;---In an effort to increase the values of cooperation/ teamplay on high school students, the right teaching material has to be given to student, the teaching material that can be applied is Traditional Game.
Traditional games that originally came from Indonesia have a lot of effective values and psychomotor values which are important for children development. This research aims to evaluate the effect of traditional game towards students’ teamplay in High School. The methodology used in this research is experimental method. The population in this research is class XI students in SMAK 2 BPK Penabur Bandung 2015/2016. The sample in this research is taken with random sampling of 50 students. The statistical analysis used is the analysis of the t-test with an average similarity of the two variables. On cooperation/teamplay variable the testing results show that thitung (2,651) is greater than ttabel (2,010). The testing criteria is rejected if Ho thitung > ttabel the real level α = 0.05 (df) = 28. In this case t hitung is in the region of Ho rejection, so Ho refused and H1 accepted which means there are significant effect of traditional game against cooperation/ teamplay on high school students

Multistability and nonsmooth bifurcations in the quasiperiodically forced circle map
It is well-known that the dynamics of the Arnold circle map is phase-locked
in regions of the parameter space called Arnold tongues. If the map is
invertible, the only possible dynamics is either quasiperiodic motion, or
phase-locked behavior with a unique attracting periodic orbit. Under the
influence of quasiperiodic forcing the dynamics of the map changes
dramatically. Inside the Arnold tongues open regions of multistability exist,
and the parameter dependency of the dynamics becomes rather complex. This paper
discusses the bifurcation structure inside the Arnold tongue with zero rotation
number and includes a study of nonsmooth bifurcations that happen for large
nonlinearity in the region with strange nonchaotic attractors.Comment: 25 pages, 22 colored figures in reduced quality, submitted to Int. J.

The Maslov Gerbe
Let Lag(E) be the grassmannian of lagrangian subspaces of a complex
symplectic vector space E. We construct a Maslov class which generates the
second integral cohomology of Lag(E), and we show that its mod 2 reduction is
the characteristic class of a flat gerbe with structure group Z_2. We explain
the relation of this gerbe to the well-known flat Maslov line bundle with
structure group Z_4 over the real lagrangian grassmannian, whose characteristic
class is the mod 4 reduction of the real Maslov class.Comment: 8 page
Lens space surgeries on A'Campo's divide knots
It is proved that every knot in the major subfamilies of J. Berge's lens
space surgery (i.e., knots yielding a lens space by Dehn surgery) is presented
by an L-shaped (real) plane curve as a "divide knot" defined by N. A'Campo in
the context of singularity theory of complex curves. For each knot given by
Berge's parameters, the corresponding plane curve is constructed. The surgery
coefficients are also considered. Such presentations support us to study each
knot itself, and the relationship among the knots in the set of lens space
surgeries.Comment: 26 pages, 19 figures. The proofs of Theorem 1.3 and Lemma 3.5 are
written down by braid calculus. Section 4 (on the operation Adding squares)
is revised and improved the most. Section 5 is adde
Opposing effects of bisphosphonates and advanced glycation end-products on osteoblastic cells
Patients with long-standing Diabetes mellitus can develop osteopenia and osteoporosis. We have previously shown that advanced glycation endproducts reduce the bone-forming activity of osteoblasts. Bisphosphonates are used for the treatment of various bone disorders, since they reduce osteoclastic function and survival, and stimulate osteoblastic bone-forming capacity. In this work we have investigated whether bisphosphonates are able to revert advanced glycation endproducts-induced deleterious effects in osteoblasts. MC3T3E1 and UMR106 osteoblastic cells were incubated with control or advanced glycation endproducts-modified bovine serum albumin, in the presence or absence of different doses of the bisphosphonates Alendronate, Pamidronate or Zoledronate. After 24–72 h of culture, we evaluated their effects on cell proliferation and apoptosis, type-1 collagen production, alkaline and neutral phosphatase activity, and intracellular reactive oxygen species production. Advanced glycation endproducts significantly decreased osteoblast proliferation, alkaline phosphatase activity and type 1 collagen production, while increasing osteoblastic apoptosis and reactive oxygen species production. These effects were completely reverted by low doses (10−8 M) of bisphosphonates. High doses of bisphosphonates (10−4–10−5 M) were toxic for osteoblasts. Nifedipine (L-type calcium channel blocker) did not affect the advanced glycation endproducts-induced decrease in osteoblastic proliferation, although it blocked the reversion of this effect by 10−8 M Alendronate. Both advanced glycation endproducts and Alendronate inhibited the activity of intracellular neutral phosphatases. In conclusion, we show that bisphosphonates revert the deleterious actions of advanced glycation endproducts on osteoblastic cells, and that these effects of bisphosphonates depend on: (a) Ca2+ influx through L-type voltage-sensitive channels, and (b) blockage of advanced glycation endproducts-induced reactive oxygen species generation
