Adaptation of web pages of hotels in mobile devices

Mobile devices have become an essential element for users. This fact cannot go unnoticed by brands and business participants, who see a great opportunity to address consumers, thus fulfilling one of the maxims of marketing, in which these participants must be where the consumers are. In this way, the concept of responsive web is essential, which allows the content of the web pages to be adapted to the mobile device, thus improving the mobile consumer experience. In this context, the touristic offer is considered of special relevance being one of the sectors in which users seek more information and make more purchases through mobile devices. Thus, in this study we have analyzed the adaptation of the websites of the hotels in the province of Cadiz to mobile devices. The results in general are positive, however, it has been shown that the web pages of the hotels have not been fully adapted to these devices yet, highlighting the low visibility and size of the text, as well as the scarce availability of the reservation section in the homepage

The Reparative Impulse of Queer Young Adult Literature

The Reparative Impulse of Queer Young Adult Literature is a provocative meditation on emotion, mood, history, and futurism in the critique of queer texts created for younger audiences. Given critical demands to distance queer youth culture from narratives of violence, sadness, and hurt that have haunted the queer imagination, this volume considers how post-2000s YA literature and media negotiate their hopeful purview with a broader—and ongoing—history of queer oppression and violence. It not only considers the tactics that authors use in bridging a supposedly “bad” queer past with a “better” queer present, but also offers strategies on how readers can approach YA reparatively given the field’s attachments to normative, capitalist, and neoliberal frameworks. Central to Matos’ argument are the use of historical hurt to spark healing and transformation, the implementation of disruptive imagery and narrative structures to challenge normative understandings of time and feeling, and the impact of intersectional thinking in reparative readings of queer youth texts. Evolution of the presence and engagement of official social networks in promoting tourism in Spain

The recent growth in scale and relevance of social networks has generated new possibilities for communication and interaction with and among their users in the tourism sector. As Spain is among the world's top tourism destinations, it is valuable to study its presence and engagement with users of official social networks. These social networks are used to promote Spain as a tourist destination. This study's methodology focused on measuring a series of indicators of destination performance through the online analysis tool 'Fanpage Karma'. Data were obtained for each of the last four full years (2015 to 2018), with the purpose of deepening understanding of destination performance, including its evolution. The findings show that Facebook's importance increasingly declined, despite maintaining a large number of followers, it has seen reduced publications and, above all, less interactions with users. By contrast, Instagram has experienced continuous growth in promoting Spain as a tourist destination, demonstrating increasing levels of interaction with potential travellers. Método vivencial y el juicio moral de estudiantes de la I.E. “Jorge Basadre Grohmann”, Trujillo, Perú

En el presente trabajo se aplicó el método vivencial en la institución educativa N° 80818 “Jorge Basadre Grohmann” del distrito de Florencia de Mora, para evidenciar el desarrollo del juicio moral en estudiantes de educación secundaria. Se trabajó con una muestra de 176 estudiantes de 1°, 2°, 4° y 5° grados. Se utilizó el método de análisis comparativo para confirmar la hipótesis y los métodos de análisis de entrevistas para corroborar el desarrollo del nivel de juicio moral que se basó en la práctica de cuatro valores: verdad, honestidad, no violencia y defensa de la vida. Los resultados sobre el desarrollo del juicio moral que realizaron los y las estudiantes de 1° a 5° grado, en el pre y el postest obtuvieron una diferencia en el porcentaje promedio positivo en los estadios 4, 5 y 6. En cuanto a la práctica de valores para lograr el desarrollo del juicio moral, en el pretest obtuvieron un porcentaje promedio de 15,39% y en el postest se elevó a 35,72%. Según la práctica de valores por género, en el pretest los varones obtuvieron un porcentaje promedio de 6,18% y en el postest se elevó a 13,28% y las mujeres en el pretest obtuvieron un porcentaje promedio de 9,71% y en el postest se elevó a 22,44%. La confirmación significativa de estos resultados lo indica la prueba “t” de comparación de promedios que arrojó un p<0,05. Como conclusión principal se indica que con la práctica del método vivencial se logró un incremento significativo del desarrollo del juicio moral

Diseño de una máquina lavadora de olluco en el Distrito de La Libertad - Concepción

El distrito de La Libertad dedicado a la actividad agrícola produce olluco, sin embargo, el olluco para ser comercializado en los mercados locales y nacionales necesita pasar por un proceso de lavado que actualmente se hace de manera tradicional por falta de tecnología adecuada y aplicable en localidad. El actual estudio de tipo básico y nivel descriptivo se desarrolló con finalidad de diseñar una maquina lavadora de olluco en el distrito de La Libertad empleando la metodología de diseño VDI 2221 la cual el una de sus secciones se detalla una matriz morfológica con la finalidad de generar soluciones conceptuales que sean viables y aplicables al distrito de la Libertad. Inteligencia emocional y competencias laborales en el usuario interno del Centro Materno Infantil de Villa María del Triunfo, Lima – 2018

La investigación, que se ha titulado “Inteligencia emocional y competencias laborales en el usuario interno del Centro Materno Infantil de Villa María del Triunfo, Lima- 2018”; consolida el estudio de las capacidades que muestra el personal que labora en este centro de salud. Se partió de la hipótesis de que un buen manejo de las emociones permite adecuadas relaciones humanas y contribuye a incrementar la automotivación al crecimiento profesional y también institucional. La investigación ha sido de tipo básica, de enfoque cuantitativo; con el diseño de investigación correlacional de corte transversal. Se utilizó el muestreo no probabilístico en un grupo de 75 usuarios internos, que laboraban en el centro de salud. La técnica de investigación empleada ha sido: la encuesta con su instrumento el cuestionario. Para la confiabilidad de los instrumentos se aplicó la prueba de alfa de Cronbach ya que se consideró la escala de Likert o escala politómica de medición como opciones de respuesta. Se ha obtenido como resultado un 0,629 en la prueba estadística de Rho de Spearman demostrando con ello que sí existía correlación directa y significativa entre la inteligencia emocional y las competencias laborales
