The influence of religiosity, profit loss and sharing and corporate image toward consumer intentions of Muamalat bank financing
Purpose: This study aims to look at the influence of religiosity, profit and loss sharing and corporate image on consumer intentions of Muamalat bank financing in Madiun Design/methodology/approach: this study used a quantitative approach with a sample of 220 Muslim respondents in Madiun. And data analysis used smart PLS. Findings: The results of the analysis found that religiosity has a significant positive effect on consumer intentions, profit and loss sharing has a significant negative effect on customer intentions and corporate image does not affect consumers' intention of Muamalat bank financing in Madiun Practical implications: From the results will be as a marketing strategy to increase customers financing Muamalat banks, and find out the factors - factors that influence consumer intentions by looking at community religiosity and giving a low perception of profit and loss sharing of Muamalat bank financing in Madiun. Originality/value: The factor of religiosity can increase the consumer's intention of Muamalat bank financing in Madiun and the perception of profit and loss sharing can reduce the consumer's intention of Muamalat bank financing in Madiun.peer-reviewe
Effect of mycophenolate mofetil on the white blood cell count and the frequency of infection in systemic lupus erythematosus.
Leukopenia is a common manifestation of SLE. Addition of immunosuppressive therapy in a SLE patient who is already leukopenic is a clinical concern. It could worsen leukopenia, increase the risk of infection, or both. The aim of this study was to analyze the immediate effect of mycophenolate mofetil on the white blood cell count and the rate of infection in SLE patients. Two hundred and forty-four patients within the Hopkins Lupus Cohort who were newly started on mycophenolate mofetil were included in the study. The white blood cell count and interval infection history on the day mycophenolate mofetil was started were compared with the white blood cell count and interval infection history at the next visit. The study was based on 244 patients who began taking mycophenolate mofetil in the cohort. The study population included 47 % African Americans, 44 % Caucasians, and 9 % other ethnicities. There was a slight but not statistically significant increase in the white blood cell count (6.63 vs. 7.01), after starting mycophenolate mofetil. Patients with a baseline white blood cell count \u3c3000/mm(3) did have a statistically significant increase in the white blood cell count after starting mycophenolate mofetil (2.57 vs. 5.13, P = 0.0047). We also found a statistically significant increase in the risk of bacterial infection (but not viral infection) after starting mycophenolate mofetil (4 vs. 9 %, P = 0.0036). Leukopenia does not worsen with mycophenolate mofetil. However, mycophenolate mofetil appears to slightly increase the rate of bacterial (but not viral) infection
STRESS PADA PEGAWAI KANTOR DISNAKERTRANS PEKALONGAN
every one wherever he is in the society or in the organization in doing his work can be stress. Like what happen to the employees or Labour Department Office in Pekalongan, some of the employee can feel stress when they do their works. As a matter of fact, the researcher try to find more factors of stress and what treatments that is suitable to minimize stress. This research is done in the Labour Department Office in Pekalongan, Central java. The data were taken using observation and interviewwing technique. The responden is some people of the employees who show the highest stress level when they are doing their job. From the result of the observation and interview, the researcher find the cause of the stress of the Labour Department’s Employees. Those are, work environment, self experience, no support from the society and family, no belief from the leader, conflict, and economy problem. The treatments which can be used to minimize stress is that counseling, social approach, meditation aproach, private health approach
Continuous dependence estimate for a degenerate parabolic-hyperbolic equation with Levy noise
In this article, we are concerned with a multidimensional degenerate
parabolic-hyperbolic equation driven by Levy processes. Using bounded variation
(BV) estimates for vanishing viscosity approximations, we derive an explicit
continuous dependence estimate on the nonlinearities of the entropy solutions
under the assumption that Levy noise depends only on the solution. This result
is used to show the error estimate for the stochastic vanishing viscosity
method. In addition, we establish fractional BV estimate for vanishing
viscosity approximations in case the noise coefficients depend on both the
solution and spatial variable.Comment: 31 Pages. arXiv admin note: text overlap with arXiv:1502.0249
Meta-stable States in Quark-Gluon Plasma
We study the meta-stable states in high temperature phase of QCD
characterised by nonzero expectation values for the imaginary part of the
Polyakov loop. We consider dynamical staggered quarks, and carry
out simulations at various values of the coupling to observe these
states. In particular, we find the value of the coupling () above
which the meta-stable states appear. The resulting value of
corresponds to temperature MeV for .Comment: This version includes new simulations carried out on bigger lattices,
