    Cette ´ etude se concentre sur l’estimation de l’indice extrˆ eme, un outil cru cial dans l’analyse des queues de distribution des donn´ ees extrˆ emes. L’indice extrˆ eme est utilis´ e pour caract´ eriser la d´ ependance de ces queues, ce qui est essentiel dans divers domaines comme la finance, l’assurance et l’hydrologie. Deux m´ ethodes principales, celles de Hill et de Pickands, sont explor´ ees dans cette recherche pour estimer cet indice. Nous avons utilis´ e ces deux m´ ethodes pour obtenir une compr´ ehension ap profondie et holistique des caract´ eristiques des queues de distribution extrˆ emes. Le choix de la m´ ethode d’estimation optimale d´ epend fortement des pro pri´ et´ es des donn´ ees et du nombre d’observations extrˆ emes utilis´ ees dans le calcul. Par cons´ equent, une approche int´ egrative combinant ces deux m´ ethodes est recommand´ ee pour obtenir une analyse compl` ete et pr´ ecise des donn´ ees extrˆ emes. Cette technique de commande linéaire offre un bon découplage des sorties en s'assurant au départ d'un bon choix simultané de vecteurs propres et valeurs propres désirés. Nous avons fait ressortir les avantages et les inconvénients de cette commande dans le cadre d'un contrôle par retour de sortie, d'un contrôle par retour de sortie avec contraintes et enfin par compensation dynamique dans le cas où une sortie ne serait pas mesurable.     الإبداع والابتكار في أي مؤسسة أمر حيوي لأدائها الناجح، خاصة في ظل التحديات المتنامية التي تفرضها العولمة و التغييرات التقنية المتسارعة و المنافسة الشديدة و ثورة المعلومات وغيرها. لذلك يتحتم على هذه المنظمات أو المؤسسات مواجهة مثل هذه التحديات بسرعة و في ذات الوقت بكفاءة و فعالية، الأمر الذي يتطلب قدرات إبداعية عالية لدى المنظمات لتتمكّن من تطوير حلول و أفكار و أراء جديدة، والمؤسسات اليوم تبحث عن مكان لها في الصدارة دائما، و تسعى لتكون في المقدمة و قادرة على مواجهة المنافسة و تحقيق النتائج الأفضل. ومن خلال بحثنا هذا قمنا بدراسة ميدانية وتطبيقية لواقع الابتكار في المؤسسات الجزائرية بالخصوص وكالة بيجو بالروبية Rouïba Automobiles حيث هدفنا هو الوصول إلى معرفة مدى أو درجة تطبيقها للابتكار داخل هذه الوكالة، ومن أهم النتائج المتوصل إليها هي: أنه هناك بعض العوائق التي تواجه نشاط الإبداع والابتكار في الوكالة والتي تؤدي إلى إضعاف الابتكار نذكر منها: نقص الكفاءات، نقص الميزانية المخصصة لنشاط البحث والتطوير إذ تقدر نسبة ضئيلة من رقم الأعمال. تصنيف جال: O16، Q43Creativity and innovation in any organization are vital to its successful performance, especially in light of the growing challenges posed by globalization, rapid technical changes, intense competition, and the information revolution.     The design of a biogas burner for Stirling engines depends on its ability to provide a sufficient heat which is not produced by conventional burners because of the limitation of the contact surface between flame-hot head and the low methane content in the biogas. Therefore, a special microscale combustion chamber for this kind of burner is necessary. In this work, we studied numerically the biogas combustion by a Swiss-roll burner in a small-scale combustor. The temperature distribution versus the biogas injection rate is investigated. A significant increase of the flame temperature is obtained with an improvement of the uniformity of the temperature distribution and the burner efficiency

    Fatigue limit of recycled aggregate concrete

    This paper presents the main results of the research carried out to obtain the fatigue limit of concrete incorporating recycled aggregate from concrete. In this research, recycled aggregate concretes with partial and total coarse aggregate replacement and control concretes with different increasing water/cement ratios have been cast to study the material’s behavior in response to repeated compressive loads. The results show that, for the same water/cement ratio, the recycled aggregate concretes present a loss of stiffness higher than the control concrete. Furthermore, the use of recycled aggregate in concrete implies a reduction of the fatigue life. These differences are increased for low water/cement ratios, as in this case the main factor is the lower strength capacity of the aggregate. From the results obtained, recommendable mixtures for recycled aggregates exposed to fatigue loads are proposed

    Reconfiguring Network Slices at the Best Time With Deep Reinforcement Learning

    International audienceThe emerging 5G induces a great diversity of use cases, a multiplication of the number of connections, an increase in throughput as well as stronger constraints in terms of quality of service such as low latency and isolation of requests. To support these new constraints, Network Function Virtualization (NFV) and Software Defined Network (SDN) technologies have been coupled to introduce the network slicing paradigm. Due to the high dynamicity of the demands, it is crucial to regularly reconfigure the network slices in order to maintain an efficient provisioning of the network. A major concern is to find the best frequency to carry out these reconfigurations, as there is a tradeoff between a reduced network congestion and the additional costs induced by the reconfiguration. In this paper, we tackle the problem of deciding the best moment to reconfigure by taking into account this trade-off. By coupling Deep Reinforcement Learning for decision and a Column Generation algorithm to compute the reconfiguration, we propose Deep-REC and show that choosing the best time during the day to reconfigure allows to maximize the profit of the network operator while minimizing the use of network resources and the congestion of the network. Moreover, by selecting the best moment to reconfigure, our approach allows to decrease the number of needed reconfigurations compared to an algorithm doing periodic reconfigurations during the day
