Ragam Alel Mikrosatelit DNA Autosom Pada Masyarakat Bali Aga Desa Sembiran Kabupaten Buleleng Bali
Berdasarkan data sejarah dan arkeologis, masyarakat Bali sekarang ini merupakan hasil
perkembangan sejarah zaman pra-sejarah. Masyarakat Bali kuno yang masih memiliki tradisi
zaman pra-sejarah disebut masyarakat Bali Aga atau Bali Mula. Pada umumnya masyarakat
Bali Aga menempati daerah pegunungan seperti desa Tenganan, Terunyan, Sembiran dan
Sidatapa, sedangkan masarakat Bali lainnya disebut masyarakat Bali Dataran yan tinggal di
kota-kota dan daerah pantai. Sebanyak delapan penanda genetik mikrosatelit autosom
(D2S1338, D3S1358, D5S818, D7S820, D11S1984, D13S317, D16S539 dan D21S11) digunakan
untuk menentukan variasi alel yang tersebar pada masyarakat desa Bali Aga Sembiran
kabupaten Buleleng Bali untuk kepentingan forensik. Dalam penelitian ini ditemukan sebanyak
46 ragam alel dari 8 lokus yang digunakan, ragam alel perlokus berkisar antara 3 pada lokus
D5S818 sampai 9 alel pada lokus D11S1984. Nilai kemampuan pembeda (power of
discrimination/PD) tertinggi ditemukan pada lokus D11S1984 (0,9394) diikuti oleh
D21S11(0,8922), D16S539 (0,8915), D13S317 (0,8602), D7S820 (0,8398), D3S1358 (0,8014),
D2S1338 (0,5518) dan D5S818 (0,0143). Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa lokus D5S818 tidak baik
digunakan dalam analisis DNA untuk kepentingan forensik pada masyarakat Bali Aga desa
Sembiran

Perkembangan teknologi dan ilmu pengetahuan di era globalisasi ini membuat dunia pendidikan mengalami kemajuan. Pendidikan memegang peranan yang penting dalam menciptakan manusia yang berkualitas dan unggul. Guru berperan penting dalam sistem pendidikan, khususnya di lingkungan sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional dan kepuasan kerja terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMAN 1 Blahbatuh. Pengambilan sampel penelitian ini menggunakan metode sampel jenuh dengan 83 guru SMAN 1 Blahbatuh sebagai responden. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan metode wawancara dan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah analisis linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan kepemimpinan transformasional memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap OCB. Kepuasan kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap OCB
Turbin Angin Poros Vertikal Tipe Savonius Bertingkat Dengan Variasi Posisi Sudut
Wind turbine is a technology that converts wind energy to electric power. A Savonius type rotor blade is a simple wind turbine that operates on the concept of drag. The turbine has a potential to be developed as it has a simple construction and it is suitable for low wind speeds. Savonius rotor can be designed with two or three blades in single level or multi-levels. This research was conducted to obtain two levels wind turbine performance characteristics with variations in wind speed and different positions of angle on each level. The variations of the angle position of the wind turbine were 0°, 30°, 45°, 60°, and 90° in each stage. The result shows that the performance of the wind turbine is inversely to the degree of the angle position. The maximum rotation speed of the rotor was about 150.6 rpm that was generated at the wind speed of 5 m/s and the angle position of 0°
Analisa Unjuk Kerja Motor Bakar Berbahan Bakar Biogas Termurnikan Berbasis Absorber Fe2o3
The long-term aim of this research is to obtain a biogas what the renewable natural gas quality and can be used to fuel an electric generator to support the availability of electricity in the region of small islands. Specific targets to be achieved is to determine whether the binding of H2S in biogas can raise engine performance of the machine, information technology, and the active materials so comprehensive to absorb hydrogen sulfide gas as materials of the textbook writing and articles for national journals.
This research will be conducted a biogas testing in the engine performance, seen from the engine rotation (1500, 2500, 3500 and 4500 rpm) of the electric power generated and subtlety spin machine (braking force, fuel consumption) in both the before purified biogas and biogas has been purified.
Results of the research that has been conducted in both the before purified biogas and biogas has been purified on performance engine that does not change significantly for the better performance of the engine torque, effective power and fuel consumption (biogas) to treat a wide variety. Effect of reduction of H2S contained in the biogas no significant effect on engine performance but are more inclined towards the corrosive metal material.
 
