TES UNJUK KERJA TEKNIK TEMBAKAN LOMPAT (JUMP SHOOT) CABANG OLAHRAGA BOLABASKET
Penelitian ini membahas tes unjuk kerja teknik tembakan jump shoot atau
tembakan lompat pada olahraga bolabasket. Adapun tujuan yang ingin dicapai
adalah hasil dari penelitian ini bisa digunakan sebagai tolok ukur atau acuan
dalam memberikan penilaian dan juga dapat digunakan sebagai bahan evaluasi
terhadap pelaksanaan tembakan jump shoot cabang olahraga bolabasket, agar anak
latih bisa melaksanakan tembakan jump shoot dengan efisien dan efektif
menggunakan acuan teknik yang baik dan benar.
Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian research and development. Metode
yang digunakan adalah tes unjuk kerja dengan acuan rubrik. Populasi yang
digunakan adalah atlit putra UNY untuk LIBAMANAS 2011. Sampel dalam
penelitian ini adalah semua atlit putra putra UNY untuk LIBAMANAS 2011 yang
berlatih di lapangan bolabasket terbuka UNY.
Instrumen yang dibuat adalah rubrik atau penilaian tes unjuk kerja teknik
tembakan jump shoot yang benar dan telah divalidasi oleh 3(orang) ahli pada
cabang olahraga bolabasket. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tes unjuk kerja
yang telah dibuat adalah valid dan reliabel, sehingga tes unjuk kerja ini bisa
digunakan sebagai penilaian dan pemberian evaluasi teknik tembakan jump shoot
pada cabang olahraga bolabasket.

IPLEMENTASI FUZZY SUGENO DAN FORWARD CHAINING PADA SISTEM PENDUKUNG KEPUTUSAN PENGATURAN NUTRISI DAN MAKANAN ATLET
Peranan gizi dalam olahraga prestasi menuntut tenaga ahli yang terampil untuk menjaga secara khusus dan intensif terhadap gizi seorang atlet. Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) dengan menggunakan metode Fuzzy Sugeno dan metode Forward Chaining. SPK ini digunakan untuk membantu atlet dalam menghitung kebutuhan nutrisi hariannya serta mengatur menu makanan atlet, sesuai dengan kriteria dan parameter yang diinginkan atlet serta sesuai kebutuhan nutrisi atlet. Metode Fuzzy Sugeno akan digunakan untuk menangani ketidakpastian seperti pada standar variabel Indeks Massa Tubuh (IMT), intensitas penyakit dan umur. Metode Forward Chaining digunakan untuk mengambil keputusan berupa menu makanan sesuai dengan keinginan atlet dengan tetap mengacu pada kebutuhan nutrisi harian atlet. Diharapkan penggabungan kedua metode ini dapat membantu SPK memberikan keputusan berupa menu makanan yang dapat dikonsumsi oleh atlet sesuai dengan kadar kalori dan nutrisi harian atlet serta dapat membantu atlet dalam menyusun menu makanan dan memantau kebutuhan nutrisi hariannya. Pengujian dilakukan dengan membandingkan perhitungan sistem terhadap hasil perhitungan manual untuk memastikan bahwa proses perhitungan kebutuhan nutrisi harian dan aktivitas olahraga dan penyusunan menu makanan dengan metode Fuzzy Sugeno dan metode Forward Chaining sudah benar. Dari perbandingan antara hasil perhitungan manual dengan hasil perhitungan sistem, diperoleh bahwa hasil perhitungan manual sama dengan perhitungan sistem. Pengujian juga dilakukan terhadap ahli nutrisi olahraga dan menunjukkan bahwa sistem ini telah bekerja sesuai dengan aturan yang ada, dengan kemampuan pengolahan data yang jauh lebih cepat dibandingkan dengan cara manual.

The role of nutrition in sport achievement requires skilled experts to keep specifically and intensively on an athlete's nutrition. Decision Support Systems (DSS) using Fuzzy Sugeno and Forward Chaining method. DSS is used to assist athletes in calculating the daily nutritional needs of athletes as well as set menu meals, according to the desired criteria and parameters of athletes as well as appropriate nutritional needs of athletes. Fuzzy Sugeno will be used to deal with the uncertainty as to the standard variable Body Mass Index (BMI), the intensity of the disease and age. Forward Chaining method is used to make decisions in the form of diet in accordance with the wishes of the athlete with reference to the daily nutritional needs of athletes. Expected merger of these two methods can help SPK give a decision in the form of a menu of food that can be consumed by athletes in accordance with the level of daily calories and nutrients can help athletes and athletes in preparing menus and monitor the daily nutritional needs. Testing is done by comparing the calculation results of the calculation of the system to ensure that the process of calculating the daily nutritional needs and sports activities and preparation of the food menu with Fuzzy Sugeno and Forward Chaining method is correct. From the comparison between the results of manual calculations with the results of the calculation system, found that the results of manual calculations the same as the calculation system. Applying geomorphological principles and engineering science to develop a phased sediment management plan for Mount St Helens, Washington
Thirty-seven years post-eruption, erosion of the debris avalanche at Mount St. Helens continues to supply sediment to the Toutle-Cowlitz River system in quantities that have the potential to lower the Level of Protection (LoP) against flooding unacceptably, making this one of the most protracted gravel-bed river disasters to date. The Portland District, US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) recently revised its long-term plan for sediment management (originally published in 1985), in order to maintain the LoP above the Congressionally-authorised level, while reducing impacts on fish currently listed under the Endangered Species Act, and minimising the overall cost of managing sediment derived from erosion at Mount St Helens. In revising the plan, the USACE drew on evidence gained from sediment monitoring, modelling and uncertainty analysis, coupled with assessment of future LoP trends under a baseline scenario (continuation of the 1985 sediment management strategy) and feasible alternatives. They applied geomorphological principles and used engineering science to develop a Phased Sediment Management Plan that allows for uncertainty concerning future sediment yields by implementing sediment management actions only as, and when, necessary. The phased plan makes best use of the potential to enhance the sediment trap efficiency and storage capacity of the existing Sediment Retention Structure (SRS) by incrementally raising its spillway and using novel hydraulic structures to build islands in the NFTR and steepen the gradient of the sediment plain upstream of the structure. Dredging is held in reserve, to be performed only when necessary to react to unexpectedly high sedimentation events or when the utility of other measures has been expended. The engineering-geomorphic principles and many of the measures in the Phased Sediment Management Plan are transferrable to other gravel-bed river disasters. The overriding message is that monitoring and adaptive management are crucial components of long-term sediment-disaster management, especially in volcanic landscapes where future sediment yields are characterised by uncertainty and natural variability
