    Government organizations, in crisis conditions, need and are very important to maintain their reputation so that their image in the eyes of the public is viewed favorably, so that public trust in them can recover and stabilize. The role of social media in the image of a government organization is as a bridge of information and control of information lanes that are closely related to the image itself. Instagram social media is one of the means of information that is currently favored by millennial people to obtain information. Therefore, by using qualitative methods, researchers describe how a positive image of a government organization is important and how to apply crisis communication using image restoration theory developed by Benoit (1995). By conducting a case study on Instagram @diskominfo_nganjuk researchers observed how the role of Diskominfo's Instagram social media played a role in implementing crisis communication strategies in handling the issue of corruption cases that occurred in 2021. This is also related to Diskominfo's mission in information disclosure from the government to the public is one of the important things to be achieved by the Communication and Information Service. One of them was realized by the Nganjuk Regency Communication and Information Office by disseminating information, namely through @dinaskominfo_nganjuk Instagram content with various themes and topics around Nganjuk Regency information with the aim of disseminating information to be able to reach all circles of society

    A tributyltitrate plant using esterification from citric acid and butanol, with a capacity of 15,000 tons per year, will be established in Manyarejo Village, Manyar, Gresik, East Java. The plant will operate 24 hours a day for 330 days a year, using citric acid as the raw material. Tributyltitrate is also an important chemical for other industries, such as the plastics and pharmaceuticals industries. The production of tributyltitrate through esterification will consist of four stages: raw material preparation, reaction, separation, and purification. In the raw material preparation stage, butanol will be diluted from a concentration of 99.5% to 83% in the dilution tank (M-120) and citric acid will be dissolved from 99.5% to 67% in the dissolution tank (M-140) before being reacted in the reactor. The reaction stage will occur in a tank reactor (R-210) with a stirred tank reactor type, operating at 120°C and 1 atm pressure, featuring a cooling jacket and methanesulfonic acid as the catalyst. Citric acid (C6H8O7) will react with butanol (C4H10O) to produce tributyltitrate (C18H32O7). After exiting the reactor (R-210), the mixture will flow through a heater (E-212) to increase the temperature from 120°C to 135°C and raise the pressure from 1 atm to 2 atm, using a pump. The mixture will then pass through an evaporator (V-310) to reduce the water content. The product from the evaporator (V-310) will be heated to 288°C in a heater (E-312). The mixture from the heater (E-312) will then enter an evaporator (V-320) for the purification of tributyltitrate. Finally, the 96% pure tributyltitrate product will be cooled through a cooler (E-324) and then stored in a Tributyltitrate Storage Tank (F-330) for sale

    Potensi Ekstrak Kulit Buah Naga Merah (Hylocereus polyrhizus) sebagai Bioreduktor Untuk Biosintesis Nanopartikel

    One type of antioxidant that is usually found in plants such as fruit, skin, leaves, and others is flavonoids. In addition, flavonoids can be used for the formation of nanoparticles (NPs) as a bioreductor. The purpose of this study was to examine the utilization of red dragon fruit peel extract as a bioreductor in the synthesis of zinc oxide nanoparticles from zinc nitrate precursors using the biosynthesis method. Red dragon fruit peel was macerated to obtain flavonoids. Zinc nitrate was used as a precursor to make ZnO NPs. UV-VIS spectrophotometric analysis showed that the total flavonoids contained in the extract were 5.6 x 10-4 mg QE/g. By FTIR test, ZnO nanoparticles are known to contain OH groups characterized by a peak in the 3374.10 cm-1 region. XRD results show that ZnO nanoparticles have a hexagonal wurtzite shape. SEM-EDX results show that the ZnO nanoparticles formed have a size of 157-174 nm and contain the constituent composition of 69.41% zinc and 29.35% oxygen. ZnO nanoparticles have anticancer effects that can be used in anticancer drugs, which can efficiently suppress synergistic cytoxicity in leukemia cell lines under UV irradiation. Salah satu jenis antioksidan yang biasanya terdapat pada tanaman seperti buah, kulit, daun, dan lain-lain adalah flavonoid. Selain itu, flavonoid dapat digunakan untuk pembentukan nanopartikel (NPs) sebagai bioreduktor. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji pemanfaatan ekstrak kulit buah naga merah sebagai bioreduktor pada sintesis nanopartikel seng oksida dari prekursor seng nitrat. Kulit buah naga merah dimaserasi untuk mendapatkan flavonoid. Seng nitrat digunakan sebagai prekursor untuk membuat ZnO NP. Senyawa flavonoid dalam ekstrak kulit buah naga merah dianalisis dengan menggunakan Spektrofotometri UV-Vis dan karakteristik nanopartikel seng oksida yang dihasilkan dianalisis menggunakan uji SEM-EDX. Flavonoid total yang terkandung dalam ekstrak adalah sebesar 5,6 x 10-4 mg QE/g. Nanopartikel ZnO yang terbentuk memiliki ukuran sebesar 157-174 nm dan mengandung komposisi penyusun yang terdiri dari 69,41% seng dan 29,35% oksigen
