    Abstrak Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui bagaimana Tinjauan Hukum Islam Terhadap Akad Istishna’ Pada Pembuatan Perahu di Pulau Pamantauang Desa Pammas Kecamatan Liukang Kalmas Kabupaten Pangkep. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian lapangan dengan deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan yuridis dan pendekatan syariah. Adapun sumber data primer dari penelitian ini adalah pihak pembuat perahu dan pembeli perahu, dan sumber data sekunder bersumber dari al-Qur’an, buku, jurnal, dan sumber lainnya. Adapun metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi langsung dengan pihak pembeli dan pembuat perahu di Pulau Pamantauang. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) pelaksanaan jual beli perahu di Pulau Pamantauang Desa Pammas Kecamatan Liukang Kalmas Kabupaten Pangkep dilakukan dengan sistem pesanan yaitu pembeli (mustashni’) meminta dibuatkan langsung kepada penjual (shani’) dengan spesifikasi dan syarat tertentu antara kedua belah pihak. Dalam jual beli perahu yang dilakukan di Pulau Pamantauang tersebut termasuk dalam bentuk jual beli Istishna’. 2) Dalam Praktik jual beli perahu yang dilakukan telah memenuhi rukun dan syarat istishna’ yang dimana pembuat dan pembeli perahu dilakukan dengan saling ridha dan sukarela tanpa adanya paksaan, hal tersebut dilandasi pada prinsip yang lebih mengedapankan pada kepercayaan, kerelaan, dan kebersamaan oleh masyarakat sehingga jual beli yang dilakukan dapat dinyatakan sah dan diperbolehkan dalam hukum Islam. Kata Kunci: Hukum Islam, Akad Istishna’, Pembautan Perahu   Abstract This research was conducted to find out how the Review of Islamic Law on the Istishna' Contract on Boat Making on Pamantauang Island, Pammas Village, Liukang Kalmas District, Pangkep Regency. This type of research uses qualitative descriptive field research with the research approaches used are juridical approaches and sharia approaches. The primary data sources of this study are boat builders and boat buyers, and secondary data sources are sourced from the Qur'an, books, journals, and other sources. The data collection methods used are observation, interviews and direct documentation with buyers and boat builders on Pamantauang Island. This study shows that: 1) the implementation of buying and selling boats on Pamantauang Island, Pammas Village, Liukang Kalmas District, Pangkep Regency is carried out with an order system, namely the buyer (mustashni') asks to be made directly to the seller (shani') with certain specifications and conditions between the two parties. In the boat buying and selling carried out on Pamantauang Island, it is included in the form of buying and selling Istishna'. 2) In the practice of buying and selling boats that are carried out has fulfilled the harmony and conditions of istishna' where the boat maker and buyer are carried out with mutual pleasure and voluntarily without any coercion, it is based on a principle that is more based on trust, willingness, and togetherness by the community so that the buying and selling carried out can be declared valid and allowed in Islamic law.     Teachers’ Questioning Strategies to Promote Students’ Critical Thinking in EFL Classroom: Perceptions And Practices

    This study was intended to describe teachers’ perceptions and practices of questioning strategies to promote students’ critical thinking in EFL classroom. It was a descriptive qualitative research that investigated two English teachers who taught at eighth grade of Junior High School in Trenggalek. Interview and observation were conducted to collect data in order to answer research questions. The findings showed that; first, two teachers who became participants of this study had positive perceptions that practicing appropriate questioning strategies could stimulate students to think critically in learning process, and second, the teachers applied some types of questioning strategies, those were, wait-time, probing, prompting, and reinforcement. In  conclusion, reffering to the issue of promoting students’ critical thinking as a result of recent curriculum (K-13), teacher’s questioning strategies was useful to be considered in teaching and learning process, and teachers’ perceptions was one of factors that influence their’ practices in classroom context

    Exploring EFL Learners Students-Teacher Relatedness

    Purpose this study of to know how students’ and teacher views on students and teacher relatedness in the classroom related to vocabulary learning. Specifically, the methodology used in this research was giving the researcher ability to explore students and teacher point of view on the relatedness between them inside and outside classroom. Thus, qualitative research methodology is going to be utilized to achieve the research objective. The subjects of the study were one senior high school EFL teacher, and the students of one class of English language major class consisting of 4 students. The data of this research was obtained using interview questions instrument. The scope of this study is to explore students-teacher relatedness inside or outside the classroom. However, the results of this study might not be able to be generalized. SDT believe parents also has playing role in learners’ success in learning, meanwhile, this research is only focuses on the relatedness between students-teacher. In addition, it would be inconvenient to do research on every parents. The results of this study are expected to give beneficial information for other researcher who conduct study on this similar topic. The results of this study are expected to give beneficial information for the teacher which may giving better attention in the learners learning process by providing support in every chance they have.     Innovative Technology in English Language Teaching: Enhancing Early Start in Teaching English through Zoom