Pengaruh Absorsi Gas Co2 Dan H2s Dalam Biogas Menggunakan Pasta Batu Apung Terhadap Peningkatan Unjuk Kerja Motor Bakar
Human dependence on fossil fuels cause the reserves of energy resources is increasingly reduced. To overcome these problems is urgently needed alternative fuels which are cheap and readily available, one alternative fuel is biogas. However, the use of biogas not yet maximized because of the low heating value of the biogas produced from the process without purification. Premium fueled vehicle proved to be turned on using biogas. Tests conducted on the variation of the engine rotation of 1500, 2500, 3500, and 4500 rpm and variations of biogas that has been purified using the paste pumice stone with a variation of the flow rate of purification of 2 liters / minute, 6 liters / minute, and 10 liters / minute. In this test should be able to get the best performance in terms of fineness engine rotation (force braking and fuel consumption). From the test results with the variation of rotation and flow rate variations purification of biogas obtained performance of the motor fuel of the best on rotation 4500 rpm with a flow rate of fuel biogas purification of 2 liters / minute produces a torque value of 6.98 Nm and an effective power of 3288.09 Watt while the value SFCE by 0.33 Liter / Jam.Watt. This proves that biogas purification using paste pumice stone is able to improve the quality of biogas

Clean water is a requirements of very important human life. Indonesia is a maritime country that has many islands surrounded by ocean, had a decreased clean water problem. One of the method to be used for obtain clean water is sea water distillation process. One of the most important tools is absorber distillation. occurs heat transfer from the absorber to the sea water causing, rising sea temperatures cause sea water to evaporate. The rising temperature of the sea water increases the amount of evaporation that occurs. The more the amount of evaporation generated will increase the number of fresh water produced.
Increased seawater temperatures by increasing the temperature absorber, so it needs to be analyzed shape of the absorber which one can be produce more clean water than the others, a conclusion of the study indicated that solar distillation plat shape with a huge wave absorber produces more clean water than the others , the average amount of water that is more of 908 ml, compared with a small wave absorber plate only produce 764.4 ml average a day and a flat plate absorber only produce 599 ml average a day, it is not independent of heat absorption by absorber, solar distillation plat shape with a huge wave absorber absorbs more heat than the other two absorber plates, this has resulted in solar distillation shape with a huge wave absorber plate very well produce more water than the otehrs
Pengaruh Sikap dan Norma Subjektif terhadap Niat Beli dan Keputusan Pembelian
Persaingan bisnis yang semakin ketat, menuntut setiap produsen untuk peka terhadap kemajuan zaman, teknologi dan Perubahan kebutuhan atau selera konsumennya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dan mengetahui kebenaran dari penelitian sebelumnya mengenai pengaruh variabel sikap terhadap niat beli, norma subjektif terhadap niat beli dan niat beli terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen sepeda motor Honda Scoopy di Kota Denpasar. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan non-porbability sampling melalui teknik purposive sampling dengan ukuran sampel sebanyak 120 orang responden. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebar kuesioner secara langsung di Kota Denpasar. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah PLS (Partial least square). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sikap dan norma subjektif berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap niat beli, begitupun hubungan antara niat beli terhadap keputusan pembelian yang menunjukkan hasil yang sama yaitu positif dan signifikan.

PENGARUH RADIASI GELOMBANG ELEKTROMAGNETIK TERHADAP KESEHATAN MANUSIA
Radiasi pada dasanya adalah suatu cara perambatan energi dari sumber energi ke lingkungannya tanpa membutuhkan medium. Gelombang radio, sinyal televisi, sinar radar, cahaya tak terlihat, sinar-x dan sinar gamma merupakan contoh-contoh gelombang elektromagnetik. Tingkat paparan gelombang elektromagnetik dari berbagai frekuensi berubah secara signifikan sejalan dengan perkembangan teknologi yang menimbulkan kekhawatiran bahwa paparan dari gelombang elektromagnetik ini dapat berpengaruh buruk terhadap kesehatan fisik manusia. Banyak kalangan mengklaim bahwa gelombang elektromagnetik yang dipancarkan oleh alat-alat listrik dapat mengganggu kesehatan pengguna dan orang-orang yang berdiri di sekitarnya. Pengaruh Focus Film Distance (FFD) terhadap Nilai Uji Kolimasi pada Kolimator Pesawat Sinar-X Stasioner untuk Pemeriksaan Pasien
A study has been conducted on the effect of Focus Film Distance (FFD) on the collimation test values of stationary X-ray unit collimators for patient examinations. This research aims to determine the extent to which FFD affects collimation test values. The FFD variations used were 90 cm, 95 cm, 100 cm, 105 cm, 110 cm, 115 cm, and 120 cm. There are three tests in the collimation test: illumination test, collimation field discrepancy with X-ray beam, and X-ray beam perpendicularity. The illumination test was conducted using a lux meter, which was then averaged per FFD. The resulting illumination values corresponding to the FFD variations were 425.25 lux, 381.55 lux, 343.90 lux, 311.80 lux, 283.50 lux, 259.45 lux, and 238.20 lux. These results conform to the inverse square law. For the collimation field discrepancy values |dX| and |dY|, corresponding to the FFD variations, the values were 0.68 and 0.62; 0.32 and 0.34; 0.02 and 0.02; 0.10 and 0.08; 0.18 and 0.20; 0.34 and 0.32; 0.48 and 0.50, respectively. The X-ray beam perpendicularity value remained constant for all FFD variations at 1.03º. The values obtained from the three tests comply with the Indonesian Ministry of Health Regulation No. 1250/MENKES/SK/XII/2009 concerning Quality Control Guidelines for Radiodiagnostic Equipment
