Marketing Mix and its role in estimating demand for facial care products from the point of view of females in Bethlehem Governorate (A case study of the facial products of Beauty Code)

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور عناصر المزيج التسويقي في تقدير الطلب على منتجات العناية بالوجه لشركة بيوتي كود من وجهة نظر اناث محافظة بيت لحم. حيث تم اعتماد المنهج الوصفي التحليلي والكمي لوصف دور عناصر المزيج التسويقي في تقدير الطلب، وذلك من خلال استخدام أداة الاستبيان التي شملت محاور: تأثير الأقران والسعر والسوق وخصائص المنتج. بالإضافة إلى المتغيرات الديمغرافية وهي العمر، والمرحلة التعليمية، والحالة الاجتماعية، والدخل الشهري، والمهنة، ومكان السكن. وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع الاناث من سن 18 فما فوق، بحيث تم توزيع الاستبيان على 350 من الاناث في محافظة بيت لحم بطريقة عشوائية، وتم استرجاع 330 استبيان صالحة للتحليل، وبعد التأكد من صدق الأداة وثباتها تم إجراء التحليل الإحصائي المناسب للبيانات التي تم جمعها. وقد كشفت الدراسة أن هنالك دور كبير ومهم جداً لعناصر المزيج التسويقي في تقدير الطلب على منتجات العناية بالوجه لشركة بيوتي كود وخاصة عنصري الجودة والسعر. كما أظهرت الدراسة أن أفراد العينة يهمهم الجودة بشكل أكبر من السعر كون المنتجات تعتبر علاجية والجودة مهمة أكثر من السعر أثناء اتخاذ القرار الشرائي. كما توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود فروق في دور عناصر المزيج التسويقي في تقدير الطلب على منتجات العناية بالوجه لشركة بيوتي كود تعزى لمتغيرات الدخل الشهري ومكان السكن والحالة الاجتماعية والعمر لأفراد العينة. وقد أوصت الدراسة بضرورة قيام إدارة شركة بيوتي كود بعمل تحليل عميق لعناصر المزيج التسويقي والتي تتضمن السعر والسوق وخصائص المنتج "الجودة والعلامة التجارية" والترويج والإعلان، قبل طرح منتجها في السوق، بهدف التعرف على العوامل السائدة في المجتمع من الناحية الثقافية والاقتصادية، لكي يرتفع الطلب على منتجاتها أكثر. إضافة إلى ضرورة إجراء الدراسات التحليلية للمنافسين المحليين والدوليين ومحاولة هزم سياسات المنافسين. وضرورة العمل على تصميم خطط تسويقية تتناسب مع الوضع القائم في الشركة والوضع الخارجي بما يشمله من متغيرات خارجية ثقافية واجتماعية واقتصادية وتكنولوجية تؤثر على قرار المستهلك للشراء. وضرورة العمل على خلق أسواق محلية جديدة تشمل القرى والمدن والمخيمات في الضفة الغربية، بهدف زيادة مبيعات منتجات العناية بالوجه واستناداً للجودة العالية التي تتمتع بها تلك المنتجات

Current Status and Future Targeted Therapy in Adrenocortical Cancer

Adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC) is a rare malignancy with a poor prognosis. The current treatment standards include complete surgical resection for localized resectable disease and systemic therapy with mitotane alone or in combination with etoposide, doxorubicin, and cisplatin in patients with advanced ACC. However, the efficacy of systemic therapy in ACC is very limited, with high rates of toxicities. The understanding of altered molecular pathways is critically important to identify effective treatment options that currently do not exist. In this review, we discuss the results of recent advanced in molecular profiling of ACC with the focus on dysregulated pathways from various genomic and epigenetic dysregulation. We discuss the potential translational therapeutic implication of molecular alterations. In addition, we review and summarize the results of recent clinical trials and ongoing trials.</jats:p

The Evolving AML Genomic Landscape: Therapeutic Implications

Improved understanding of the genomic and molecular landscape of acute myeloid leukemia (AML) has resulted in a significant evolution of our understanding of AML biology and allows refined prognostication for those receiving standard combination chemotherapy induction. This dramatic increase in knowledge preceded, and was somewhat responsible for, at least some of eight new FDA drug approvals for AML. This review discusses the impact of genomics on clinical care of AML patients and highlights newly approved FDA drugs. Despite these recent clinical advances, however, the outcome for most patients diagnosed with AML remains dire. Thus, we describe here some of the challenges identified with treating AML including off-target toxicity, drug transporters, clonal heterogeneity, and adaptive resistance, and some of the most promising opportunities for improved therapy. </jats:sec
