Can we, nowadays, talk about the end of the metaphysics?

Si históricamente la metafísica está agotada, la hermenéutica abre la vía a un pensamiento que ve en el fin de la metafísica un destino y no un simple accidente. Esta situación hermenéutica es asumida por el proyecto deconstructivista el cual dota de un nuevo sentido al proyecto aporético en que consiste la pregunta por el ser desde que Aristóteles la enunciara.If historically the metaphysics is finished, the hermeneutic opens a way to a thought which can see a destiny in the end of the metaphysics and not just an accident. This hermeneutic situation becomes a deconstructivist project which gives a new sense to the aporetic project which the question about the being consists of, since Aristotle enunciated it

[ES] Si remitimos la dialéctica a su punto de partida socrático, es decir, a un método puramente interrogativo, hemos de comprender la aporia en un sentido radical: lejos de deberse a factores subjetivos o existenciales tales como la ignorancia de la respuesta, la aporia propiamente dicha es una cuestión que objetivamente no se puede decidir, pero que sin embargo, paradójicamente, no puede ser superada sino a través de una decisión. Vindicación y elogio de la retórica deliberativa: glosas de Aristóteles

Today we are witnessing the increasing interest in the argumentative rhetoric because of its close relationship with the public discourse. Two points have been highlighted in this regard: 1, the contribution of rhetoric to the critical revision of the ongoing programs of the so-called “deliberative democracy”; 2, the reading of Aristotle’s <i>Rhetoric</i> in line with these critical purposes. The aim of my paper is to develop this second point through an examination of the Aristotelian conception of rhetoric and his vindication of public deliberation.<br><br>Hoy estamos asistiendo a un creciente interés por la retórica argumentativa debido a su estrecha relación con el discurso público. Tienen especial relieve dos puntos a este respecto: 1, la contribución de la retórica a la revisión crítica de los programas en curso de la llamada “democracia deliberativa”; 2, la lectura de la <i>Retórica</i> de Aristóteles en la línea de estos propósitos críticos. Mi artículo se propone desarrollar este segundo punto a través de un examen de la concepción aristotélica de la retórica y de su vindicación de la deliberación pública

Starting with a historical excursus seeking to describe the definition of deliberative practice, this article treats deliberation as a form of procedural resolution within hospital Bioethics Committees. What is special about this study is that the author argues that, given the way in which the Committee is made up of specialists in diverse areas, the conclusions they reach through qualified deliberations can transcend mere opinion.<br><br>A partir de un excursus histórico que pretende describir la definición de la práctica deliberativa, este artículo trata la deliberación como medio de resolución procedimental al interior de los Comités de Bioética de los hospitales. Lo peculiar del estudio consiste en que el autor argumenta que dada la conformación de los miembros del Comité, como especialistas en diversos ámbitos, las conclusiones a las que estos pueden llegar, actualmente, superan las meras opiniones, mediante deliberaciones cualificadas
