial judgments are deemed to be the object of the circumstances theory. But only the judgments which involve changeable legal centers (extending in time) i.e. that which require time to execute such an extension – such judgments necessarily require the decisions on the basis of which and in relation to which they were issued to have the same nature and features. In other words, the judgments which involve such centers can be continuously reviewed until these centers remain unchange
Pancreatic lipase inhibitory activity of selected pharmaceutical agents
Twenty-five structurally diverse compounds have been tested in vitro for their pancreatic lipase (PL) inhibitory activity. Despite the diversity of tested compounds, the relationship comprising structural attributes of the compounds could be established to correlate with the observed inhibitory activity. Compounds that exerted inhibitory action through surface activity were of different profile from the rest of compounds. When co-incubated with orlistat (OsT), important synergistic effects for some compounds (orphenadrine, gliclazide, cefuroxime and sulfacetamide) were revealed, while antagonistic effects were demonstrated for others (camphor sulfonic acid and dinitro salicylic acid). Docking studies for the most active molecules were performed and molecular interaction forces with the PL active site were identified. The results suggested co-binding of OsT along with the other inhibitor in the binding site in cases of synergistic effect but not in the case of antagonistic effect. These results were additionally supported by affinity capillary electrophoresis. In conclusion, synergistic lipase inhibitory activity between OsT and some other pharmaceutical compounds was demonstrated for the first time, which might help improve the pharmacological effect of OsT
Histochemical study of the hepatic metacestodes in sheep infected with hydatidosis
This study aimed at detecting the liver histopathological changes of hydatid cysts sheep infestation. Seventeen sheep liver's samples, infested with hydatid cysts, were collected from the local butchers. The specimens sectioned, processed, and stained with hematoxylin and eosin and some special stains such as Gomori's aldehyde fuschin, Van Gieson, Toluidine blue, Alcian blue, Periodic Acid Schiff (PAS) and Mansso's trichrome. The results of haematoxylin and eosin stain of infected groups revealed the presence of the laminated membrane of hydatid cyst in different spots of hepatic tissue encircled by infiltration of inflammatory cells, an increase in fibrous tissue and severe necrotic hepatic tissue. The special stains as in Gomori's aldehyde fuschin revealed the protoscolex in green colour and elastic fibres of connective tissue surrounding hydatid cyst with its laminated membrane in purple colour. Van Gieson stain showed dark brown-purple colour of the elastic fibres reduplication of connective tissue surrounding hydatid cyst, while Toluidine blue stain sections revealed the dark blue stain of acidic components of hydatid cyst laminated membrane and necrotic hepatocytes. Alcian blue stain revealed the blue colour reactivity of the proteoglycans of the connective tissue surrounding hydatid cyst. PAS reaction stain revealed the magenta colour reaction of the intact hepatocytes in the control group comparing with depletion of magenta colour in necrotic hepatocytes surrounding hydatid cyst. Masson's trichrome stain revealed increased collagen fibres of the connective tissue. At the conclusion, it’s evident that infection with hydatid cysts causes a variety of histopathological alterations that appeared through several tissue stains
