PENGARUH MOTIVASI TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA KARYAWAN PADA CV. MITRA SEJATI KOMUNIKA MALANG

The hypothesis in this study is suspected that the motivation factor consisting of hygiene and motivator factors significantly influence job satisfaction of employees at CV. True Partners Community and suspected that hygiene factors are factors that most strongly influence employee job satisfaction on the CV. True Community Partner. The results showed that the motivation of motivators and hygiene factors have a significant impact on employee job satisfaction on CV. True Partners Community Malang. This is supported by the results of rata-rata calculation motivation factor scale range of 125.25 obtained figures that fall into the category of very high, rata-rata calculation of scale factors obtained rate of 126.5 hygiene included in the category of very good, and the calculation of average average employee satisfaction scale ranges obtained figure of 109.63 is included in the category of satisfied results. based on the coefficient of determination (R ²) obtained yield was 0.822, which means that the effect of motivating factors and hygiene factors on job satisfaction of employees in charge of finding customers at CV.Mitra True Community of 82.2% can be explained by factors motivators and hygiene factors, while the remaining the remaining approximately 17.8% explained by other variables. In multiple linear regression analysis the value of b1 or X1 (motivator factors) obtained the value 0.239 and the value of b2 or X2 (hygiene factors) obtained the value 1.187, from hasi it can be concluded that the most powerful factor or factors are the most dominant impact on job satisfaction of employees charge of looking for customers in CV.Mitra True Community is a hygiene factor (X2). The conclusion of this research is, motivation factor is to motivate employees so that the presence of motivator factors are expected to resume in order to maintain and improve employee job satisfaction for example to further motivate employees with a variety of different ways such as promotion, employee development, and expected the CV. Analisa Penggunaan Solar Cell pada Pju di Pulau Laut Tengah Kabupaten Kotabaru Kalimantan Selatan

Secara geografis kabupaten Kotabaru terletak antara 2º 18\u27 44,57" – 5º 0\u27 35,24" Lintang Selatan dan 115º 29\u27 38,36" - 117º 31\u27 29,17" Bujur Timur, Dengan Luas Wilayah 9.422,46 Km2 (lebih dari ¼ Kalsel) dan terdiri dari 1 pulau besar dan 110 kecil serta Panjang pantai 825 Km dan jumlah penduduk yang ada di kabupaten kotabaru adalah sebesar 308.730 jiwa yang terdiri 160.720 laki-laki dan 148.010 perempuan, dengan 18 etnis yang tersebar di 21 Kecamatan, 198 Desa dan 4 Kelurahan. Untuk meningkatkan pembangunan transportasi, baik darat, laut maupun udara, Kabupaten Kotabaru dapat ditempuh dengan melalui jalan darat yang meliputi panjang sekitar 1.000 (seribu) Kilometer, terdiri dari sepanjang 148 (seratus Empat puluh delapan) Kilometer jalan Negara, 134 (seratus tiga puluh empat) Kilometer jalan Propinsi, dan 792 (tujuh ratus sembilan puluh dua) Kilometer jalan KabupatenPembangkit Listrik Tenaga Surya (PLTS) pada dasarnya adalah pencatu daya (alat yang menyediakan daya), dan dapat dirancang untuk mencatu kebutuhan listrik yang kecil sampai dengan besar, baik secara mandiri, maupun dengan hybrid (dikombinasikan dengan sumber energi lain) baik dengan metode Desentralisasi (satu rumah satu pembangkit) maupun dengan metode Sentralisasi (listrik didistribusikan dengan jaringan kabel)Besarnya biaya yang harus dikeluarkan oleh Pemda Kotabaru setiap bulanya untuk membayar tagihan listrik dalam penggunaan PJU Listrik PLN di Pulau Laut Tengah adalah Rp 1.675.989. Namun Kenyataanya penggunaan PJU listrik PLN tersebut sudah tidak berfungsi atau tidak menyala, tagihan yang ada ini merupakan tagihan minimum yang harus dibayar oleh Pemerintah Daerah. Adapun besarnya investasi untuk pemasangan jaringan baru PJU listrik PLN dengan daya yang tersambung 3500 VA dengan jumlah lampu 33 titik adalah 54.550.000/33 unit = 16.530.300 per unit.Jadi besarnya biaya tagihan per titik PJU listrik PLN dalam 1 bulan adalah = Rp 21.902, dalam 1 tahun adalah Rp 21.902 x 12 bulan = Rp 262.824 untuk 1 unit PJU listrik PLN menggunakan lampu LHE 45 Watt

MENUMBUH KEMBANGKAN KEMAMPUAN BERPIKIR KREATIF SISWA MELALUI TUGAS-TUGAS PEMECAHAN MASALAH

Penelitian tentang keterkaitan antara kemampuan berpikir kreatif dengan IQ banyak dilakukan oleh ahli psikologi. Hasil penelitian tersebut pada umumnya menemukan bahwa kemampuan berpikir kreatif anak tidak sepenuhnya ditentukan oleh IQ. Dengan kata lain kemampuan berpikir kreatif anak yang mempunyai IQ sedang dapat ditumbuh kembangkan melalui latihan yang tepat. Dalam menyikapi hal ini, pemerintah memberi perhatian yang besar yang ditandai dengan dimasukkannya kemampuan berpikir kreatif sebagai salah satu butir dari tujuan pendidikan nasional. Untuk mewujudkan tujuan ini, maka peranan guru sebagai salah satu faktor penentu tumbuh kembangnya kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa di sekolah diharapkan dapat lebih inovatif dan variatif dalam menerapkan model, strategi, dan metode pembelajaran yang dapat memicu dan memacu tumbuh kembangnya kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa. Khususnya dalam memberikan tugas-tugas pemecahan masalah kepada siswa. Bagaimana bentuk tugas-tugas pemecahan masalah yang dapat memicu dan memacu tumbuh kembangnya kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa? PRODI DKV SEBAGAI INKUBATOR DESAIN LABEL DAN KEMASAN BAGI IKM

Kemasan produk makanan industri kecil menengah (IKM) menjadi kendala dan prioritas perhatian pemerintah saat ini. Tampilan visual grafis dan kemasan berperan vital bagi pasar. Inkubator Desain Prodi DKV membantu pemerintah mendampingi IKM menangani permasalahan desain, kegiatan ini sebagai satu perwujudan Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi. Prodi DKV dipandang perlu tampil sebagai wadah inkubator/pendampingan bagi IKM, sekaligus sebagai wadah pembinaan nyata bagi mahasiswa DKV memiliki tanggung jawab sebagai bagian dari sivitas akademika yang memiliki eksistensi dan kepedulian. ABSTRACT This paper aims to investigate theoretically the connection among scientific learning, problem solving,andcreative thinking.
