The purpose of this paper is to explore the relationship between service quality, trust, communication effectiveness, customer satisfaction and customer loyalty in service delivery. This paper hopes to understand the service quality in service delivery of the District Office. We usually heard the common criticism of the public on the poor quality of services rendered by the government staff. As fronts-liners, the quality of service given by the government staff will have a tremendous influence on the public perceptions of quality of the public services. Many customer satisfaction studies have concluded that there is a significant relationship between customer satisfaction and loyalty. Hence, the primary objective of service providers and marketers is identical; i.e. to develop and provide services that satisfy customer needs and expectations

Inspirasi Misa Online di Tengah Pandemi Covid-19: Dari Pastoral Konvensional Menuju Pastoral Kontekstual

Dalam artikel ini, penulis akan menjelaskan fenomena misa online sebagai salah satu terobosan Gereja dalam menanggapi aturan menjaga jarak selama masa pandemi covid-19. Menurut penulis, misa online, dalam arti tertentu dapat menjadi kritik atas cara dan metode pastoral Gereja yang selama ini masih bersifat konvensional dan kurang kontekstual. Pengalaman dan pengamatan penulis atas kiprah Gereja di Nusa Tenggara Timur mengafirmasi kenyataan tersebut. Hal itu terlihat dari fokus pastoral Gereja yang lebih berkutat pada persoalan sakramen dan liturgi dan kerapkali mengabaikan aspek transformasi kehidupan umat dalam berbagai aspeknya, yaitu sosial, politik, ekonomi, dan budaya. Misa online yang melampaui ritualisme dalam Gereja membawa pesan bahwa Allah tidak hanya hadir dalam gedung-gedung Gereja tetapi juga dalam aneka situasi kehidupan umat.  Hemat penulis, hal itu dapat menginspirasi Gereja untuk menerapkan pastoral yang kontekstual dan transformatif, yaitu pastoral yang sungguh menjawabi persoalan umat.</jats:p