    Eearly start in teaching English became an ability to create successful learning by using innovative technology. The purpose of this study is to investigate an early start to learn the English using Zoom by enrolling five students to participate along with problems. The researcher gained by observation techniques, interview and uses qualitative method. The finding revealed that students are more interested while learning by Zoom.     SELF-REGULATED LEARNING STRATEGIES AND THEIR RELATIONSHIP TO GRAMMAR ACHIEVEMENT OF UNDERGRADUATE ENGLISH DEPARTMENT STUDENTS

    Self-regulated learning is an educational process that enables students to self-regulate when determining ideas or concepts and evolving their learning strategies to accomplish attainable outcomes. The present study investigated self-regulated learning strategies undergraduate English department students used and examined the significant relationship with students' grammar achievement. The researchers conducted a quantitative correlational design on 70 undergraduate English department students. The researchers collected the data through a self-regulated learning strategies questionnaire and students' grammar scores. The first result showed that the peer learning strategy was the dominant strategy used by students with the highest average score (M= 3.48, SD= 1.14), and the less dominant strategy with the lowest average score is time and study environment (M= 3.03, SD= 0.99). This study applied descriptive statistics using the SPSS program to describe the first research problem. The second result was analyzed using Pearson correlation, indicating a low negative correlation between self-regulated learning strategies and students' grammar achievement. Thus, this study concluded that the higher the grammar achievement students' got, the less self-regulated learning strategies they used, and the less grammar achievement students' got, the more learning strategies they used.

    Recent facts of eating habits and obesity among adolescent; a case of Pakistan

    Background: Obesity is an escalating problem that is reaching to pandemic level. Multiple factors may involve in causing obesity such as improper food pattern of physical activities, social and ecological variables, choice of menu and other biological factors. Conducting to a study to evaluate the primary cause. However, a few studies are conducting to see the impact of eating patterns on health and weight. Methods: University students (n=150, ages 18-24 years) 50% males and 50% females were selected for data collection via questionnaire. The outcomes showed that 70 individuals prefer to eat saturated fats that can lead to accumulation of bad cholesterol. 5% females and 5% males prefer using trans-fat that is even worse. On the other hand, 44 respondents prefer to choose low fat food. Results: About 25% individuals are unaware of nutritional on facts of the products but females are more conscious as compared to the men. 55% individuals eat unconsciously while watching television and consume more than the requirement. 94 individuals got attracted by advertisement tactics of food companies and but to eat them. It is also witnessed that males (32%) consume more carbonated drinks than females (13%). 64 students strongly agreed that supplements lead to obesity. In our sample population 10% obese, 14% were overweight and 47% were of normal weight. Conclusion: The major reason of obesity could be that they are eating out more often. It could be due to the fact they are dependent on high calorie food. There is a lack of vegetables and fruits in their diet. On the other hand, fruits, veggies and whole grains are linked to less gain and even weight loss. Making smart food choices can help you stay slim and healthy.

    Penerapan Arsitektur Dekonstruksi pada Perancangan Makassar Creative Hub

    Deconstruction architecture has become a controversial style with varying opinions about its unconventional nature. This concept emerged in response to the boredom and fatigue of existing modern architecture and is currently being applied in the design of Creative Hub buildings in the modern era to avoid the monotony of typical geometries. The application of Deconstruction architecture in performance buildings is considered suitable as a means to illustrate the principles of deconstruction architecture in the modern context. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method and collects data through a literature study related to Deconstruction architecture. The analysis results show that Creative Hub adopts the concept of Deconstruction architecture by applying principles such as hybrid forms (combination of forms), form complexity, aesthetics and ornamentation, strong symbolism, disorder, disharmony, the use of metaphors, distortion, and contrast in its design."Arsitektur Dekonstruksi telah menjadi sorotan yang kontroversial dengan pendapat yang beragam mengenai gayanya yang tidak konvensional. Konsep ini muncul sebagai respons terhadap kebosanan dan kejenuhan terhadap arsitektur modern yang ada, dan saat ini diterapkan dalam desain bangunan Creative Hub di era modern untuk menghindari kesan monoton geometri yang biasa ditemui. Penerapan konsep Arsitektur Dekonstruksi di bangunan pertunjukan dianggap cocok sebagai sarana untuk menggambarkan prinsip-prinsip arsitektur dekonstruksi dalam konteks modern. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dan mengumpulkan data melalui studi literatur terkait Arsitektur Dekonstruksi. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa Creative Hub mengadopsi konsep Arsitektur Dekonstruksi dengan menerapkan prinsip-prinsip seperti bentuk hibrida (kombinasi bentuk), kompleksitas bentuk, aspek estetika dan ornamentasi, simbolisme yang kuat, ketidakteraturan, ketidakharmonisan, penggunaan metafora, distorsi, dan kontras dalam desainnya
